This is a 1 star review for todays miss communication and bad service. It may change if the issue is resolved. Made an appointment to have my car serviced due to a recall on the latch. Service appointment was for 9:00 am and I was told that the job would take approximately 2 hours. I had another car to drive for the day so I was not too concerned, I waited until 5:00 pm to go and pick up my car. The service person could not even recall that I dropped off a car this morning. I asked was the car ready, he went to check and there was some kind of service or security light on in the car. At no point during the. 8 hours that the car was there did I get a communication stating that there was a problem. When I show up the technician had left for the day, leaving us with out a car. I am very disappointed with today’s service, but willing to give them an opportunity to remedy this mistake. I will do a follow up on this and depends on the outcome may change the rating. Extremely unhappy today.

Its been 2 weeks since I leased my new Nissan Sentra from this dealership, and I couldnt be happier. My salesperson, LaQuea Rayon, was awesome and made the experience a painless one. Ive purchased or leased a vehicle probably about 10 times in my life, and going to a dealership has usually been about as pleasant an experience as going to the dentist. This was my first time visiting Harte Nissan and I have to admit my expectations were low especially after feeling frustrated by the poor service I got at another Nissan dealership not too far away.LaQuea is extremely knowledgeable and was patient in answering all of my questions. Honestly, this was the best customer service Ive ever received from an auto place. The team there seems to work well together, and the smooth process felt faster than at other dealerships. I felt very comfortable there, even during the waiting periods. The physical space inside is comfortable for customers and relaxing. But most important, I didnt leave feeling like I was hustled or pressured. LaQuea was very transparent in breaking down the numbers for me, and everything felt right and fair. Edin did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable about the 2020 Rogue sport that was sold to me and also he made sure that I was 100% set before leaving me. I did not go with the intention of getting the vehicle the same day but with the good customer service and how comfortable Edin made me feel during the time I was there it was worth the deal. Financial Manager swin was also very helpful with explaining the financial aspect of the process.
I left here very unhappy. Scheduled an appointment fully intending to purchase a vehicle. Drove 45 mins through a bad thunderstorm and left work early to meet with the salesperson, only to find out that the person I’d been talking with on the phone had already left for the day, and another salesperson to tell me the car had been sold and they were “too busy” to call me and cancel my appointment. There were about 2 people in the building. I will not consider this place for my future purchases considering their salespeople cannot consider or respect the time of their customers.
I wish I could give less than one star. None of the employees cared in the slightest about our presence and it was super disheartening because we waited for almost 45 minutes and they just kept telling us theyd be with us in 5 while staring at their computers and chatting with each other. Oh well I guess.

Highly recommend this dealership. Spent a couple weeks shopping for a used car with all the usual pitfalls of pushy sales agents and hidden fees, but the folks here did not pressure me at all. LaQuea, the excellent sales consultant I worked with, actually gave me time to think about it without trying to push me into buying a car asap. In the end, she gave me a great deal on a used Rogue that has worked very well for me so far. Id say this was the best dealership and sales staff I came across in the Hartford area.

We did a video tour of the vehicle, negotiated a great price, and they facilitated delivery to me from Connecticut. Three different people, including Mena and Jarrod, called me to make sure I was happy after the car was delivered. I was impressed! Thanks Harte! I love the car.
I love this place and the courtesy I am treated with when going there. They are able to take appointments as early as the next day and are very flexible regarding the time of the appointment. The waiting room is very clean and accommodating. The only suggestion I have is regarding their message returning policy: if you call and leave a message, you wont get a phone call back, so you must get in touch with someone in order to schedule your appointment.

I went to to Nissan to fix my car. Victor in service explained in great detail the issues with my car and I decided it would be better to try to finance another car. Went to Harte Nissan because I heard great things, experience was the exact opposite. Would never go back and told several people to stay away. Walked in looking for a pre-owned. Instantly had to start giving information and filling out forms. Wasnt given much opportunity to ask questions, but forced questions into the conversation anyway. Asked for the price of a vehicle I was interested in and they couldnt tell me even though I asked after I took it on a test drive (they should have had that information ready), asked for the interest rate used in the calculation on the monthly payment and they had to get a manager to tell what the estimated interest rate would be. I was not allowed to take home any paperwork pertaining to the price of the vehicle or the estimated monthly payments even though they ran my credit score.Went to another certified Nissan dealer on the same day was able to ask questions only had to give very basic information and even received the price of a particular vehicle upon asking without hassle and received a printout of the price with the possible monthly payments (obviously based on credit score and other factors after you submit your application for the loan).Harte Nissan treats you like you already decided to buy whatever vehicle before you even walked in the door and just expects you to take whatever they are offering because its the best and only deal out there. They dont want you to research and exercise your options.If you read this review to this point just remember that no matter where you buy a car you have the right to know the price and current estimated interest rate before you agree to apply for a car loan. If someone is going to give you the run around walk out because other places will be more upfront.

