Dan was very cordial and professional, he did an amazing job with my highlander. He told me I would receive my vehicle back before the 20th and he delivered. The installation and paint job were amazing, my driver side door was completely destroyed. He did such a great job you can’t even tell that the vehicle has ever been in an accident. I would recommend this shop with my eyes close!! Thank you so much Dan!!!

This body shop worked on our Subaru Impreza after a minor fender bender. Shortly after they returned the car to us, we noticed that the front driver side fog light guard was missing. This shop had apparently reinstalled the guard incorrectly when they worked on the vehicle, which resulted in the guard falling off while we were driving. We had no idea where along the highway the guard fell off so it was lost. We asked the shop if they would replace the guard and install it (properly this time) since their improper installation led to this issue. The person who answered the phone at the shop refused to take responsibility for this issue.Mistakes happen. Some businesses take responsibility for theirs, and some don’t. Better hope these guys get your car right the first time if you take the risk of using them.

Luckily Ive only ever had to use an auto body shop a few times in my life. The other times Ive had to use one, I was given timeframes for a repair that were WAY off (took a month vs was told a week). And have had issues with a total lack of communication.River St was the EXACT OPPOSITE. The vehicle was done within the expected timeframe, AND we were kept in the loop every step of the way so that we werent wondering what was going on.They were helpful, professional, and did a great job.I couldnt recommend them enough.

I cant recommend this shop enough! Fred and his crew were fantastic. This was our first time having to deal with an auto body shop and we picked River St Auto Body because it was recommended online, and they were on the preferred list for our insurance company. Having never dealt with a body shop before, we were both apprehensive. We had no reason to be. As soon as we walked into that office, we knew we were in good hands. Its obvious Fred genuinely cares about every car that comes through his shop. He was persistent with our slow insurance company and kept us up to date every step of the way. Our baby came out looking like nothing ever happened. They have earned us as customers for life (even though I hope to never need them again lol). 10 out of 10, would recommend.Thanks so much guys!!

We brought our CR-V to River Street (no, multiple Hondas) over many years; they (Fred and crew) were very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Fred and his business! We were on our way to Maine driving in the left lane on 495 when the hood of our truck flew open (!) and smashed our windshield, and would not stay shut. We made it to River Street Auto Body and Fred greeted us and was kind and above and beyond helpful. We were able to rent a car next door at Enterprise and leave our truck in Freds hands for the week we were in Maine. On our way home we picked up it. Fred and his team made what could have been a very horrible start to a vacation much better. Great service, friendly and so much more.

I went to the River Street Autobody for an assessment of damages for an accident. They were quick and professional in their work. More importantly, the RSA manager offered me advice that was against their best interest and made sense for me. I cant stress how important honest auto people are and I believe these guys are in that category.

I was in an auto accident where my car was rear ended. My insurance company uses River street. They were AMAZING. The work was done in a very timely manner, and the car looks great. I will be using River Street Auto Body for all my car needs from now on. I highly recommend them.
