We were sent the wrong SIM cards with our new phones. After going to three other stores and calling the company many times we finally tried this location. They were able to help us and get our phones working in minutes! We were ready to give up on Boost completely but this store gave us hope! So I love Boost Mobile but the employees of Ace Wireless on Albany Ave are ridiculously rude. When you spend $300 on a new device last thing you want is an employee slicing open the box with a razor knife and manhandling your new device before you can even touch it. I know how to set up my phone, and requested to be able to do so. If I was able to maybe I wouldnt have had to fix their partial setup for the next hour when I got home. Yet I was still charged $25 for setup!!