I bought my 2020 Nissan Rogue right after Fourth of July weekend. Unfortunately, I had to have surgery right after I got the car to remove my appendix, so, I forgot to write a review. I lost his business card so, heres hoping I dont butcher the name here.. Scott MacDonald was a fantastic salesman. He took the time to hear out my questions and also realized I was the type of person who did not like being pressured to buy that same day. He spent multiple days talking about the vehicle with me and my father who came along to help with my first car purchase, making sure I felt confident with my purchase. This car drives like a dream, just about 5K miles on it, almost time for my first oil change. I come in for servicing on my Nissan Rogue routinely. This time was for an oil change. I was pressed for time and Shane made arrangements for me to come in 20 minutes after we spoke on the phone. The oil change was done with in 45 minutes and I was able to make it to get my daughter from work on time. I appreciate Shane getting me in on a whim and the Tech for getting me out fast. The price of the oil change was comparable to other car garages. The team did a 27 point check on my vehicle as part of the service. I also got my tires rotated. Due to it taking longer than expected, they waived the cost of the tire rotation. Free coffee and WiFi in the facility, so I was able to get some work done while I waited.

Its easy to have anxiety when taking your car to get serviced but if you have a Service Manager like Vic at Harte Nissan, your visit will much more pleasant than you expected. In addition to being customer centric, he treated my Infiniti like it was his own. He was very welcoming, patient, and explained anything I should be concerned about with my current and future servicing on my vehicle. You could tell he wasnt just focused on this visit but building up credibility for future visits. In terms of responsiveness, he was proactive in reaching out and providing a status update on my car. I never had to follow up or reach out, he would let me know what to expect and when. In terms of public health, he and his office made all the necessary precautions of masking, distancing, plexiglass barriers that would make a customer feel safe. Next service for your car, ask for Vic!

I recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Manchester City Nissan and it was by far the worst experience EVER!! With that being said, there wasnt a chance I was going back there for anything especially my service needs. I chose Harte Nissan because of their reviews. They were all very positive and someone responded to every post! Someone who takes the time to keep up with that tells me they probably care about their customers and how their business runs. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Ian was the guy who greeted me and helped me from start to finish! Ian is absolutely amazing!!! He was nice, knowledgeable listened to my brief complaint about Manchester and felt like he needed to try and make up for that experience, which he most definitely did just that! Ian apologized for my experience, assured me I would be taken care of there. I had a blinker that was out, I never mentioned it, but they noticed it and changed that out for me, did the tire rotation and of course the oil change. The headlight and tire rotation he took care of for me and all I was responsible for was the oil change! Extremely nice! So back it up a little bit, when I bought my truck it was supposed to come with free oil changes for the first year. Ian was nice enough to look into that when I mentioned it and let me know it was only good at the Manchester location. Not a chance in hell Im going back, so I chose to pay for the services need! Ian felt the blinker and rotation was the least he could do for me in regards to my experience and giving up free oil changes. I appreciate that more than anything! He didnt have to do that, but it was important to Ian to ensure my visit at Harte Nissan was above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Ian and team, I will see you soon!!!
I purchased a car from this dealer and the date of the purchase I was there for almost 5 hours. The customer service provided was horrific and they have no sense of urgency or consideration for my time. My budget was only 15k for the car I chose to purchase. I came with a 9k down payment. After all the paperwork was proceeded there was no clear explanation of my final payout. There was a 1000 rebate that was not included in my summery as well as additional fees that were rolled into the loan. What was supposed to be a little under 18 k car with a 9k down payment turn out to be a 28K purchase. When I reached out to John the salesperson and Kenny the finance rep they were very unresponsive and uncooperative. I requested a phone call for an explanation as a result of me refinancing my loan and still have not heard from anyone. I will not recommend doing any business at this Nissan dealer and as a result to my experience I will be contacting the BBB and starting legal proceedings against this dealer. They never provided me with paperwork that I requested during this purchase. It wasn’t until my refinancing that I notice these discrepancies.

Went for a recall. (Supposed to be free) Get a call that’s it’s gonna take an extra day to finish. So 4 days without my car. They never offered me a vehicle to get home. Had to uber from Hartford to Springfield. Within 24 hours of having the car check engine light is on and my whole exhaust sounds odd. Take it back immediately. Don’t have the car again for 4 days. Still didn’t offer me a car. Get a call that my gasket is broken and it’s going to cost $300 when my exhaust was perfectly fine prior to the recall. They said it wasn’t covered by the warranty. I refused to pay it because I don’t want to rip off. Went to my local shop costed me 60 bucks to get it done. Happy holidays!

If there was a negative star review, atleast the parts department would get that honor of a negative star review. Literally waited over 40 minutes before anyone came to the counter and asked what I was there for. Paid for parts over the phone before hand, so I was there just to pick up my parts. It literally took the parts counter person an extra 20 mins or so to locate my parts and then proceeded to ask me to pay for them AGAIN!. Even after being told and shown proof of parts being prepaid.Steer clear of this place if you can. I asked for help throughout this process and even the gentlemen in the service area claimed that they would get someone there in the parts department to help me and they just sat back and joked around without looking or calling for anyone. It literally took a lot attendant that passed me by about 4 times before asking me if I needed help. HE WAS THE ONE that took action and got the parts department to help. Smdh
