Good layout. Nice spacing of products and racks. Prices are a little higher than some places. They have a weekly color tag on sale. I assume the color changes each week. Today, all green tags were 50% off.

This is the best Thrift store the the Shenandoah Valley. Im thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and order of the items. The book department is second to none.

Veteran thrifter here who worked in consignment for 5 years- this place is the real deal. Been here twice and left with armfuls of beautiful housewares and clothes both times. You can tell they curate their items carefully- no junk here! great clothes, amazing book room, and you could really walk out with some vintage / quality houseware treasures. go hunt! This place is going to become a staple visit for sure.

Great layout to the store, everything is really easy to find. I’ve found some really good gems in here, including literally the most amazing person I ever met (He’s my boyfriend now 😌)But in all seriousness, great place, great prices, and kind, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic place to camp on the cheap! This place operates on the honor system, $10 a night person (bring cash). Its primitive camping but there are porta-pots around and free wifi! Dont bother with reservations this place could literally hold hundreds of campers. Most users are people who bring their horses for riding nearby trails, I used it to tent camp while I biked and hiked nearby roads and trails. Youre only 5 miles from the White Oak Canyon trailhead, one of the prettiest hikes in the SNP.

This is a Big Clean Thrift Store that has Everything you can think of at such Great Prices. I felt as if I was on a Treasure Hunt because the prices were just Right to Fit my Budget!!My Friend found my Dog a Harness just for .50cents I had to fix it up a Bit!! lol 💗They have lots of Books & Holiday Items. The Staff carried Smiles!! Thank You we will be Back again another day.

Good prices, some things are decent, but dont expect something top grade it is a secondhand store after all. Very nice selection of books, clothes are alright, and decorations etc. Are worth giving a look. I do worry about buying toys from there though they say they are tested and work and for .50 why not🤷‍♀️ but I got enough clutter in my house 😅

Generally my favorite store, but just know that as of May 26, 2021, the fitting rooms are still closed and they have a no returns policy. Makes it hard to buy clothes.

I went to there grand reopening this morning. The store is huge, plenty of merchandise and it was very well organized. Some of the prices were pricey to be a thrift store. Over all it’s a good thrift store

This generous thrift shop is one of my absolute favorite places to shop, with sensible organization, hard-to-beat prices, and a selection of products so wide you can find almost anything you need! Organization and quality control have changed a lot over time, but its never been bad and is usually quite good, just take your time checking out clothes, as I dont find the clothing organization to be all that good and sometimes the odd hole or stain makes its way onto the shelves.Pros:-Great prices-Pretty good organization-Sells almost everything: electronics, books, games, apple butter, up cycles, and more-Friendly and helpful staff-Large and uncrowded area-Good system for handling CovidCons:-Shopping for clothes can be awkward and crowded, and as a trans person, I often find this part of the store very uncomfortable-Majority of the music is religious-This place is popular, so the best deals usually get picked through fast

Great selection of items and great pricing! This is my go-to thrift store when I have something I’m looking for. Plus it’s CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!! Their book section is unbeatable. Which is hardly something I can say for some other thrift stores in town. I’m also loving Gift & Thrift’s new renovation and expansion.

Not scary crowded so it was okay. Mask required, sanitizer at the door. Good on both counts.

I have always loved coming here and looking around. I even won a silent auction once! This is one of the best thrift stores around and they have unique items at times. I wished they stayed open longer (for me). I cant wait to stop by and see the newly expanded store. Highly recommend!

Very nice thrift store. I can always find something I can use, usually several things, every time I go there. I seldom buy clothing, more on the lookout for household items to upcycle. And I grabbed several good pieces today. Several nice baskets that I can set plants into in their grow pots to dress them up, some crocheted doilies to work into a pieced comforter Im going to make one day, a little shelf that needs a coat of paint to hold a small plant, probably in the half bath, some large plastic bowls to mix my different soil recipes in for the greenhouse and several used flower pots that all they need is a good washing! Pretty darn good for $19 and change, I thought!Nice people run the store and are always eager to help if you need it.

Great place to shop for quality lightly used clothes. Some beautiful Christmas items! Got a pair of great jeans for 2 bucks - yellow tag day! Next door is a FAIR TRADE gift shop that has amazing items at reasonable prices. Unique jewelry and perfect stocking stuffers! A place you have to check out!

Probably one of my favorite in-town book centers - I just went to their annual warehouse sale and came away with a bundle of gently used Star Trek books...Good selection of gently used clothing, toys and games, and a back room with select furniture (not the usual yard sale rejects) from which I have made many successful purchases.One of my favorite haunts...

I always find something when we go & the prices are very cheap! I really love this store but I don’t like that people are always sitting on the couches & chairs that are for sale but you can’t look at them or even get by,those customers are just rude or lazy...

Really like the large-sized fitting room and no restrictions on how many you can take in. Tried on 4 tops and 3 pair of pants (facilitated by the place to sit as Im 81 yrs. old) and selected two of the tops which meet my needs. Also like the ramp to park close to as I use my walker to come in and out. Thanks so much Gift &Thrift as you help my quality of life. Also the clerks are very pleasant and the prices are really good.

I have always loved this place and Im shocked I havent reviewed it before now! You never know what youre gonna find here but most often its some awesome appliances or a unique piece of furniture. They also have an amazing selection of books for everyone. We often get our kids books here!

Went in here this morning, and Suzan Melson wouldn’t let me in the store because I didn’t have a face mask on. I explained to her that I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one and that VA governor said that if you have a medical condition you don’t have to wear one. Unfortunately she doesn’t care about laws and would rather discriminate than obey governors orders.

Would normally rate them a 5 but gets a one because I cannot wear a mask and they refuse to acknowledge that this is discrimination.

Witnessed Suzan Melson discriminating against a customer because of their medical condition . Lady had a medical condition and couldn’t wear a mask and she wouldn’t let her into the store without one . Even thou governor clearly stated that there’s an exception for wearing a mask if you have a medical condition.

Best thrift store for miles around. Excellent quality goods. The only negative is the thin selection of Mens clothing.

Last Thursday, that is Thrifty Thursday, I found a pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs which I normally a little over one hundred dollars for FOUR DOLlARs, in perfect condition!

Saturday December 8th.2018..Older Man with the cane at registar was so rude.Lady at Jewelry counter was to hold my two watches and a bracelet..when time came to pay for them she claimed I only gave her one watch.I gave her two..I dont know what happened to my watch from the jewelry counter to the orange basket she said she put it in.I guess she liked it more then me.I wont be back.

People are always extremely slow. On this visit the woman who waited on me was more interested in making her lunch date than making sure I got my stuff. I asked her if everything was in the one bag that I saw on the counter and she said yes. I didnt realize that I onlyvgit half my stuff in that bag until I was on the other side of town. So, I had to drive all the way back to get the other bag. I also had to ask her to give me my credit card receipt as she was so worried about leaving that dhe neglected her job. I only go there because they have decent stuff for really great prices.
