The lady who works here told me when switching from AT&T to verizion i was told they could not just sell me a SIM i had to buy new phone, take its sim and put it in my old phone and it maybe will work -_-....called customer support twice they said they had no idea what i was talking about and just mailed me a new sim 0 charge or anything.
