I came here to pick up my phone at 3.30 pm. The store is closed. It is severe thunderstorm. I knocked on the door few times and a guy came to the door saying he is at lunch break. He did not let me enter the store. I told him is raining outside. No care. No mention of reopening store. This is beyond ethics. Very much disappointed.Please mention the break times on Google. It save your customer a trip. I have to drive back in the rain just because your store guy has a break time.

Most amazing employee for a Retail store I’ve had. I’m a southerner and so hospitality and courtesy go a long way. This associate stayed late helping me out of a Horrible travel nightmare. Give this man a raise. He also had to put up with very diverse customersWhen I was in there and did so professionally

Great customer service

The associate assisting me knew I was on a time crunch. He went out of his way to provide seamless, quality service. All with a great attitude. I ended up making my plane with temporary iphone replacement AT&T Phoenix phone while insurance prepared my claim for the 11. Tell him I said nice work taking care of a less techy old dude.

Store worker was nice. BUT this is the second time weve gone and weve had to wait OVER an hour for someone to come because they were on break at 6:15 until 7:30 PM.

Quick service, they just need a couple more people working at the same time.

A bunch of liars they added direct tv to my account with out telling me, didnt know until the collection notice came in the mail smh. every month my bill goes up and up for whatever reason upgraded in November these iphones dont even charge properly these people never have the answer

ATT in Newington is full of high pressure saies people who are fraudulent and push products onto low income folks. Horrible place, managment was notified and never addresses issues. Dispicable, cant wait to go to Verizon when contract is up. Stuck with ATT.

Went to simply pay my bill but of course you have to wait at least 10 minutes they do not even have a self-service kiosk so one star from me i do not like waiting.

Awful customer service manager has no 0 knowledge and to unlock iPhone she told me go to iPhone store I told her we bought it from AT&T she said she dont care and the other two phone is Samsung she told me to go to Best Buy to get unlock shes so dumb in the end she told me go to a corporate store so she have no idea what to do Android and then she told me to go online and do it but I went to Cricket store the unlocked it and did the best service used to be for 4 line $250 now $100 thank you for Cricket !

I am one to him because the rest of the employees are not to blame for what one did I gave him the money and 20 dollars more I am sure that I am not mistaken because as I take the money from the cashier I go down to the store he pleads until The last thing I did not give him more then he tells me that he is going to count the money in the box if it comes out that there are others he gives me the money we go outside to wait for it to count because he took us out of the store we wait for you we saw how he took out 20 dollars From his pocket he put them on the table he thought we had not noticed then he goes to the glass and he shows us a paper that said there was no money in the box at all these 20 dollars on the desk close the curtain It is still observed, not clearly, into the store, it is seen how the cheeky one puts the money in his pocket, we stayed at the door for a long time, waiting for the scared one, called the police, and everything as if we were to blame for what he did. lack of ethics. Im not coming back there.😠😠😠😠
