Big B Ace has the best customer service. They may be a little higher priced but they have plenty of coupons and their service and knowledge is second to none.

This store has amazing wood and I wood like to put the wood in the wooden house because I really love this wood. The wood as many wood qualities and the wood is very very nice and woody. I went to Big G Ace Hardware to get two keys made. I walked in the store and felt overwhelmed. I was not expecting the store to be so big. It was like a big box retail store. What struck me was the set up every aisle was clearly marked the aisles and floors were so shiny and neat. I must of looked lost because a staff person came up to me and asked if I needed help, which I did. She took me to where the keys were made and made the keys for me. Just wanted to say thank you for the services and the keys.

What happened to Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man? Cause he wasnt working when I was there. You know who was? A guy who walked right past us and didnt say a word! Btw, we were looking at Big Green Egg Grills..... No Sale!

This place used to be so lovely, until the Arbys was built in front. Now everytime I walk into Big G Ace I am reminded of my ex girlfriend Rawanda. But all in all a great establishment.

I have shopped Big G Ace Hardware for about 20 years now. Their service is outstanding, and the people who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is where I go when I need help on a project. The workers have lots of experience in most of the subjects I ask for help on, and they take the time to explain things. If one worker doesnt know the answer, he or she will ask someone else to come and help. If they cant come up with an answer, they simply tell me so. Such honesty is refreshing. Some of their sales make their prices competitive with what can be found at the big box stores. The rest of their prices tend to be a little higher than I can find elsewhere, but I prefer to come to Ace because of the service they provide. I recommend Ace for anyone who needs a really good hardware store.

Shame on you! My eighty-year-old parents always shop at your store for some reason preferring your location over the large box across the street. I was appalled to learn that you charged them a full days $75 rental fee for a power washer that they had to drive 40 minutes round trip 3x to bring back twice because it was broken and needed a new carburetor.*Updated* Thank you for the prompt reply. We went into Big G Ace thinking about buying a Big Green Egg. Bob spent an hour talking with us about the egg, the options, and gave us multiple quotes for multiple options we were potentially interested in. He even had us come back another day when he had some of the different options assembled that other customers had ordered for us to be able to see them in person prior to ordering.. After ordering the egg, they even delivered it the hour to our house and set it up! What a great group with friendly staff and excellent customer service! We will definutely be back for all of our eggcessories and all of our home needs! Thanks Bob, Kevin, and Kayla for everything!

I went into Big G today to get Thrift for my drains. In my opinion its one of the best drain cleaners on the market. The staff there is always courteous and is always willing to help you find what you are looking for. Stop by and check them out and hopefully youll have the same experience I did.

Big G Ace hardware are a hometown store, proud of there community. Will to support its community and they PROUDLY support all branches of the military.They have finally come into being a large efficient, working store, competitive with Menards pricing or other out of town box stores. They carry a better quality product than Menards or other box stores...but you get what you pay for. Its nice if you have a need for nuts, bolts, screws, washer, and many other such items, you can purchast in singles or in bulk. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The staff know the store very well and can direct you to anything you need or can provide you with alternative options.

Hardware selection is good but Menards is across the street and has quite a bit more for your money. The stuff they have for housewares is nice but pretty expensive. The commercial desk for businesses is good. They offer Rewards program thats not too bad if you can get a cashier that knows what theyre doing. Theyre open pretty late either 8 or 9 and they open pretty early in the morning.

Its okay if you just need a nail or bolt. But if your looking for Milwaukee tools or more specific items not so much.

Completely upset. Paint sale bogo . Oh but when you ask the clerk which paint is cheaper she failed to tell me the brand she sold me was not part of the bogo. Absolutely ridiculous. I shouldve left the paint there. But I didnt want them to be stuck with it. Watch, ask, double check. Lesson learned.

I needed a flexible hose for an older kitchen socket faucet. Adam was very helpful, recommended tape, and a refund handled very professionally..... across the street was trying to sell others a new shower head and hose...... keep up the good work! Nice Floorplan, and friendly staff. Was called by name when I walked into the door by Linda Dill, an acquaintance of mine. Also asked if someone could help, and directed to Adam at the information desk. Awesum idea. Priceshow very competitive, and great quality. 5 minute fix with right parts. I will come back more often, and suggest others do too! Did I mention locally owned and operated by local people? :)
