We made a stop at the Hastings Verizon Store yesterday and was helped by Levi. The service and help provided by him was second to none. Have to also add, we have used the services of the Hastings Verizon Store for many years and always received great, friendly and competent service. Good job Levi!

Levi was a huge help in getting me a new phone and figuring out the best plan that would work for me. He was patient when I had an excessive amount of data to transfer to the new phone and made sure to fully answer all of my questions I had. Great service!

Wanted $100 more than a chain retaiI store for an entry level prepaid smart phone (exact same phone and plan), or $110 to move my service from my old phone to a new one from an outside source. My son did the transfer for me to the one bought at the big box chain store in about 20 minutes instead and didnt lose anything, like they said we would, either.

Picked up a few new accessories for my phone. Levi was great to work with. Thank you !

We had an issue with billing from Verizon that wasn’t what Dawson told us when we got a “family” plan. Huge differences in what he said and what Verizon actually billed us. Another problem is with the receipt we got from here, it doesn’t describe what we purchased as far as plan we purchased with new phones. We asked for added line on a family plan and got 2 separate lines. We were left to foot the bill cor this mistake.Also, with a new iPhone and promotion, was suppose to get 6 months of Apple Music but not the case.

A previous rep elsewhere swapped my phone over from a old flippy phone to a smart phone. After I had some questions I visited the local verizon to get some help. Eric was a phenomenal help. He took one look at my account and noticed i didnt have autopay or my military discount set up. He helped me create my app logins to get my checking account entered, and helped for over an hour as support reps still could not figure out why the military site wasnt connecting. I will be back monday for his expertise after the military site is fixed, thank you!

A non-techie, Ive always had a great experience at this Verizon store. On my most recent visit, Norman and Dawson went above and beyond to help get a new phone set up ~ basically, they did everything, from switching the SIM card to putting on the screen protector to finding a phone case for an old phone. They were friendly and professional and incredibly helpful.

The team here is great, helpful, and overall super positive, making a great environment for work and customer service.

Excellent Fast Service!

I came in during this annoying pandemic issue we have, needed some tech support, my phone was not making calls. The guy said due to current situation they are not handling customer devices. Thats understandable. So he did everything he could to walk me through the troubleshooting with me at the wheel. I learned a few things about how to use my phone better, but unfortunately the three things he tried didnt solve the issue, so he had me contact customer service.Please please please dont feel bad if they wont touch your phone. Understand this current pandemic affects every one and they have multiple routes you can take with help. Either a Verizon department that is exclusively set up to help with transferring your stuff, or a handy packet with multiple different options for transferring your stuff. They were so helpful as much as they could be. Thanks guys!

Jarrod T. is awesome! I had 2 BIG problems. One has been going on for years and the other more recent. He was willing to help, took time to listen, then fixed both problems in a heartbeat! I am so happy, I would have hugged him, if I could!

Norman did a great job replacing my damaged phone last Friday. I got a new phone that does exactly what I want it to and he sold me an hands free device that is awesome. He answered all my questions and I didnt end up spending nearly what I thought I would have to. Great experience!

Hurts to give 1 star, but it’s an accurate review unfortunately. Employees basically just tell you to call Verizon for any issues you have. Only helpful when you want to buy something they have in the store... which is overpriced

Dawson Bigelow is excellent consultant. I purchased a phone elsewhere, brought it to the store and Dawson set it all up and transferred the data from my old phone. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and above all courteous and pleasant to work with; this was particularly great since there was nothing in it for him. Eric, Chris, and Dawson all helped me out over several days. I had a great experience buying a phone here. I had some issues at a different Verizon store, but the associates at this location cleared up the issues. Very knowledgable and helpful!

Nick M. was THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON at a cell phone store that we have EVER encountered. I cannot express enough how INCREDIBLE it felt to walk out of the store and not feel so stressed that I wanted to pull my hair out. He was able to help us figure out a problem with a phone that had a factory defect, get us a new phone, and advised us on the best direction moving forward for a future phone purchase (which we will DEFINITELY be doing and hope to go into the store when he is working).

