Just wanted to thank Vinnie at Metal Industries for the work he did repairing our heat sealing machine here at Wiffle Ball. A one off custom machine that I had other shops look over the years without any luck. Didnt want the liability in trying to work on a one off machine without any specs to go from. Vinnie took on the job with no issues and turned the new part around in a couple days. Bolted the new part onto the machine and ran like new. Would highly recommend.

On a Friday Afternoon we snapped a shaft on our wood planer, the most frequently used machine in our shop, costing a significant loss of business. Early Monday morning we brought the entire assembly to another machine shop in the southern part of the state. Not only could they not repair it but they caused further damage in their good faith attempt to repair it.Thats when I met Vinny. I dropped off the assembly to Machine Industries on Tuesday morning and by Wednesday morning we were back on line and the machine ran better than it did before. This was not a small simple repair. I have 100% confidence in the team at Metal Industries and their skills and capacity. Great people to work with. This is the type of service that has won my business.
