And Angela Bailen is a person that when you ask her a question she will not respond back to you and if she does it’s not with the information that you need. I hope that no one buy a car from they. Anthony Jordan was great! Honestly I hate buying cars cause you get the sales BS but Anthony was professional and personable and didnt do any of that nonsense stuff. I basically drove the sale which made me more confidant in my purchase. The finance guy Jordan was also really nice and straight forward with my questions. Overall great service, which is why this is my 3rd vehicle from Lia Hyundai in Hartford.Also anytime I service my vehicle for the last 6 years I ALWAYS go through Dane. Hes literally the only one I trust to understand whats going on and gets to the bottom of any issue (minor or big).*Five stars all around the dealership. Give these three guys a raise!

We bought a very nice pre-owned Elantra GT here. Very nice and easy experience even on Covid time. Tony Jordan was friendly, clear and not pushy at all. They didnt play any price game (how are you paying? How much per month?...). Two hours after entering for the first time ever the dealer we left with our new car! They even mail me a check for over charging DMV costs!UPDATE: today we had our first service on the car. Funny they didnt mention the first service is for free! In less than 1 hour we were out, ready for other 5k miles and with zero dollars out of the pocket! Well done Lia!

Gavin and Dane were very courteous and politeThey called a towing company for me, Whities was very quick to pick up my vehicle and the driver was also polite.Gavin called me and told me that the towing company was on way and that he assigned Dane as my Service Advisor. Dane kept me informed with what was being done to try and duplicate my concern.Even though the problem could not be duplicated we talked of what it possibly could be with the description I gave him. I told him to replace the sensor and pray that’s what the problem was.

I went into Lia Hyundai for recall service. Dane Morissette met me, informed me what would happened, told me there is no charge and the service would take an hour. I also enjoyed the wait. The free coffee was good and social distancing arrangement was fine. I enjoyed the quiet while I playing my word game on my phone. A little less that an hour, Dane came to get me telling me my service was complete and that I had to check out with the cashier although there was no charge. He also informed me where my car was parked and which door to use to get to it. All in all, it was a pleasant visit.

Scoundrels and liars.-Do not show you what they are giving you for trade in. Only gave 500 for a car in fair condition was 1500.-They also told me all warranties transfer over, charged us 3500 for a warranty plan.-They chaged us 3000 more than the vehicle was advertised.-They charged us 895 for gap the guy said to help you out we are going to give you gap insurance.-They dont show you the numbers when you sign, we trusted that we were getting the online sale price as that is what we applied for.

I was currently in a severe accident. When I went to Lia Hyundai of Hartford I was greeted by there amazing staff. I worked with JD to find the perfect car. Him and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and much more. Randolph also went above and beyond helping me get the perfect insurance due to my accident. He really put forth the extra effort to help me. Raj made sure to go through the car head to toe with me to make sure I felt safe in my decision. Watch giving them a deposit while credit being checked or looking for other financing options because you will be begging for your money Very sad. SCAMS. They promise to return and never do and then they string you along for as long as they can. There are plenty of dealerships that do not take your money without secured financing. Sewell Minto was amazing! I suffer from anxiety and the moment he came up to help me I felt a bit at ease. He was polite, funny, and very welcoming. He wasnt pushy which I expected from salesperson at a dealership. He respected that I wanted to finance with my credit union. Even with him knowing that he made sure to continue the great customer service. I love it! I even had questions a day after I got the car and he returned me email as soon as they opened and promised to call me back with an answer. Well guess what? He did exactly that. No matter how many questions he was glad to answer them. He didnt make me feel like i bothered him either. I will not only recommend this dealership but recommend asking for Sewell Minto! Im now a happy owner of a 2016 hyundai sonata.

Had issues with getting registration on a timely basis. I was even told that I would not receive it on the day after Thanksgiving because the registry was closed. The date posted on my registration was the day after Thanksgiving which means it was open. On the next business day, it took ALL day (5:55pm) to finally get the paperwork that had been ready for pickup on that Friday.

Prompt, professional and courteous service. One of the parts to fix a recall were not available when I took my car for service; but my agent, Matt, promised hed give me a call as soon as they got the part. I had two amazing sales associates that assisted me through the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Angela who helped me prior to coming into the facility and Raj Kumar who was my personal sales associate who helped me through the entire process. Angela made sure that they could take the quote I had received at MJ Sullivan for the vehicle and my trade in would be matched. Raj helped me with the paperwork, learning about my new vehicle and setting up financing. The finance manager was also very helpful in going over the different options that were available for an extended warranty.

