Premier has been my go to store since they opened. They have helped me furnish my house and keep my appliances up to date and running smoothly for years now. From hand held gaming devices to bedroom sets their sales staff is quite knowledgeable. I know I can always count on Amanda to get me the products I want as well as what I need. She has always gone above and beyond for my family. Whether it is an item they don’t have in stock or a financial hiccup on my end, she is always ready to help and takes care of my needs as a customer. With Amanda it isn’t just a job, she genuinely cares for her customers and makes a point to know them personally. She brings a small town feel to a corporate business. She will work hard for her customer. By making sure that they are getting the products they want and need at a price that is affordable, before sending them home with the comfort of knowing they made the right decision.

Kim Jacoby is the best! She found me a washer when I was in a pinch and pulled strings so that she was able to deliver same day to my home. Very polite, pleasant, and professional and these days that’s hard to find!!

Family needed a new washer and dryer set so we went in to see Dave. Quickly showed us our options and had the set delivered the same day! During installation we noticed a dent. I said it was no big deal but Dave insisted on replacing it for us. Great customer service and will continue to recommend family and friends

They have black balled my 81 year old grandmother because I had an issue with someone stealing from me through another store and I made a police report on what what was taken from my home. My grandmother always paid off her items and since I called for her I was told it wouldnt be a good fit for their company to rent to her because of who her family is that no longer even lives in the State of Nebraska that is pretty sad if you ask me.

Super friendly staff; everyone from looking at items in the store, calling with questions or payments, and getting items delivered quickly were kind and respectful no matter who helps you!We had an issue with our 82 smart TV and there was no hassle given to us when we reported it. Premier staff came, looked at it, took pictures and kept us informed during the replacement process. Huge surprise to us when the new one was delivered; 82 wasnt available so they brought us an 85!!! 🙃🙂🙃😎Highly recommend the Hastings location! 👍

What an amazing experience so far! We started out with some furniture and they have some amazing options for rent to own or same as cash! They understand famies have different circumstances and work with you! They have proven this on many occasions! You are not just a face here! They know you and treat you like family! They fix things if they happen to break and do it for free if they can! They have gone above and beyond for this family! We actually still keep contracts with them because its a great way to build credit quickly! Shout out to Amanda and John for always going find what I need and hooking us up with that XBOX we couldnt find anywhere else. I love Premier!! We have always been treated well when we were in there. Their prices are great and they are willing to work with you, just communicate with them. Most of our house is furnished by Premier, lol. And we wouldnt have it any other way!!

I have been using premier now for over a year for all my home furnishing needs. They have been wonderful on working with my budgets. Also when life hits hard they were more then happy to work with me on my payments. The latest item I got was a tv that they delivered the same day a half an hour before they closed. This was nice of them as I came in last minute because of my old tv broke. Thanks to everyone at premire for making us feel Welcomed.

Premier Rental Purchase has always been there when we need new products. Been a customer for years and have always been satisfied with the products we have bought. Amanda, Brenda, Dave and the other guys have always been knowledgeable in the products they sell. The delivery guys are always there for you when u buy that first product Or when u buy products for the whole house. They always have made our needs or wants to our standards

This is a good place to get stuff at a reasonable price. They treat you like family and not as a customer and I enjoy that. The staff is friendly and helpful and David is terrific. Also Amanda is amazing and she can get you anything you need. It was great seeing their old assistant manager Jennifer at the Christmas party this past year was really sad to see her go.

Helpful staff, that went out of their way to ensure our refrigerator was delivered the same day, as ours had gone out. The credit process was a little slow or it would have been 5 stars.

Honestly, I had never planned to use a rent-to-own company after everything Ive heard about them over the years, but the sales and delivery staff here are really awesome. In fact, one salesman was genuinely concerned about our well-being with the weather and got us taken care of fast so we could get home before it got worse. Awesome, friendly people, a wide range of good quality products (my boyfriend owned an appliance store and we got a washer, dryer and fridge plus an iPhone!) at reasonable rates, no pushy salesperson hovering over you and the delivery drivers were pretty nice and got the appliances all hooked up and tested as quickly as my house would let them. Lol Id recommend this place to everyone that is in need of something right away but cant quite go out and buy something immediately.

This place is ridiculous the staff makes everything too personal we recieved a sectional from them that had bed bugs the washer amd dryer broke weeks after getting it and they refused to fix it then damaged my property over one missed payment which i used to have someone fix the washer and dryer with. Jose punched my door so hard it left a dent then threatened to put me in jail infront of my children i would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy go to ACE RENT TO OWN they are way better and prices are way better they dont scam u out of all your money then claim u never paid and repo your stuff

They dont care about peaple feelings Im in the hospital with heart failure and cant breath and my husband has missed days of work to be with me and Jennifer always do you know when your going to be able to pay .when my sister just paid half .I understand payments need to be paid but what ever happen to compassion and we been with premeirm for over two years and this is the first time we had problems never late we were always early on payments and now they treat you bad if I ever rent agian it wont be with them any longer so disappointed I them.
