I cannot more highly recommend this shop! My car got rear-ended on my way to work a few weeks ago and the insurance company has been a pain ever since. These guys have had my back the WHOLE time. They were incredibly polite, very communicative, helped me out when I was documenting the damage to the vehicle and were just very dedicated to providing the best possible service to me with as little inconvenience as possible. When things got really rough with insurance Zane even called them for me and worked it out. Truly- YOU WANT TO WORK WITH THESE GUYS!! You will not regret it. They have been my saving grace the last few weeks and will have ALL my business FOREVER.

Out of all my experiences with vehicle repairs and dealing with cars, this was the easiest process I’ve had to go through. I was hit by a multiple car pile up and despite the shop being busy, they got right to work on my car, even the insurance adjuster commented on the speed. Some of my parts were back ordered, but my car was still ready 2 days before the newly projected date. Overall annoying experience to deal with, but they made it much more manageable. Also, my car is a very unique blue-silver color that they matched perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!

The entire staff here was so professional and went above and beyond the entire time I interacted with them. Frank contacted me so quickly after my first request. I admit I was so surprised by how fast the entire process was! They let me use a loaner car at no cost while my car was being fixed. They were so kind to both myself and my daughter! And a nice young man even helped me take all my stuff out of the loaner car and put it in my car. (Including my daughters car seat, which was an immense help). So grateful to have gone to this job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fast forward some months - body work was great and fuy restored passenger front quarter thru back quarter, BUT as I continue to self wash my car they did a poor job masking and the white spray is ALL in between/over my car

This family run business was amazing. Not only was the quality of work exceptional (they matched paint and took pride in their work) but they helped me navigate a complicated insurance claim as well as provided me with a ride and rental car assistance. After my new car hit a deer on the highway the front end of the car was a mess. Brookfield antibody was amazing! Not only was the work outstanding, but drop off and pick up were quick, and they worked directly with my insurance to keep the whole process simple. I didn’t have to do anything! Have brought multiple cars to this shop to fix and to do custom work including painting aftermarket parts like a front lip, side skirts, splitters etc. always top notch service and great quality work. Would trust them with any car I own and I constantly refer people to go here. Would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired or parts painted and or installed.

I rarely review places online but my experience was awesome and I want people to know! We are new to the area and werent sure where to go when my husbands car got a good dent in the passenger door, someone had backed into it- these guys really know what they are doing and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time with incredible results. Mike took the time to explain what would need to be done and answer our questions. They were professional and helpful the entire time. The car looks like new!

Today was the worst day of my life, brought my car there to get it buffed and touch-up in certain areas,I get there and it was only buffed no touch-up,on top of that there were new scratches on the bumber,mind you we did a walk around the car looking for scratches and Nicks before it got serviced,when I asked about it they got very unprofessional,got all defensive,the one guy was yelling at me, I walked away from him, trying not to come out of character, payed for the work, then as I was leaving He asked the worker did I pay?like I was just going to walk out, I replied I got money!! NEVER again I dont care how good their prices are Ill rather professionalism

Very rude. Only reason I knew what was going on with my car was because I called them. They did work on the car without calling me and updating me on the status or the cost. They called and said it was ready and then when I called back to confirm half hour later they said it would be ready the next day because they needed to refasten the bumper. I showed up the next day and the bumper was not reattached. When I brought this to their attention, the manager did it with an eye roll, a heavy sigh, and a severe attitude all while swearing under his breath. After I drove away, I noticed that one of the lug nuts was not put back on the wheel; instead it was in the cup holder. Will never be returning here again.

They always work on my Mustang (my prized possession) and always do a great job. I dont go anywhere else for body work!!
