This post isnt meant to say that employees are rude or cant do their job. They are very polite and seem knowledgeable. My biggest complaint is their ability to be on time. They say they open at 9 am and even put up a giant billboard, now open at 9!!!! Twice this week Ive had to sit in the parking lot and wait because no one is here to open their store. Not only is it 9:06 right now but Ive sat and watched as several people waiting decided to leave. I get it, the sign says 9 but employees should be here before that to prep and open the store. Not show up 10 minutes after and make customers wait.
