The food is amazing! Huge slices of Pizza what ever kind you like! The Baked potato bread bowl is off the hook and hits different! Atmosphere is comfortable for familys of all sizes! Service was great! Enjoy!!

This has been my favorite place to eat in Havelock. The pizza is pretty good and they have a very large venue selection. I think their food is a little on the pricey side but Im always happy with what I get so I pay the price. If you get a slice of pizza make sure you eat it there and not to go. It doesnt taste the same by the time you get home. Garlic knots are okay they need to be covered and garlic and butter. I like them to be extra unhealthy. The salads are so fresh and the dressings are really good. Definitely check this place out.

Absolutely hit or miss!!! Ordered a BLT bacon extra crispy I got a sub with no real bacon what I got was the real bacon you find in salad section grilled feels like I put table spoons of salt in my mouth my lips actually winkled up from the amount of salt yes I know sodium is in bacon but I have now had enough to last me a month only eating half of a large sub that’s a plate full of bacon bits!!!!

Provides a unique take on bistro and American Italian food with a variety of choice it can take a minute to decide on what you want.The price on the menu is similar to Panera Bread for a full meal but the portions are appropriate for what you pay.Overall nice ambiance and good food gives it is solid 5 star rating

I’m from Havelock but am living in Texas and came to visit for the holidays. The restaurant has upgraded so much and the seating by and flow is great! The pizza is delicious and the variety of the menu is great for Havelock. The portions are a good size and they offer a variety of beer in wine in addition to non-alcoholic beverages. I was very impressed that my long time favorite pizza place has made some amazing changes! Enjoy!

Little pricey but overall the portion size is probably why. Didnt care for the seasoned fries they tasted like cooking oil.

Waited over 95 minutes for 1 pizza and 1 breadstick to be delivered. The Bread sticks came from a sub roll, with butter, garlic and a slice of mozzarella. Could make better at home.Pizza was extremely overpriced and underwhelming. Just not a good pizza.

There is not many good pizza places around. We usually order at least once a month. About three months ago we waited almost two hours for delivery only to get cold food. We decided we were going to never order from them again. Literally, they are 5 minutes up the street. Tonight, we wanted to give them another try... After waiting 90 minutes for our order to be received, again cold, never again! Hire, train whatever you need to do to keep up with the demand from our community....

Food is not that good for the prices they charge. for some reasom they took the option to get 20 piece wings away, now if you want 20 wings you’ll have to buy two 10 piece orders which cost almost $15. absolutely ridiculous. and delivery takes FOREVER no matter what

Overall, an okay place for a relaxing casual meal here at the Coast. Pizza-by-the-slice is a rarity here, so that alone makes them a good option for a group plus their slices are huge! I recommend dining in since they use real silverware and dishes. Less waste with better taste, IMHO.A tip is requested prior to receiving any service at all... something I find egregious on all levels. Even worse, the pizza toppings were skimpy. On the other hand, the dining area was spacious and the food was hot when it finally arrived. Plus, they ape Panera with a Pick 2 offer which gives a tiny discount.

Solid food. Not mind blowing good, but solid. Good atmosphere. Fairly priced. Sometimes a little slow. If you are looking for a good pizza joint in Havelock, you cant go wrong. Have friends that say their subs are great. Ive not tried one yet.

This place had a very nice atmosphere. The presentation was really good. This is a good place to go when you have time to sit and enjoy. Not ideal for that 1 hour lunch break. I had the steak and cheese stromboli was really good will definitely try this place again.

Best Italian food we have found on our trips to the beach. Even if were not spending the night in Havelock, we stop and pickup dinner either going to or coming from the beach.

After 2 hrs of waiting for 1 pizza and an order of wings, when I received it it was cold. Not worth $53+ tip. This was a very bad experience, the pizza was difficult to eat. I purchased it as gratitude for my employees hard work and felt bad that thats what they got. Never again.

Terribly bad experience at the Big Apple tonight. When I paid the bill I showed the clerk my Military ID card so I could enjoy the Military discount which I had received before and the clerk told me we dont give a Military discount. I explained to her that I received one 2 weeks earlier and she again said there was no discount.I told her i would never be back to her store again if they cant offer a Military Discount and they are in a Military town. I also told her how my tip is always at least twice whatever the discount is so in this case it would have been $5 but I wasnt going to leave one.Minutes later she gave me an order that she said was mine but I knew it wasnt because it was 2 items and I only ordered 1 and I told her that so she took one of them back and apologized for the error. As I walked to the door I decided to open the box to confirm I had the correct item and not to my surprise it was still not my order.I returned the order to the clerk who again apologized. Minutes later they gave me the correct order and I advised 2 different clerks that they had given me the wrong box, and that I had opened it to inspect it, and it was no longer sanitary because of the possibility that my germs entered the box while it was opened and I had touched the food inside while checking it. I told them it was unsafe to serve that food to anyone else.When I left it was raining so i waited outside for about 2 minutes and during that time I observed a gentleman driving a gray Dodge truck enter the store and retrieve that same pizza and leave with it. I believe it to be the same pizza because there were only 2 pizzas ready when i picked up mine and they gave me both of them, and I gave them back the wrong one.

