I love withSimplicity!!!! I got a boho style basket for my ponytail plant and it looks beautiful. I’m coming back!!! There is lots of pretty things in the store, also the place is very clean and organized and that makes me feel relaxed.

I bought a product that didn’t give any results and was told I can’t return an opened product so basically when you buy from them you’re buying an expensive product that may or may not work and you’ll just have to risk it. Ridiculous policy considering skin care is different for everyone and you have to find what works for you. This company cares more about profit than customer satisfaction.

I have been using withSimplicity products for over 4 years now and I cannot recommend them enough. I started with their skincare products and quickly switched to using only their makeup as well. The quality and pricing is on-par with anything youll find at a large makeup retailer, but the products are clean. Not only are the products amazing, you also get the one-on-one customer service that only a small business can give. I am so thankful for such an amazing shop in my hometown!

Ive been using withSimplicity products for years now. I love the fact that the are natural and handmade. Ive spent some serious money on other products that are nothing but chemicals. These are quality products that deliver. Im 63 years young and my skin looks fabulous. You cant go wrong, give them a try!

I have not been able to wear eyeliner for years because they all made my eyes gritty and scratchy. I wanted to try with simplicity to see if Id have same problem. So far, so good!! I ordered a couple other items but havent tried them yet. The soap smells divine, however! The ordering was super easy, the service swift and the packaging beautiful. Since Im from out of state, I may never have come across WithSimplicity on my own—but my cousin and his wife who live in the Harrisonburg area gave me a gift card there, and Im so glad they did! The staff was wonderful to work with, the quality of their products was impressive, and their level of customer service was great. I dont think Ive ever been in such close contact with a customer service team on an order before, but I appreciated their promptness, pleasantness, and professionalism in resolving the issues (the gift card was created in their old system and wasnt working on the site, so they had to issue a replacement card/code; and then, when they shipped my order, they accidentally forgot to include one of my items in the shipment!). After I brought the missing hand cream to their attention, they were so quick in sorting things out and sending my cream to me—they also wrote me a very sweet handwritten note of apology and enclosed it with the hand cream. I really appreciated the personal touch and the fact they went the extra mile to show how much they care about their customers satisfaction! They also sent me a sample gingerbread eye powder with the hand cream—Im not sure if thats something they tend to do, or if they just did it for me because of the mix-up with the previous shipment, but I appreciated the gesture either way!Im looking forward to patronizing WithSimplicity again in the future! Im so happy my cousins family introduced me to their store. Now that I know about them and know how great their products are, Im looking forward to supporting their small business going forward! The alcohol hand cleansing gels are great—they smell amazing, and they dont dry out your hands. I just started using the lavender hand cream the last few days, and I absolutely love it! It feels great on your skin and has a wonderful scent. Great products, and great people! :)

I love the mascara I ordered so much! I ordered a second one for my daughter! It’s the best natural mascara I have tried and even better at staying on my lashes than most conventional product! I also love the nail polish...it stays on and the color is perfect!

Ive been purchasing the mascara for the past few years and am absolutely obsessed. It goes on great, doesnt flake and I know its got great ingredients that wont harm my body. Recently purchased concealer for under my eyes, Ive had dark circles under my eyes now for 15 years and havent found anything that actually covers them until this. Go out and purchase it if you have those pesky circles, it works great!

They were recommended by daughter because of organic products. However, my first purchase came with an empty box! I don’t know what happened in transit. I had to cancel through credit card company. The second purchase provided me two foundation samples which had inconsistent amounts- 1-had plenty to squeeze enough out for two days, 2- had hardly anything. Their products have essential oils which is why I ordered a second time. I tried the matte foundation and found it too dry because of grainy rice powder. It made a cracked look on skin- yes after exfoliation. The staff has much to learn about providing excellent customer service for repeat business. They do NOT LISTEN to customer needs and advise based on varying skin types. They must understand throwing out scripted answers are VERY DISMISSIVE. That is not excellent customer service. There are many places to find organic essential oils for skincare, and organic or top quality makeup products. Save yourself the hassle.

I utilize their Restorative Massage Therapy and Nadia does an outstanding job. She is very nice and makes you feel very welcome. She does a great job but also always you to ask her to work on specific areas, so she is not set in her way of doing your massage. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Came across withSimplicity while vacationing this last summer and fell in love with their store instantaneously. Such a charming and uplifting atmosphere! I have slowly been making the switch over to all natural/organic skin care products and have yet to come across anything that compares to the truly natural and nourishing feeling I am left with when using the withSimplicity products! Just started using the facial products and am in love with the facial cream. A little bit of it goes a long way and it really works! Used it on some wrinkles that started popping up around my neck and they have already significantly improved! Also just tried my first nail polish (girl boss) and lip stick (pink frost) and love them both! Lovely colors that leave me feeling beautiful! So many good things to say - would recommend to anyone!
