Called for torsion spring repair. Ill give them this- theyre fast and the technician was awesome. But I have a feeling this company just rents technicians getting other companies, as the operator said its a flat $90 fee + springs (which, she said, is the price for the pair). The tech comes out and tells me he charges hourly and the cost of the springs are per spring. Plus I had to pay for a service call, which wasnt mentioned over the phone.

GREAT SERVICE!! Couldnt be happier. Got them out here to install a new opener and do some maintenance on my door. Not it purrs Not loud at all. Before I could hear from my room every time the door was opening and closing. Now its nice an quiet.

Our business garage door was not working so we could not get our service vehicle out. Matthew came by, about 30 minutes after the initial call. It took him 45 minutes and he got the garage door in running condition (we had a broken spring). Thank you guys for a fast and professional service. WIll highly recommend to all.
