Detailed review: I don’t typically post reviews but my Express Kitchen experience deserves and exception. The service anod customer care of Express is the reason of my review. They were simply fantastic. Express has a great selection that fits all budgets, and you can go either way and as high-end as you want. The showroom was well laid out, clean, and ample. The selection was hard because of all the options. But this can be true of several places. The people is what made the difference. First, the sale and design:. Dan Czernicki was not only extremely knowledgeable, skilled and of good taste, but he was patient, flexible, understanding and not pushy AT ALL. Took us few months to finalize and move forward, and not once did we felt pushed. Then came the delivery: well communicated, well planned, and well executed. On time. Then came the install. This is where I was a bit disappointed. Few pieces were less than perfect, and arrived with nicks, dents, scratches, knife marks, cracks etc. Not the quality I expected for what I paid (cabinets). The Countertops were perfect, delivered on time, measured and installed perfectly.What happened next is what made the difference for me, and the reason I rate 5 stars as would recommend to a friend to use Express Kitchen. The post-sell customer service was second to none. Peter Adoretti was simply fantastic. He made all the wrongs right extremely efficiently, painless, and timely. Not only did he addressed every issue within hours of my submit tal, but he delivered items to my house to ensure I could complete the project to my satisfaction. No arguing or haggling or excuses, he just got it done, replaced what was wrong, and apologized for the inconvenience. To top things off, at the end of the project, Peter accepted return of excess items and pieces I procured that ended not being required. He made the returns and “back-to-business” experience as easy and streamlined as an Amazon return.Kudos to the team, and thank you to Express leadership for fostering such a great culture. I would definitely recommend Express based on my experience with their employees.
We are so happy with every aspect of our kitchen remodeling experience thanks to Express Kitchens. From the first meeting with Jody and all her follow ups, to the speedy delivery of our cabinets to the quick and professional install of our beautiful countertops and sink to the quick and easy financing options. I highly recommend Express Kitchens again and again. Thank you all for a fun, stress free experience.
We had a very positive experience with Express Kitchens, from the initial stages through to completion. Dan was very patient with us as we worked through our cabinet, countertop and sink options. He cheerfully priced out different versions, discussed the pros and cons of various choices, and willingly made late term changes. He was very accommodating and responded promptly to communications. Molly was equally accommodating and responsive in addressing our questions regarding the granite countertop and providing a sample for our use. Our cabinet and granite installers were pleasant and professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up after their work, and offered advice with respect to the products they installed. When a problem with one of the drawers was brought to the companys attention, Dan and Andrea responded quickly and a replacement was installed in a timely fashion. After the project was completed, we decided to add a granite backsplash and were delighted with not only the outcome, but also with the ease with which our request was handled. We are delighted with our new kitchen and with Express Kitchens.
Our experience with Express Kitchens went well, Pete and Chris were very responsive. Tom, our installer was fantastic and I would recommend him to any job. Our kitchen came out beautifully!
After trying to create a new look for our kitchen on our own without success, my husband and I found our way to Express Kitchens in Hartford, CT. It was fantastic working with their 3D Kitchen design program. We were really able to see what different styles would look like, and that helped us make our decisions with a lot more confidence. We found the staff there to be very informative, friendly and helpful. We didnt have to wait a long time for an installation appointment. Their installation crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, were highly professional and installed everything perfectly. We love our new kitchen! We also loved the savings we found at Express Kitchens. We high recommend them to anyone
Express kitchens should not be growing, growing, growing. They are a terrible business with even worse customer service. Please stay far away. March 11th, 2020 I ordered counter tops. I received confirmation that it would arrive on the 30th. Then there was a message stating they would be closed due to corona for 2 weeks and they will update. I was never updated that they reopened. I happened to call and they were open. I asked for an update. They had nothing to say but that they would reorder. But why would you need to reorder? My money came out of my account since march 11th. I tried to be understanding so I told the women order it. It should have arrived on Monday April 20th.On the 17th I called and told them I can not pick up until Wednesday the 22nd they said that it is fine it will be there waiting. My contractor removed my counter tops. On Wednesday I called to be sure everything was set while picking up a truck. I was told my counter tops were damaged. I believe that is a lie because it should have arrived Monday, why not call from Monday and let me know? The lady stated she was going to put in an order right now. I said ok. But called back the 2 days to see if they could give me a discount or offer me a counter top temporarily I was told I believe it was Karen head of customer service said she had to look into and call me back on the next business day since it was 1:45 and they close 2p. I said ok. She never called me next business day. I went to the office in person and requested a refund. Dan said he wanted to look into it for me to see what he could do. He comes back and says I see that they sent us the wrong color counter top? I said that’s funny because I was told it was damaged? If it was the wrong color show it to me maybe I would take it because I have no counter tops. They are lying. The only thing they offered was that if I choose another color I could get it faster. They never offered any percentage off for this gross inconvenience. How can someone tell you they do not have any counter tops in their home and you don’t offer any solution besides waiting. They didn’t even offer a temporary counter top which I heard was possible. He tried to say it was all because of corona but my order had been placed before Corona closing. Even if Corona was the issue I was never contacted by them after they text they would be closed. Dan told me I have to wait another business day just to get my money back and I still had to call because the whole day was passing and Dan did not call. They have zero customer service. They are expensive and are a fraud. I am glad this happened because I got a way better deal with another company and better service.
New kitchen is great, especially wine rack and island. Designers were willing to spend as much time as needed to meet our needs. The installers were very professional and had practically the whole install done in one day. Would and have recommended Express Kitchens to family and friends.
Walked in. Dank showroom. Cheap looking. One rep on the floor. He offered no advice. He didnt seem to know much about the cabinets. He had to look up from book to book to give information on different cabinet lines. Despite poor quality, pricing was going and color selection was outdated.

I purchased cabinets at the West Springfield, Ma Express Kitchens location and got a much better deal than two other places that I received quotes from. I had more options with cabinet styles and the people who worked there were very helpful.
