This is just a few pictures... i have more not only did they wreck my trailer but the quality of my trailer was unacceptable for what we paid for it nor will it last us in the poor shape this trailers in.... Dont trust these people they dont stand for their work and they know this thats why its in their contract about suing them.We were delivered this September 22 2018 we just were able to move in March 2019 because they have been working on this trailer that long and its still a hot mess my front door you can see light coming through it and its shut but yet their specialists replaced it yea right.. Dont Be Us stay away from this place the devil owns this company and these people and Hamilton Manufacture in Alabama because they knew this trailer was built wrong before it left Alabama.. Theyre aids say Quality Craftsmanship my closets were not finished the trim dont meet or is not nailed down still finding silicone stuck on the walls and i cant get off without pulling the paper off the walls I COULD GO ON AND ON but if you took time to read this i hope this helped you in making a decision on these two companies and believe there is more of me out there stay away from Wholesale Home Center and Hamilton Manufacture in Alabama ...The Specialist they send to repair your damage is not even a license contractor and comes when he wants to while you wait all morning for him to show up.This is not a professional company

Wish I could rate this sale guy and company much less.Hi my wife and I were looking for our first home and went to this location. Derek Thompson was our sales representative. He had the perfect conversation and convinced wifey to leave him a $5,000 deposit WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT!!! As I stated, we we’re LOOKING, so we visited other lots to be sure we were getting our money worth. After visiting several other facilities, we called Derek Thompson and requested a full refund. It has now been over a week and still NO REFUND!!!!! Derek Thompson keep giving us the run around, as to why he haven’t returned the deposit. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, especially DEREK THOMPSON!!!!!

At first going in there everyone was friendly! Then once we got started with everything they werent doing anything, like I would call n text all the time to figure out what was going on n they just got annoyed with me. Then at closing wanted to rush and do everything in one day after waiting a month... and at closing tony made a comment on how much I contacted them.... I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had went to 2 other mobile home lots and they were helpful but either the notes were not where she wanted them to be or it was a problem with the financing even with her having little to no debt! My friend saw an ad on FB for Brad and wholesale home. I was reluctant at first but I finally reached out to him and got an immediate response! He was really helpful and listened to what my mom wanted. They were able to get her approved for the mobile home she wanted and she is the process of closing soon and this was all within a 2 week period! My brother bought a mobile home from these people and the services he offered are a big joke. The building leaks since the beginning. The A /C has been giving him problems. When they brought the home on the property they didn’t connect it correctly that’s why the roof leaks. The crew they sent out to fix the list of things that were listed like repair the roof, that wasn’t done. The ceiling was supposed to be repaired by so call professionals and the crew came out did a half ass job. Still has leaks. The electric light in the kitchen has water leaking out of it. The back door which is in the laundry area is almost ready to fall out due to the water soaked door frame.I never In My life had such an inadequate company call themselves professional in every sense of the word be so fake and dishonest as these people. My brother has heart problems is 65 and on a budget. His biggest mistake ever was trusting these people at their word to do right by him. You Tony are the biggest misrepresentation of a man of his word. People stay away from this site. Go somewhere else and be treated with dignity. Not like a piece of rubbish because he brought cash and there is no longer a need to make sure that this customer is satisfied.I will post to every site I can to make sure that other customers don’t get duped by you and your company again.The rating I give this company is a very big nasty zero in my opinion.

We just bought the Green Lantern and our payments, after adding full coverage home insurance and taxes (the mortgage company sets you up to pay out on the full yearly cost on a monthly basis, without charging you interest on them!), ended up at just over $600. You cant find a new 3 bedroom rental for anything CLOSE to that!And talk about peace-of-mind that you dont have to worry about paying home taxes or insurance rates in one lump payment each year. The prices are so very affordable, considering the skyrocketing cost of renting these days.Most importantly, youll know that every dollar you pay will end with you owning your own home, not paying someone else to live in their home.

Me and my step son purchased a used trailer 1yr old and was promised all kinds of stuff that was barely if not delivered.the handy man they sent to put our trailer together did more harm than good and was later let go by our discretion. It took us four months and numerous phone calls and visits to the office to get our trailer livable. And finally we had enough and finished the work our selves. I would not recommend buying anything off these people they constantly lied to good Christian people and yes I threatened to sue. This was my sons first home buying experience. What a shame