Fantastic customer service, clean store, great management, friendly and knowledgeable staff... Went to the other Hastings location and waited for almost a half hour for an issue they never did fix for me. Came to this location and the issue was fixed and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Ive never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend this store. 👍💯

This store has done an amazing job helping myself and my husband with our new phones. The people who work here are knowledgeable and very friendly. They answered all of our questions and were patient with us. I will highly recommend this store to everyone. (There is another store here in town that I would never recommend, they were the complete opposite of this store)

Their manager has been absolutely amazing helping me and my friends get great devices with an incredible company. I strongly suggest going here and buying a new phone today from Daniel. He has bent over backwards to help me countless times. I personally see no reason for me to ever go anywhere else.

Went in looking at phones, talked with the manager Devin. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the ones I was looking at. I wish every place had customer service like that!! Will definitely be going back to him for any other service questions or changes for my account.

I have never had better customer service! Daniel and Sam helped me yesterday. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! They even stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of! I highly recommend this store.

Don’t go to this store. Worst store and worst service I’ve ever encountered. The good reviews are here because the owner pushes their friends and family into posting a 5 star reviews. They will not sell certain phones outright. They can’t do anything with my account. They don’t give me any reasons besides, “we just don’t do that,” but recommend other indirect stores who might do the things they won’t do. They have no reason to not sell me a phone other than greed and wanting me on a plan through their store.

Best experience Ive ever had when going to get a new cell phone. The manager Devin was extremely personable and explained in detail what I was purchasing and how it would effect my bill. I will definitely continue working with that store and manager.

Dan is an awesome employee, the customer service in this location is unmatched. Not only is he extremely willing to help you but he is also extremely talented and knowledgeable. Verizon certainly made a good choice when hiring this employee.

I was in the store for 34 minutes without any of the 3 people working acknowledging me. When I first entered, there were 2 customers in the store, a woman was being helped by a guy in a black shirt and the other waiting. There was a 2nd person working wearing a red shirt but he didnt really seem to be doing more than taking up space. After I walked in, another man and 2 girls came in, guy in black shirt says hey your back, the kid in the red shirt can help you until Jason is back from break. Jason comes back from break within a couple of seconds and red shirt kid goes on break. (Well, I assume he was on break because he started eating a banana.) In walks some other guy who just stopped by to visit and oh by the way to let everyone know he is now on the radio. Woman leaves, guy in black shirt now joins Jason to help the man with the 2 girls. In the meantime, Im still standing there and so is the other guy. (for all I know the other guy could have been helped earlier and now waiting - not sure his story.) But, Jason, guy in black shirt and now the kid in the red shirt are all either helping the man with the 2 girls or shooting the breeze with the guy who stopped by to visit. I stood in the middle of the store for 11 minutes (yes, I timed it) looking directly at all 3 of the service people waiting for assistance. Not once - never did they ever say a word or offer to help. Good bye Verizon! My time is valuable and I will not waste it on this store ever again.

After shopping around and traveling to a few different Verizon stores even considering switching to a different carrier, the service I experienced at this store would never make me consider going someplace else again. I would like to consider myself and family pretty knowledgeable when it comes to technology, however the staff here definitely know what they were talking about. My family had all their questions answered for them and more. The time the staff spent helping my family figure out exactly what we needed not only to serve our needs the best but also to get us the best deal was some of the best service we have experienced from a local independent store in along time. I have shopped here many times and always seem to get the best deal, and every stop has been a personalized experience made from the staff. Not only does this location have great deals to benefit individuals and families but its also followed up with great knowledgeable people as well!

Zac the store manager was fantastic. Spent 2.5 hours helping me set up my account and transferingData. Also saved me a bundle of money by reviewing my old shared plan. Service above a beyond for me.

Do not bother going to this store if you need help. I ordered a phone online through Verizon because the deal was only offered online. When the phone arrived it would not complete the set up and let me make calls. When they learned that I did not buy it from this store they refused to help me. There was another customer in the store at the same time and they were also giving him the 800 to call. I have been with Verizon for over 25 years and could not believe when they said well this is not even a real Verizon store - maybe if you drive to Woodbury they will help you. Pretty sure that they wont be around long with kind of customer service. Wish we had a real Verizon store closer than Woodbury!
