I have been going to see Dr. John since I was 15! I am now 36. I have also seen his wonderful wife, Dr. Barbara as well. They are by far my most favorite doctors to see. They have such a way about them that just makes you feel comfortable. The office is clean and professional and the staff is amazing.

Much easier than other places in the area to get an appointment. Staff was friendly yet efficient. I was able to get an exam and get all set up to order my first pair of glasses in about an hour. Very happy to find this place after struggling with other places in the area for a few years now.

Dr. Barb and staff are great! I received a very thorough eye exam and care at this office. I will definitely return.

I was in need of a new eye doctor that was close by and I realized that they take my insurance! My twin sister goes here for her eye care and loves them. They are so professional and polite. Just make sure you get there and out the way so they can enjoy their lunch lol they also have taken their procedures for Covid above and beyond and dow what they can to make you feel safe. So glad me and my daughter came to this office.

Scheduled my appointment 3 months in advance (it was the only appointment available) and was 10 minutes late due to traffic, was told I was marked as a no show for only being 10 minuets late and told to make another appointment. Will definitely be going to banks eye care for now on!

This was my first time at Triangle Visions and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was pleasant and the Doctor was really nice and helpful. They listened to what I wanted and were not pushy. Great experience.

Dr Desmone was very kind and thoughtful during my eye exam and contacts fitting. I had to bring along my two little ones to the appointment and he was accommodating and patient with them being there. I highly recommend him as your dr, especially if you are new to the area for military.

Dr John is an amazing doctor along with his wife. They have taken care of me for some years now and I highly recommend them. Dr John saved me from going blind in my left eye and I am truly blessed to have him for my doctor.

Recently had my (many years) check up and as in the past, the Dr. is funny, easy to talk with, understands your issues and listens very well. He is a cut up, yet very formal. The type that puts you at ease from the first hand shake to the end at the check out desk. The staff is top notch and very helpful. Filing your insurances and setting up appointments is so easy. Calling in with an issue or just to talk about your glasses is fun and informative. Overall, a great place to have your eyes checked.

My wife had an eye emegency. Never been here before but the took her in within minutes. Great service! Highly recommended.

I absolutely love the modern look of the facility and the colorful variety of glasses! I thought I would have to go out of town for some fancy specs, but was pleasantly surprised when I found this place. The staff and the doctor are friendly and caring and eager to answer any question you may have. I have transferred my sons prescription to this office because this is the only place we need to go for our eye care!

Our family absolutely loves the Desmone Family Eye Care! ( as weve known them before they changed names). Weve been seeing them since we moved here a few years ago. They really care about their patients and that speaks volumes. They always answers all my questions without issues. I would tell anyone looking for an eye Dr to give them a try. :)

I received a phone call that said if I don’t confirm my apt it will be cancelled. I made the apt for initial visit. I planned to keep it. Confirmation would only be for office convenience. Not convenient for me to call (more than a week out) to say yes I will be attending the apt i scheduled. Of course these phone calls are during work hours so I missed these calls- regardless of the inconvenience I did call and leave a message confirming that I would be keeping my scheduled apt. Apparently the message wasn’t recoeived- bc the next call- still days out from my apt is to tell me my apt is cancelled. After all that I’m really okay with it being cancelled. I’ll be looking for another optometrist. You as a business should know that your backwards system made you lose one of those patients that keeps and shows up for appointments. Big red flag when hoops are created to jump through before the initial apt.

My family loves Dr. Desmone’s services and care of his patients. We have been patients at his practice for several years without any complaints. Our visits since he sold the practice wasn’t as pleasant as the past. Without complete understanding of why, expenses went up and the front office staff seemed to be “learning.” I have hopes process, capabilities, and policies will flow smoother in the future. As for prices...I doubt they will even remotely reduce to equate to past years. It may be a cause to “shop around”...we will see. I truly don’t want to leave Dr. Desmone.

Dr. Desmond did a phenomenal job with my son. He saw him at 5 and at 6 years old. He has a way with children that takes the scariness away from someone touching around your eye which my son has huge issues with. Staff is always extra friendly. No waiting. For myself, this was the only pair of glasses I actually ever liked. Unfortunately another facility lost them :-/. Wish we were still in the area!

Great, Dr Desmone is the absolute best and very thorough. He has 30+ years experience. They also take my husbands TRICARE and my tricare4life, which is a huge plus. They are located outside main gate near Cherry Point Air-station which is wonderful for convenience!
