Absolutely awful experience. My interaction was with Cathy in the front office and this review cannot comment on the workmanship or quality of the techs.I called at the end of February to buy a hybrid water heater. I found this buisness through the manufacturers website. I submitted an online inquiry, but was not contacted. After days of waiting, I contacted the buisness myself. Cathy did not know how to navigate my desire to purchase and install a hybrid water heater and told me she would call me back. A short while later, she called back and informed me that they would have to order the water heater and that Tim would require an inspection of my home where he would collect a $500 deposit. I was told it should arrive April 1st. I thought this sounded reasonable and was left a voice-mail stating to expect him on March 3rd between 10:00 and noon.I took off work and Tim was a no-show. I called the office and was told he would stop by Monday at the same time. Again, no-show! I assumed they did not want my buisness and also realized I did not want to hire a unreliable service company.After seeing the deposit check on my table a few weeks later, I called their office to follow up, but no one answered so I left a voice mail. I became frustrated and found another option to replace my aging water heater.To my surprise, I suddenly recieved a call from Tim on April 20th stating the heater might arrive in a day or two. I spoke to Cathy again a few days later and informed her that I would not be needing the water heater as I made other arrangements due to not hearing from them and being stood up twice at my house!I just today recieved a letter from Climate Control with an invoice for a $500 restocking fee. The letter is filled with inaccurate information and dates. They claim that the heater was special order and cannot be returned. I was never informed of their policies, nor did I sign a contract. They did not collect my deposit that I was going to submit on good faith. I am absolutely appauled at the lack of professionalism and poor communication exhibited. I am angered that I recieved a letter demanding payment with altered facts. This act is nearly criminal and I can never recommend this company due to Cathys actions.

I have been dealing with ac issues since the start of the spring. I went through my home warranty, And if any of you know who have dealt with a home warranty It’s a process and sometimes hard to deal with. They set me up with Climate Control. Thank goodness bc dealing with them has been easy. My ac has not been the best to deal with, we have had to make multiple calls to the home warranty and climate control but through it all Climate Control has been very responsive, timely and made sure that I feel like I am taking care of.
Tim came out twice during Thanksgiving week to help with the issues we were having with our oil furnace. He took his time despite him missing time with his family to insure our problem was resolved. We are warm again and very satisfied with Climate Control and their responsiveness! Thank you Tim.
Dog days doesnt even begin to describe how hot it was the weekend in July 2019 (the hottest summer days on record) when my AC stopped working. My house was stifling and the kids were miserable. Walter and Tim came to the rescue. They came; they saw; they fixed. They were amazing! I truly appreciate their professionalism. I will be recommending them to all my family members, friends, and coworkers.
The new management and staff are all friendly And most helpful so glad I gave them my business! Ended up landing me an amazing job as well.
PLEASE avoid Climate Control. Their staff constantly lies and are rude.Their (so-called) technicians (father-son duo and an immature technician) are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Moreover, being a white person I can say without doubt that they are RACIST and XENOPHOBIC. It is sad to see these kinds of people running such businesses on our beautiful planet. Climate Control should be avoided at all cost.

Had a Ruud 17 Seer heating/ cooling unit installed. Very pleased with this unit & the fast service of Tim & Aaron.
We hired Climate Control to service our furnace which wasnt working properly. The owner (Tim) came in, and spent a couple of hours checking the furnace, saying our duct wasnt adequate, and charged us over $200. A couple of weeks later, the furnace wasnt giving out any heat. Tenant called Tim to return, and he again spent a couple of hours checking the system in the evening, with no solution to fix the problem. Then, he left the tenant without heat, promising him to return. He didnt leave his personal phone number. So, I kept calling Tims answering service for several days, but he ignored my calls. Eventually, I called another contractor who quickly understood that the problem was in the control board. This contractor came in and replaced the control board, and solved the problem. Tim sent us a huge bill for having done nothing, nada. This contractor was incompetent, unethical and a cheater, with us. So watch out. I will never recommend him to anyone
If this review had a negative I would choose that. Tims company installed my heat pump and duct work. They screwed up all of my paperwork and you can hardly ever talk to anyone who knows what theyre talking about. Heat pump stopped working one evening when it was forecasted to be 2 degrees that night. Paid $150 for an emergency call only for the tech to come out and say I was cutting into his beer time. It worked for 2 hours cut back off and the tech said he wouldnt return. So was left with no heat and a child in 2 degree weather. Our heat pump did not get fixed until almost 24 hours later. Never received any money off a sorry nothing. So if your looking to get overcharged and treated horribly call them.

Very bad service not recommend any one to dell with them I have problem with my A/C Many time I call they took my name and phone no they said we will call you never call back so far my A/C not working.
