One of the smaller CVS locations. They do not have the best selection and often do not have things that are advertised in the circular. Other than that there is a pharmacy and its convenient if you need to run in and out.

Not well stocked or very good selections. Pharmacy inefficient-- they call to tell you prescription is ready but dont tell you its not complete!! Or back ordered- causing you to make another trip or go to another cvs to pick the rest of it up. Pharmacy department not friendly- no smiles.Just convenient. Have to rethink how important that is to me!!

45 mins waiting for my son’s medication and still no medication had to call the doctor to send it to a Walgreen and as soon as I got there 5 mins I had it so what the heck was this guy doing for 45 mins

Went in to get a prescription for an antibiotic. Was accused of not having health insurance several times by the employee even though I showed them my insurance card. Had to call the insurance company turns out I DID have insurance (which I knew because I was at the doctor an hour before) My wife used the exact same card a few weeks before with out an issue. Not so much as an apology for basically calling me a liar. They kept suggesting that I pay out of pocket so they wouldnt have to do their job. They did eventually figure it out. In the future I will go to an other pharmacy so I dont have to deal with extreme attitude.

Helpful, cheery staff and well-stocked store, lovely to visit.

Generally speaking, everyone is friendly except this African American lady at the pharmacy who speaks in a condescending manner to the customers. She would ask for my name, and while I am telling her my name, she would interrupt me with an attitude telling me that the computer system is not ready yet. She would also often get confused with my insurance and blame it on me that Im not covered, when the week before I used the same insurance for the same medication. There were other incidents with her that I rather not discuss! Very unprofessional and condescending!

Nice store pleasant staff lacking dudu paper in the womans facilitys had to wipe with seat covers not a fun experience great CVS though well stocked

Good service most of the employees are friendly but most of the time the location in Hartsdale dont have the staff that another cvs but besides that everything is great ☝️️😊

All employees are professional and coureous. one young gentleman even helped me to my car with all of my packages

CVS in this location need to update the phone number pertaining to hartsdale location rather then we have to call the general number.
