I went to Diamond Auto for an estimate on my rear bumper after someone rear ending me. I have hear great things about this place so I had to give it a shot for an estimate at least. I went there, met Bart and overall was a nice guy, told me a ballpark price but he didn’t want to confirm that price without an exact estimate price (paint, labor all together) so he said to email him and he will give me a proper estimate within a day or 2 tops, which I thought was a good idea and seemed very nice. I emailed him with the necessary info and I got no response for roughly 3 days, I then got an email back stating “sorry very busy atm, I have the estimate in front of me and will get it over to u hopefully by this morning”. If it’s in front of you why couldn’t you email me the estimate then and there? Lol ok! So I simply said ok no problem and then 4-5 days later, still nothing. So I sent Bart and email stating to disregard the estimate because I got 5 estimates in the time it took Bart to give me his estimate lol. Bart still did not even email me back apologizing for the delay or inconvenience. That should tell a lot right there, they seem like they do good work but why go to a business if they won’t even apologize for an inconvenience or take so long to give u a simple price. If he emailed me back saying sorry for the delay, I wouldn’t be doing this review but not emailing me back apologizing for the delay/Inconvenience just shows either the estimate wasn’t finished or it was never intended to be done at all and that’s horrible customer service if u ask me. Needless to say, no money from my wallet will be going into this business pockets. Good luck to you all.

I had brought my car here due to an accident that happened and the person who hit me had Liberty Mutual Insurance. Bart was extremely friendly and kept me updated on my car. When I received my car the work done looked amazing. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside too! It looked brand new! Would absolutely recommend this shop.

Completely professional repairs,to manufacturers specifications,expert repairs and refinishing,also pre and post scans for every repair per manufacture requirements to confirm complete and accurate repairs .