Their food is normally good. Not last night though.. maybe they need some cooks that are sanitary. This place is Not a good as it used to be before they got expensive and fancy. We used to eat there ALL the time but not so much since they remodeled. Everything is SUPER expensive now. There have been a couple occasions that the food made us not feel good. Like today, Ive been feeling sick in my stomach all day after having some poppers and pizza for dinner last night. A couple months ago my husband had a bad experience after eating a gyro from there. Its hit or miss. But probably not worth the chance, unless youre really craving a NY style pie. Not to mention it takes an hour and a half for delivery! Smh. Im pretty sure thats the only place I know that takes that long to deliver food.

Big Apple pizza is an amazing place to go and eat with family, friends, or by yourself! They’re responsible for what is easily the best pizza in the surrounding area and it’s served by one of the friendliest staffs I have had the pleasure of coming across. You can it’s a tightly knit crew and is reminiscent of the family-run pizzerias back home. Also, I can’t forget to mention, the other food they offer is also delicious from the salads, pastas, wings, and sandwiches, all the way to the burgers that are bar none the best in town! This place is a must try!

I tried this place for the first time and their food is amazing! Eden was our server and brought the food to our table. She was wonderful. There are so many choices to pick from. There is no way that you leave here feeling hungry or unsatisfied. Theres something for every member of the family on the menu.

The food is delicious. The wait was pretty long and we called ahead for pick up. The online menu is the only form of menu they have and its not very user friendly. I called and they said they dont open till 4 which doesnt match the current times posted on google. When we arrived I asked do you have a list of times you are open to update Google the employee said I dont know I just got here at 4 and walked away. Not very helpful staff. The other issue I have is the weird thing that happens when you click the order online button on the website. The prices are different and most of the menu is called different things than the first menu. They have a ton of space and its a nice environment but the whole experience left much to be desired. Also multiple items on the menu online they do not actually have so ask over the phone before you set your heart on something.

Went to get the crave 2 which was listed at $5.29, however when I order 2 it somehow comes up to $20. When I asked the lady about it she gave me my receipt and rang up my meal items separately, not helpful at all and advertising was misleading.

Pizza here was good...but my favorite theme was the NY Yankee mens bathroom. Being a Yankee fan I have to give it marks on the restroom alone! Ate here while visiting family in the area and was a nice sit down gathering for us.

Big Apple owner (not managers) is very disrespectful to certain employees, and degrades them in a very unprofessional way if they happen to cross his path when hes in a mood, particularly to some employees in this restaurant. He doesnt understand that happy and respected employees are just as important as happy customers. He is simply a boss. Not a leader or good influence of any kind. Will be posting to Glass Door and other sites to ensure this information is shared 👍🏻

Great place for pizza! There are other things on the menu as well including pasta, salads, wings, etc. Love all the food except the wings. Tried them more than a few times and everytime the wings are overcooked and hard. But the pizza and salads are amazing! I also love the decor and atmosphere. Employees there are friendly and provide great service.

I enjoyed the Fettuccine Alfredo. The taste was not over powering but favorable. I always like that the yummy pizza is perfectly portion cheese to sauce to crust. Thank you for an awesome meal.

Decent pizza, but overall its just basic. Nothing stands out, overloaded with cheese, sauce takes like its from a can. Ive worked in the pizza industry for 10 years (been a manager for 6 out of 10), starting out at a Brooklyn style pizza joint; this pizza doesnt compare to the real thing. On a side note, they charge $19.99 for a plain medium white pie, which is missing sauce (a usually expensive part of the pizza) and adds 2 ingredients (basil, garlic). A plain medium pie is $12.29. That math doesnt add up and seems like a cash grab for a pretty typical and less expensive pizza. Ive never seen a white pizza more than a regular and if so, only by a buck or two. 3 out of 5 stars from a guy who has worked every part of a pizza restaurant; many of my peers and bosses would agree that a flashy store with basic pizza isnt real NY-style 🍕

The pizza was fantastic, it tasted amazing. The place was also very aesthetically pleasing. The Cheese sticks though were bad for the price. They tasted like the $2 ones you get from the frozen section at the grocery store, except these were $12. Id eat there again no doubt, but I definitely wont be getting their cheese sticks ever again.

Ordered some wings to accompany my beer and hockey... now I like my wings hot, fresh, and a little crispy. Usually when food is delivered it’s a little “soggy” or cold... but not this place. This food comes straight outta the fryer/oven/whatever straight to your door. Needless to say I’m fat, full, and happy. 10/10 oh and them BBQ wings are FIRE.

Decent pizza and subs... They also have pasta bowls and salads but I have not tried those. A pretty good dessert selection in a glass case at the register so you can see what you get before you buy any dessert. A little on the expensive side for the product but I will continue to eat there.

Our order was completely wrong. Our friends ordered before us and our food came first. 20 minutes later their food still hadnt arrived. We went up to the counter and were told the order was never made. Completely unacceptable. It was a bunch of teenagers who were laughing and having a good time not paying attention. Will never be back.Also we ordered from here at work one day and got charged $2.07 for ketchup.

The first couple of times we were here it was good, the last time we went it wasnt that great. I was super excited to try the lemon pepper chicken salad..i was kinda disappointed because it wasnt what I expected .My boyfriend gets a cheeseburger sub almost anywhere its offered and he said that the burger tasted fake and rubbery and it was gross..he couldnt even finish it. I like the complimentary coffee and the service was great. Just hope our next experience is worth it.
