Often times it’s hard to rate any dealership 5 stars yet I feel compelled to do so with this establishment. Nick was upfront and honest when purchasing my vehicle, and although there were brake pad issues shortly after my purchase, Jason was more than accommodating addressing my concerns promptly. They also send you a video of every aspect of their inspection when you bring your car in for service. I would certainly consider using them again for future car purchases

This was my third leased vehicle from Liberty and this one had an added degree of difficulty since I now live in Arizona. I checked several local dealers here and inventory was scarce and prices sky high. Liberty had the vehicle I wanted at the best price and with the same great service and support throughout the process especially from my sales associate Paul. Paul made the process simple and smooth and was always great with communicating status updates. Ill be back for my next one!

Firstly, Jordan was great. He went above and beyond to help me out and answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to even call me on my day off. I am deducting a star because of the trade in process here. They do things as a cash value basis- which is quite different than other dealerships ive worked with. I highly recommend coming here in regards to customer service, not so much in regards to trade in business practices.

The service department here is top-notch. After being brushed off by the service department of the dealership where I bought my car, I called Liberty to get new rear view mirror caps installed. They got me an appointment and had them installed very quick. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Went to several dealerships in the Hartford and greater area in the month of June and this dealership and my experience with Zeon was the best! I serviced my 2016 Mazda CX-3 with Liberty Mazda for a replacement of my water pump and belts. They also conducted a vehicle inspection. Not only was I not expecting to receive a courtesy rental, as I had asked them for a ride home from the dealership upon dropping my car off. The rental surprise made my day and also provided some stress relief to a busy work day. From the phone calls I made prior to my appointment sharing the details to the repair I needed, to obtaining the estimated quote, to the service I received at the facility and the text messages I received from the repair technician, communication and customer service was excellent. I also enjoyed the video recordings sent via text detailing the details of the repair recommendations. Very informative and descriptive. Only giving 4 stars because I think there’s always room for improvement. I highly recommend Liberty Mazda. Shoutout to my repair tech Zach and the lovely receptionist Shannon.

I experienced my first service at this dealership for my 2008 Mazdaspeed 3. Previously, I used Partyka Mazda, so I have a very recent comparison. The service personnel are MUCH more experienced and professional at Liberty Mazda. There are multiple waiting areas, so you can choose between watching TV or sitting alone and using their free WiFi to get work done. Great coffee machine and they even provide snacks - sometimes, its the small things that make a difference. On the big things, they did an excellent job with my brake service, utilizing non-OEM front brake pads (high quality Hawk HPS) that cost $100 rather than the special OEM Mazdaspeed 3 front brake pads that cost an outrageous $250. They had my special rotors in stock while Partyka told me that they would not even order the rotors until they completed an initial appointment. They will mount and balance my Tire Rack tires for $20 each, which is lower than any of the tire places listed on Tire Racks website. The Service Manager, Jason, is a really nice guy and my Service Adviser, Chuck, was much better than the two service advisers at Partyka Mazda, one of which knows nothing about cars while the other must have been a used car salesman who works hard at selling you more than you need. I will happily return to Liberty Mazda for my next service.

Experience at Hartford Liberty Mazda was good. Went there to get my 15k miles service. Shannon was good enough to give me all the details. She made sure that I am provided with a loaner so that I dont have to spend 2 to 3 hours sitting at the dealer.

Super super rude. We had set up a appointment with the lady that sits at the entrance. Believe her name was Shannon. First of all, she was dressed up in some going out cloth. Rule number 1, represent the dealer you work for with some class which means dress up for work. She never flinched to greet us when we entered the service lane. Had asked us to get the miles of our vehicle and on top of that tried to sell us a $320 service at only around 12,000 miles. Mazda of Manchester is where we will be going in the near future. We are beyond disgusted by such rude lying employee Mazda has chosen to represent. Not customer service oriented at all. The Service was never performed as we were outraged by the pricing provided by the customer service lady.

