Pharmacy knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when they fill your prescriptions and know even less when it comes to your insurance!!!!!!!!!!

Had to change my review, no stars. Absolutely zero common sense, new hires have no guidance or minimal training. This once was a great store, it’s gone way down hill.

I dont normally go to this Walgreens since it is further from home but my doctor accidentally sent my Rx to this one. The employees (both the front end and pharmacy) were all very nice and one asked if she could help me find anything. My only complaints are that it was a little picked over and the pharmacy line was long. These were most likely due to the 2 feet of snow we were expecting to get the next day and people filling prescriptions and getting supplies early as well as the person who spent 10 minutes looking for something in his wallet before finally letter others go while he looked. Overall a good experience though.

Stood in the consultation window for 5 minutes with nobody in front of me. At least 4 employees, I was never even acknowledged and ended up walking away

Walgreen cashier are kind caring they welcome to Walgrens staff welcome you to they nice they ask if need help to find anything they very kind caring to help you pharmacy is kind caring they ask if have question on medication they ask if had flu shots they get out very fast no waiting i been going to this walgren for 10 years they are best
