Customer service is horrible. For years the counter person has the dryest, most arrogant, unhelpful personality imaginable. Last time I went in was the last time Ill ever go. My Stihl chainsaw which I purchased there was not running properly, i took it in to have it looked at, a few days later I got a call saying it was ready, I went in and was given a total with zero explanation. I had to ask what was wrong with it? I just got a smug answer wrong gas, and we put a spark plug in it... I dont have a clue what this means, I use ethanol free gas and oil I purchased there so I ask what that means and he shrugs and quickly mumbles something about ethanol and starts talking to someone else. Im literally standing there feeling like Im an inanimate object...I pay and I get home and the saw still isnt running right... I wind up going to a far superior competitor and I wont be back. Far more that could be said but its not my intent to slander, just share my experience.

I have an older simplicity lawn tractor. They are very helpful, professional. Very good work, reasonable prices. I had significant work done to my mower and was surprised at the total cost being low.

Long time customer, never once had any sort of issues. Ive bought new equipment from them, and taken well used equipment to them for service. Im reading over some of these the one star comments here, and Im simply not impressed by some comments like I left my gas cap off and its their fault 😂 Schrocks are solid contributors to our community, do great work, are always grounded in truth, and yes, they likely come across tough to work on used equipment and may even have made a mistake. Not everything in life can be fixed, that doesnt mean they deserve one star reviews 👍.

Have purchased several Stihl products here and they are a wonderful store for both information, sales, and service. Have had top notch service done on Stihl,Shindawa, and Tro-Bilt equipment which was timely and fair. Great selection of outdoor products and if its not in stock they will get it for you.

I purchased a simplicity mower in August 2018 l have been able to mow with it about half hour each time it was home maybe 6 time the rest of time sit in shop they told me in September they didnt know how to fix it.it still sits in their shop.poor service dont recommend them for service or sales.wayne Knuppit was returned mid January 2020

Dont deal here, dont stand behind work and not truthful. Took lawn mower for problem starting when hot. Was told it was carburetor, told them to fix. When picked up, was told carburetor just needed cleaning, $40. Did not solve problem. Took back and was told needed carburetor and when I asked why they didnt put on before, no good answer. So agreed to carburetor. Just picked up and now cant hardly get to start at all. Before leaving, had them look at it and was told the real problem was engine shot. Asked why they put carb on bad engine, no good answer. $105 down the drain. Now they want me to buy a $400 engine to put on a 10 year old walk behind. Asked if could have $105 back since didnt solve problem. Only offered to give me $50 for carb and they would try to find one taken off. They were not willing to stand behind their shoddy work. Never going back there, take my business elsewhere.

Great place I was check with them when I parts great people

I might buy new equipment here, but I wont take equipment here to be worked on anymore. The last time they left the gas cap off my tractor and gas leaked all over my lawn. When I called back, they acted like that was fairly normal and didnt offer any apology. While on the phone call and obviously upset, he asked me to wait while he set the phone down to help other customers in his shop.

Excellent service, wide selection of parts. They try to stock all Ill need for my Stihl and Echo products as well as the lawnmowers.