But upon visiting the service department, I was tried to be upsold services I did not need. Female service writer they have working there who is the new generation of Karen. I had an annoying sound coming from my car, I took it to P&P in Manchester where they said they thought it was probably a wheel bearing. So they inspected it, said there was nothing wrong with it and I needed new tires. So fine, I let them put new tires on my car. The car still made the sound. I decided to take my Mazda 3 to Liberty Mazda to get it looked at by Mazda people. Within 2 hours, they had test driven the car, found that in fact it WAS a wheel bearing. They sent me a nice video of my car inspection. My car was just outside of warranty but they were able to get the wheel bearing completely covered, they even replaced my screen inside fully covered because it had been freezing on startup in cold weather. They did give me a couple recommendations, but werent pushy about anything, said Id probably need a new battery next winter. But these guys, especially Zack were super friendly, intelligent, and efficient. They didnt try to squeeze money out of me, actually helped me save money! I dropped my car off at 7am and everything was finished within a couple of hours. Thanks so much Liberty Mazda team! :o)Also, Id like to make a comment that there was hand sanitizer available, and a man was disinfecting the seats. The woman who greeted me at the front was cheerful and polite.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Liberty Mazda a few days ago and I had a very positive experience overall. Sales person, Vinh was very knowledgeable and professional. Bill was great too as he processed the transaction efficiently, which was helpful because I don’t live near this dealership. At no point did I feel pressured or hassled. Mersad had helped us out with our car and took great care of us.On the other hand, Shannon when we entered the service lane, was very rude and was supposedly helping Mersad check the vehicle in. She tried to up sell us some ridiculous services that make no sense. Mersad has informed us not work with her because she is not the image Liberty Mazda Service is about. Very disappointing that Liberty Mazda allows someone like her represent Mazda.

These guys are the exception, and I recommend their whole group to anyone looking for a new ride. My contact was Kim - very professional, upfront, no BS, but best of all, an unprecedented level of customer service. They know how to treat clients, and unquestionably deserve the highest rating.

I purchased a fully loaded 2014 Mazda 3i with low miles last year and couldnt be happier. Ken Hicks took great care of me and made sure I found the car that suited me. When I needed to get my front bumper replaced this year from an animal jumping out in front of my car, Allen happily told me to come in once the paint was cured to reapply the Vanguard protection free or charge.I was there yesterday and they had me in and out in 25 minutes. Full service jobs are done with great care. Overall Im very satisfied with Liberty Mazda and am happy I chose to go here.

The sales department’s customer service is like something out of a feel-good movie. We had a great experience two years ago when we first leased our CX9, and when we worked with Nick at lease end he took the time to understand our unique situation (long story) and actually advised us to extend our current lease before leasing a new vehicle. That meant postponing a sales commission, but he did it without hesitation and out of a genuine interest in doing what was right for us. All of that and their “no haggle” policy is the real deal and their pricing is below the competition. We have also had flawless experience with the service department. Can’t recommend highly enough - this is a first-class organization.

I found a used car I was interested in on Liberty Mazdas website. I called that morning to see if the car was still on the lot. I spoke with Chris, a manager, who was friendly but not pushy. He asked if I would be stopping by and I said I didnt know. That afternoon I stopped by the dealership and asked for Chris. He remembered my name and the car I was interested in and introduced me to a salesman named Justin. Justin showed me the car, I test drove it, and he answered all of my questions. Again, he wasnt pushing for a sale, but actually trying to make sure the car was a good fit for my needs. I ended up putting a deposit down that day, and I drove away in my new car the following day. It was super easy and quick, everyone who helped me was great, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. If all the other employees are as great as Chris and Justin, then you wont be disappointed. Plus, Mazdas are such great cars! This is the second Mazda I have owned and the first one lasted me a good 11 years! So head over to Liberty and see what they can do for you!

Best car buying experience ever! Let me start by saying my sales person, Katie, was wonderful. My car had to be moved from another dealership, and she kept me apprised by text every step of the way. I provided my specifications to 4 Mazda dealerships. I recommend doing this. Liberty Mazda had the best price by a WIDE margin.I had only two trips to the dealership, which were very brief. One was during my lunch period to have my trade assessed, and the other was actual delivery of the car. Delivery took less than 45 minutes! The finance manager was on-time (I made an appointment). I spent all of 15 minutes with the gentleman. This is my second Mazda from Liberty Mazda, and the 5th Mazda that I own. I recommend their dealership for sales and service. The process of buying a new car can be very daunting. The guys at Liberty Mazda; John, Rick and Kyle, did an amazing job. After they helped me locate the exact car I customized on Madza USA, John expedited my paperwork via phone and email so I did not have to go into the dealership and wait for the bank to process the loan. Took my car for service. They were very polite and helpful. Techs couldnt figure out exactly what was wrong and took the time to diagnose it without just blindly replacing. Good value for the money. Waiting area/set up is nice.

David was very easy to work with, and extremely helpful. Here are two examples regarding the CPO I purchased there.When I noticed a small chip in the windshield, he went to talk to his manger....uh oh I thought. But he came back and had it replaced without a fuss.Then when there was an issue with the registration, David drove out to my house (two hours of rush hour traffic) to straighten it out.In both cases David was super helpful and did a great job working though any issues or concerns. I highly recommend him and Liberty Mazda.

