I have had an excellent experience with Ebony at Extra Space Storage. Setting up a lease was easy and efficient. She helped me when I misplaced the key to my unit. Most recently, she proactively let me know that my new lock wasnt secured quite properly, and we got it secured without incident. (I had put on the lock without sliding the latch all the way, and during her regular checks on the units she noticed that the latch had to be moved into place.) She is professional and friendly in every interaction, and I will continue renting with Extra Space here, confident that my stored items are secure. The rate posted online is good, however 3 months in the rate increased by $30 per month... not good for a space that lacks climate control and has nice.

Ebony the manager was efficient, friendly and easy to talk to. She helped me ( I am a senior citizen) set the code on my combination lock and accompanyied me to the basement level storage unit.I would not have found it on my own. She then put the lock on for me and escorted me safely from the lower location.Ebony is what one hopes for when it comes to customer services. My experience was wonderful.I will recommend others to Extra Storage because of her courteous behavior. Although the phone was ringing off the hook she provided me her undivided attention.I recommend her highly for her management skills.

I would like to give a special thank you to store manager Ebony meeting her today really made my day. Not only did she accommodate my needs she helped me and my wife get the perfect unit she actually stayed past her time to assist us which we never had no one do that before we asked her if she would help us because we wouldn’t have gotten there until after closing and we were in a true emergency and she did. Fare warning to anyone who needs storage I recommend you only deal with Ebony.I’ve been with this company for years. They change staff every month looks like but I hope Ebony stay for awhile this company needs it.I see a total difference in the customer service you receive there, the building is always spot less and smelling good then to get great service from someone like ebony. They need to let them other staff there go it’s amazing how In so little time I’ve seen this building do a whole 360 and I’m happy to continue to rent we extra space. It’s one girl I can’t remember her name but her attitude is horrible and not very welcoming and besides ebony I never seen now of the workers do all that she do . As long as she stay there you have a constant customer and I would recommend here to everybody and ask for ebony. Yesterday I was lucky enough to have been assisted by Ebony at Extra Space Storage’s Pope Park Highway location in Hartford Ct. While rushing to the location for an out of state move out, I discovered my college student lost her key. We called Ebony- and she was INCREDIBLY helpful. Once she was aware of our predicament (and for security we verified who we were), she went above, and beyond to make sure our move out was successful. She detailed, and promised her assistance with each necessary step. She was absolutely true to her word- and our move out went off without a hitch thanks to her. Oh, and did I add we also got stuck in traffic, and she even stayed late to make sure we were ok!!!Thanks Ebony!

I had the honor of speaking with Caden in UT and Suzanne in CT today. They were so pleasant and easy to speak with! They worked fast to help me find a unit and advised me on how to proceed. Suzanne even reserved one of the 2 medium units that were available because I wanted my 1st day of rent to start tomorrow (7/2/2020). She advised to call back tomorrow to pay (since payment has to be taken on the first day of rent).What an amazing woman!4 stars because it is a bit pricey at $146 for a 10x10, BUT it does come with the 1st month free.Thank you both for your amazing support and help!