Purchased a 2015 Sonata last May and its approaching the mileage for the first service appointment. The car was delivered to me exactly as it came from the previous owner...dirty tailpipe ends with carbon, road tar on the wheels, debris in the trunk, dead bees and dog hair along the rear window, tar specks on the paint behind the front tires, and hand grime on the interior drivers door handle and side of the seat. Went there with my friend who was looking to buy a used car. After we told the sales associate the approximate price range and year of the car we would like he showed us the first car. We looked at it and decided that we wanted to see what other cars were available. His reacted in an annoyed way, like we were a nuisance! We asked if we could test drive the car, which is normal if you are interested in buying a car, the back doors of the car were still open and he was just standing there watching us, doing nothing. So we had to get out and close it ourselves. After we again decided to look at another car his reply was you shot down every car I showed you this is the last car I will show you. He showed us the last car, I asked him for the price he answered with I dont know are you even interested in buying a car??. This is definitely not customer service. We were both upset about this disrespectful and rude behavior. We went back to complain about him to one of the managers the next day. Worst place ever never again. If I ever need a new car I will not buy it there.

I came in for a flat tire repair and was charged $40. Any other tire services does it for free or $10. I get all of my oil changes from the dealer but when you need major work done for maintenance go to Firestone or another service provider the price difference is literally 50% less by going through another provider. I went and told the service manager about the ridiculous price and his reply was we fix it from the inside and balance it which again a 3rd party service does for free or a max of $10. I told him that was insane says ok and literally shrugs me off. The only reason I even come to the dealer is because it has a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty so I keep up with the maintenance. My car is a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and todays date is Nov 30 2020. My car has 65k miles as soon as the 7 years are up im done going to the dealer for any type of service. If you read this take the my advice as it would be a shame for you to go through the same experiences. Your wallet will thank you.

I went to co-sign for a car for my dad, and the person ran my credit which I was ok with, but once I got my credit report I found out they ran it 15 times, now I have 15 hard inquiries on my credit for 2 years,I have to pay $130 a month just for my credit to get fix.. They only suppose to run your credit once not 15 times..Shame on them!!!

So I bought my 2018 Tucson about 6 months ago and Yolanda was the one who sold it to me. When purchasing the vehicle, it had scuff marks on the side from the previous owner. I was promised 6 years of free oil changes and tire rotation for this at ANY Hyundai or Kia location from the sales manager. Today I tried scheduling service at a Kia, nothing on my account stating this. Tried a different Hyundai location, still nothing. Lia Hyundai of Hartford has the worst scammy customer service. Juned Dagda helped my sister get the best deal for her which we appreciated very much. I let Juned Dagda know that my lease was ending in December and that I will be leasing another car and he told me to contact him when the time comes. I contacted and made an appointment with him when the time came and yesterday, Yolanda Aldrich and he were very helpful with finding the right car and I could not have asked for a better staff. I went there looking for a used car, Raj was the salesman who helped me. He was informative, asked me what I was looking for before starting to sell me anything. He asked me what I needed in a car and what would be nice to have, my budget, etc. I have never owned a Hyundai before and have only had it for so long, but compared to other cars I tried there are definitely more features for the money. He listed the pros/cons of each vehicle and ended up finding me a used car that fit my needs and budget. One thing I liked is that I only dealt with him, I left to go see other cars that I had scheduled to see at other dealers and I wasnt hounded by any sales managers or other salesmen like I was at other dealerships.

I was not sold on a vehicle, rather questioned about what I wanted in purchasing a vehicle. I gave what was important to me and was accommodated with a few options based on the criteria I gave. At no point did I feel like I was being sold on a car, rather the entire time I felt like the sales rep (Joshua Terry) was there for my best interest. I needed some recalls completed that I haven’t had time to get to. I visited the website and scheduled an appointment for 2/15/2020. Upon my arrival the staff was prompt and courteous, I assumed I needed just one recall but was advised I needed 3. Without hesitation they offered to do all 3 while I waited. While waiting a very nice salesman by the name of Nick came by to chat with me, he was on the clock but found time to chat for a moment with a customer who wasn’t there to make a purchase. It was refreshing to chat with a salesmen who was simply interested in showing how customer friendly this dealership can be without thinking about the next car sale. As a result of his kindness I asked for his card. I can honestly say the experience was great. As a result, I’m going to consider Kia Hyundai of Hartford when I decide to purchase my next Hyundai. The coffee and snacks were also nice while I patiently waited for my vehicle to be completed. Kudos Kia keep it up, you’ve gained a future customer.