I have always had excellent experience servicing my vehicle at Liberty Mazda! And the service cost js pretty much on par with outside shops and sometimes even cheaper. Waiting is comfortable as they have a nice show room with snacks and coffee available. And if you need to go, they offer complimentary lyft service back and forth. So far I have no reason to get my car serviced anywhere else.

Liberty Mazda was fantastic! They offered the most competitive upfront price out of all the surrounding dealerships and were completely transparent with all transactions. Jason was fantastic with answering all my questions and providing additional details pertaining to my vehicle. The entire process was painless, total time spent with the dealer ~4 hours (over two days- I test drove a Mazda 3 Hatchback on a Sunday and purchased it the following Monday). Me and my wife were looking for a 3rd row SUV and went to test drive the CX-9. Chris Evans assisted us and was a pleasure to talk with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. He answered all of our questions and we never felt like he was trying to push us into a sale. We decided to pursue the purchase of another manufacturers vehicle but if you are in the market for a Mazda I recommend Liberty Mazda and highly recommend asking for Chris Evans.

My salesman was Chris Evans and he was very awesome. He made me feel very comfortable and I never once felt pressured to buy the car. We were able to joke around and the process was extremely smooth. I usually hate going to dealerships to buy a used car but this was very painless. I was able to get the car the same day which was awesome and they were very helpful with me getting the car because I wasnt sure if I would be able to get it.

Jason and John went above and beyond their job descriptions. My granddaughter had thrown up in the car right as I was pulling in. They came to the rescue and helped me deal with the situation. They were wonderful!

Jim Samson was SO helpful and knowledgeable. My experience at this dealership was stress-free. My car was ready to be picked up in two days, even though it had needed a few minor repairs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone whos looking for a reliable car and trustworthy, friendly people to help them find it.

Purchased a new 2017 CX-5 today! Did some research ahead of time and Liberty had the best price. Christina was great! Spent an hour with the car at 11am, spent an hour picking it up at 4pm the same day. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Got exactly what we wanted for the price we expected to pay.

I put a refundable deposit on a car that was in transit to the dealer, at the recommendation of the sales person. When the car arrived, I took it for a test drive decided it was not for me. I immediately notified the salesPerson that I no longer wanted the car and requested a refund of the deposit. I was told it would take a few days. Over one month later, still no refund. I have made MANY attempts to get the charge refunded to my credit card. Many phones calls, which were ignored. The sales person was helpful but a lot of it seemed out of his control. I even offered to pick up a check and that was ignored. Now I’m being told the check is in the snail mail to me. Only time will tell if this is just another stall tactic. I should’ve disputed the charge on my credit card weeks ago. I don’t recommend this place just based on lack of communication and organization.

Every time I bring my car here I get treated with respect and I am greeted with genuine customer appreciation. They take care of me from getting me good deals on service, loaner if I need it, and treating me like I was one of theres. Ive been to many Mazda dealerships in CT, this one is my absolute favorite and would recommend it over the several others that I have been too.

I bought my Mazda 3 at Liberty Mazda, and I am so happy with my purchase. Ryan and Mark were the people who assisted me. They really had my interest at heart.I am retired and living on a fixed income, so it was a little difficult to find something to suit me. I love driving a stick-shift and in todays market that can be hard to find. I never intended to buy a car the day I walked into the showroom, but I am glad I did. After looking at several cars, Mark listened to what I wanted and said, I have just the car for you. And boy was he on target. I recently, Feb. 2013, bought my first new car, a Mazda2, and it’s exactly the car I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with any automobile. Mazdas get the highest ratings from what I read and I give Liberty Mazda the highest rating for a car dealership in Connecticut or, I should think, anyway. Ken Hicks is the gentleman who sold me my Mazda and, over the phone, I told him specifically what I wanted for a car and how much I wanted to pay. And when I went to see Ken, I got just that and more. Ken is personable, genuinely interested and concerned that his clients are treated as they want, and should be treated, and buy the car that fits their needs. Ken steered me to a Mazda2 and in minutes I was steering this fantastic work of automotive excellence around the Liberty Mazda building. That was all the test drive I required. It a few days I became the proud owner of small and cozy, teal color, standard shift Mazda2, smart and striking. My Mazda2 handles superbly on the road and I feel comfortable and safe inside it, and I’ll give my new Mazda2 the care and respect it deserves for many miles and years to come with the help of the service people and auto wizards at Liberty Mazda. The price was less than I expected and the features are more than I expected to enjoy! I hope anyone who’s going to purchase a car has the same kind of excellent buying experience that I had.
