I went in yesterday to look @ a/c. The employee was rude,arrogant, and not friendly. Felt like he was rushing us out, due to store closing.When asking questions seemed upset or bothered. VERY un professional!! Terrible service.I plan on talkng with district managers!!!! Even told me we dont need to do business with you if you going argue about something he never asked me.

Only one person I met there I liked I couldnt make a payment of 16 dollars and I had it set it up where I only paid every 2 weeks and I had more money in credit then the actuall payment needed then I quit my job and am waiting for the last check and theyve hung up on me and talked down on me on the phone cause I couldnt make the payment not only all that I told them once I get my last check Id make the payment and they said ok but then called the next day asking for there products back saying they can not wait that long hands down the worstCompany in hastings ne

They treat u like family and take care of all your needs yall are the best and yall have super employees

What a place! Customer service... ON POINT. The manager was phenomenal, this guy explains how everything works and was very friendly while being professional. Fair pricing and Great stock of everything you need. Delivery guys, Casey and Cj treated my furniture like it was their children. Handled every piece with elegance and grace. 10/10 would recommend!

Wouldnt recommend this place. They constantly getting billing info wrong and you end up paying more. We paid off a TV and a bed and instead of paying my TV off they just used it as store credits to pay weekly for all my items combined. So now Im still paying for the TV which was paid off.

Alex has arrogant,detestful and abrasive attitude towards customers who he believes he is above he makes it seem like everyone who has a question or needs help is beneath him and that if he doesnt think there is a solution to the problem, send there isnt one he has lack of customer service courtesy an extreme lack of respect for the customer.
