We were very pleased with our initial meeting with Travis Johnson from the Pella Windows and Doors of Hastings. Travis is very informative, knows the product line very well, and was very easy to work with. Although our delivery is three weeks away, we are very pleased with our service to this point. Travis has also assisted with securing someone to help with the installation of the window upon arrival. I am quite sure we will continue to be pleased through that process as well.
