Stopped in to discuss a zero turn mower. Told the sales what type of property I have to mow and asked if a particular model would work for the ground. He was very polite and steered me towards a different model that he felt would suit better. No pressure to buy it just a straight shot about facts and opinion on models. Havent purchased yet but will be buying one from James River when I do.
Im still waiting to resolve a brand new product issue. I guess I wiil just wrap duct tape around the throttle body since nobody cares enough to help me & satisfy the customer. No worries. Im dealing with Stihl directly. This is not finished. Im not satisfied. I will never return once this issue is resolved.

As a DIYr, its always a bit of a struggle for me to let someone else perform my repairs....but after my 1025r broke its 3rd mid mount u-bolt and driveshaft, tearing off the bung that holds the oil filter in the process, I was at a loss of time and patience. I brought my little tractor in expecting to pay 2k or more. Jonathan, and the rest of the crew at JR were able to get JD to cover the expense, and threw in a few upgrades in the process. I cant recall ever receiving better treatment from a business, never mind a dealership. Top notch guys! Thank you!
