🤬 Bought 2 new phones that are both bad. Been with provider since 2015 upgraded phones before. Neve had as many issues with previous versions as I do with these 2 new phones. Not doing anything different from before. Dont understand why so many issues.

Had to get phone switched from another provider at the last minute. Went to Boost and Tonya went above and beyond to make it happen!! Fantastic service!

Switching from Sprint to Boost but had trouble doing so. Tanya was so very helpful and resolved our issue. We are Boost customers with 4 lines at a very great price. In store, we were offered refreshments. Tanya was very good at handling multiple customers and was very efficient. I highly recommend seeing her.

Oscar was great! We had a bad experience at another Boost store and then came here. It was a very nice environment. They offer refreshments and have friendly staff. Definitely recommend this store!

Lousy customer service! The counter girl let us stand there for over 15 minutes without asking us anything. Then when I asked a price on a phone... ignored me to talk on her cell phone. Never again! Ive been here for new phones twice before, but they lost a loyal customer this time. You suck!

I went there and they were pretty rude and it te place itself is in very bad conditions, don’t know how they can be that rude, after all they need to treat the customers kindly, never going there again.

They charge 25-30% above retail for theyre phones, the place looks very ghetto and dirty.

They got some good plans on phone
