Dealing with a kitchen renovation project is no easy task. When you have a vision in mind, or when your wife has a vision in mind :-), you have to go to all lengths to find what you’re looking for. Thankfully we came across ProSource in Hartford to make that dream a reality. No one had what we’re looking for. ProSource did. 🙌🏽 Finally, someone had a 3x12 white subway tile, natural tile look, matte finish. Perfect.Jahquite was excellent and attentive, even near closing hours. He graciously provided samples that I could easily bring home and show my wife. (My wife is a nurse and cannot make all these runs with me. Shout out to all the healthcare providers out there. We can’t do this without you.)Not only did ProSource have exactly what we needed to bring our vision closer to reality, but they were able to get it without jumping through special orders or other delays. Also being able to interact via email and voice calls worked out perfectly to place a final order. My schedule is not forgiving at all. Very helpful and great prices

ProSource of Hartford had the 24X48 inch tiles I wanted at the most reasonable price. When I received the beautiful samples shipped to me from Florida, I immediately placed my order which was delayed due to a breakage. I was kept aware of the circumstances and was given choices about how I wanted to handle it. Soon I received the entire intact order. All shipping fees were waived and in spite of the fact, that my project was very small, this company went out of their way to give me the great service we customers all deserve and desire.

I went to ProSource of Hartford looking for 4 1/4 inch red oak floors I talked to Nick he had the best prices and also he said I should get it 3 weeks and I was on a tight schedule I had it delivered to my house in 2 weeks and 6 days during all the snow storms in February. I remodeled my entire kitchen with ProSource. I worked specifically with Nick. He was very knowledgeable/helpful about all of my questions as well as the product types. He worked within my budget and was available when I needed him for various questions we had. He also setup our installation for the countertops and that went flawlessly. ProSource had great selection. We love the LVP floors. Great durability which was important because we have large dogs that scratch our wooden floors. Would definitely recommend!!

Superb customer service! Nick & Steve elevate my experience every time I go in and need advice or the best price possible! In my opinion, no one has more to offer than this location. Its been well over 4 years of consistent satisfaction and this last time they hooked me up with a beautiful 4inch maple floor that was Grade A. Their attention to detail and experience really comes into play. We also chose to go with one their high-end shower enclosures that we got to pick out of their awesome showroom. I was remodeling my kitchen and was in need of a different sink base because I was changing the style of my sink and size. I looked all over to find the same cabinet maker to fit with the existing cabinets. I thought I had reached a dead end until I found ProSource!! Samantha and Jessica helped me find the exact match! We then continued to order a few more pieces and Jessica helped me find the perfect sink to complete the project! It didn’t matter that I only needed one piece (at first) and not a whole kitchen, they gave me the same professionalism and attention to detail. This was our first time having ordered tile, so we called 4 tile places to get pricing, product options, etc. Prosource offered competitive pricing, but Jahquite was exceptional. We went into to ProSource today. It was a great experience. With mostly tile and wood in the houses we have owned my wife and I didnt know a lot about carpet options. With a basement project in process we needed some help! Samantha one of the managers was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She asked us a few questioned and steered us to a carpet line that made perfect sense for what we are doing. Another thing to do mention is they had a huge selection of not only carpet but also tile and wood flooring. And the pricing is extremely competitive. I own multi-family Apartments and find Pro-Source an excellent company to work with. They have very good lines and competitive pricing. Their knowledge is helpful in that they have help guide me to products that I wont regret after several years of wear and tear. Pro-Source has sold me products that are literally 30 to 50% more durable that products I have purchased from Lumber liquidators and Home Depot.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure working with everyone at Prosource flooring was. Our contractor sent us down to work with them to get flooring for our entire house. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Samantha who was very friendly and got us started out in the showroom. Let me tell you first off that they have BY FAR the largest selection of flooring around and I have been to MANY places. The size of the showroom and amount of samples can be a little overwhelming at first sight but Samantha was able to narrow our search based upon our needs. After a little while of being there Samantha had introduced me to Nick who usually handles my contractors accounts. Nick spent about an hour with us on the first day walking us around the showroom and helping us select hardwood, ceramic tile, and carpeting. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and made our first visit a very productive one. I was able to take samples home with me to see how they looked in my home, which was great! After my husband and I finally agreed on what we liked I brought the samples back and Nick was able to work us up an estimate which was BY FAR lower than any other of the previous places we visited when we started our floor shopping. We placed our order within a few days of returning the samples. All of our material was in in under a weeks time. I really wish this customer service and knowledge of staff existed everywhere. I would highly recommend Prosource to anybody who needs flooring for their home. They all made this process easy and enjoyable. Thanks Prosource

Great place, great people !

This store has the most poor customer service and bad hours. First time we went there, there was this guy ( on a saturday) who was always in a rush to close the store.We waited for 45 mins, took his own time to come to help us and told he needs to close the store.The lady ( next saturday) informed that she does not sell stuff to public and we will be turned out of the store if we are public. For 7 people in the store, they have one sales rep.They told they will only sell stuff to contractors. I guess the contractors and the store has a connection like each person referred to store, the contractors will get commission. That is my guess.Total waste of your time as you dont have anyone to assist you, prices are high and customer service is bad.You are better off at some other store who wants your business. I feel bad for the owners as they dont know that their employees give such bad customer service.
