I highly recommend Mor-Air! If you are reading this, then you have an HVAC need. You are looking at reviews trying to figure out who is an honest dealer and who can give you a good price on the work you need done. You’re going to get several estimates for the work and compare prices. DEFINITELY – put Mor-Air on your list!Here is our story. Our gas furnace had reached the end of its life and when we replaced the furnace, my wife and I also wanted to add an AC unit. So, we were looking for someone who would do that work. Our first estimate was from the company that had serviced our furnace for years. Their estimate was very high. So, I asked our neighbors who they would recommend and got the name of another company. Their estimate, too, was really high. Another company I called was going to charge me $99 just to give an estimate. I called a smaller company, and they came to give an estimate, but after getting the estimate, I could NEVER get them to respond to a very simple question I had. They would not answer their email or phone.After several weeks of trying to get a decent estimate, I was frustrated. So, I went back to the Google searches and came across Mor-Air. Their online reviews are fantastic. I left a message with them, and within a few hours received a call back. They scheduled to meet me the following day at 8AM. They arrived at 7:55AM! I met Jon and Bob (ex-Navy man!) and they listened as I described the work I needed done. They answered all my questions and gave me a variety of options to consider. I asked them to give me estimates on the different options. I’ll stop right here and say, that after I met Jon and Bob, I wanted them to be the ones to do the work. They were super nice. They listened. And they genuinely seemed to want my business.Jon said it would take him a day or two to type up all the different options and that he’d have estimates to me no later than Friday. Sure enough, on Friday morning, I got a call from their office manager, Sereda, saying that she was emailing the estimates, and she asked me to contact them with any questions.Their estimates - best I had seen! I was leaning towards one of the options that they had laid out, but I had a question about the AC unit. Jon took the time to research my question and met with me personally at his office to explain his findings. He went out of his way to make sure that I was getting the unit I wanted. He provided a second set of estimates based on our conversations, and the pricing was right in line with my expectations. I booked them for the job.On the day of the install, they arrived a few minutes ahead of time and knocked out the work in less than a day. They cleaned up the site and there was no mess when they left. We’ve had the new furnace up and running for a few weeks and are completely satisfied. We have not had a chance, yet, to test out the AC unit.That’s a long story to get to this - I was completely satisfied with my dealings with Mor-Air. They arrived when they said they would. Sereda, the office manager, communicates in a timely manner. Jon and Bob are friendly and knowledgeable. They truly seemed interested in having me as a customer. The install work seemed to be top notch. And, while I hope I have no immediate HVAC issues, if there is a problem, I feel like they will be there for me. I wish I had run across Mor-Air on my first Google search. It would have saved me a lot of time. I will be recommending Mor-Air any chance I get.
