Swish may have it when it come to cleaning supplies but as far as their service on equipment they are a joke. Called for service the person answering the phone was rude and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. The tech was scheduled to be here on Tuesday, no show, called again, this time I was told he was behind schedule. He showed up the next day and took his time looking at the equipment. Told me the repair was completed and left. I went to use it later that day and not only did it have the same problem but now new issues. I have owned and maintained this equipment for over 5 years. This is not the first poor service I received from Swish. I bought this equipment from the company they bought out in CT. Service was always a pleasure, on time and fair priced. Im not paying the bill and will move all my business to another company with real service techs. Since the purchase of the CT company, sales and service are the worst I have ever experienced in my 20 years dealing with JanSan companies.

Nice staff. Great variety of janitorial cleaning products and supplies. Prices range all over the place, but you usually have several options and price ranges to choose from.

In November I brought a piece of equipment in for repair. I was told that they were busy and probably couldnt get to it for about 4 weeks. I was fine with that. On January 2nd Swish contacted me to discuss the issues I was having with the machine. I assumed at that point it was getting worked on. February rolls around and I start calling and leaving messages to inquire about the repairs. I recieved no call backs. Today is February 13th I drive down to pick up my unrepaired equipment. I walk in and the woman working barely acknowledged me. I explained the situation of how long I have been waiting for this repair. She says she cant help me. I look to left and see my machine sitting there. I tell the woman that is my machine and that Im going to take it and go. She looked at me and said fine take it. She did absolutely nothing to confirm that the $3,000 piece equipment that I was walking out with was actually mine and just let me go with it.It is very unlikely that I will ever do business with Swish again.

They have a wide variety of paper and cleaning products as well as food service disposables in stock, and have access to special order many others.
