They tried to sell my dad an iPhone 7plus claimed it was a new phone which it wasn’t it was clearly refurbished and the back camera was completely broken and didnt work.(btw my dad is old school and doesn’t know much about technology so when he innocently came home, happy with his “new” phone and it broke my heart when I saw what they gave him) I told me dad to go back and they gave him an xr and didn’t apologize.

The guy set up my account with his own 8 digit code didnt give me a copy he used an unknown zip code and nickname for account and i am unable to access my account due to the mishap.
