Very pleased with the service experience. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Monday morning. The tech showed up on time, was courteous and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my furnace. I felt the bill was fair. This was my second experience with Northeast. Ive been more than satisfied. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Toni performed annual maintenance on my heating system this morning. His performance was outstanding in every respect.

The Technician (Dave) who came to do A/C maintenance at my condo yesterday was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough! In doing the A/C maintenance, he found the blower wheel had debris build up on blades resulting in decreased air flow. He was able to remove, clean and reinstall the blower wheel during this visit. Dave was exceptional! Taylor is great in contacting me every six months for maintenance, and she is always a pleasure to deal with and so helpful!

Northeast was great to work with. Very easy to setup an appointment and their technician was on time and very professional. He took the time to discuss some considerations with me which I appreciated. I also found their prices to be reasonable.

Great service! Best of breed technicians & very responsive office staff ( Taylor).We use Northeast heating from last 6 years. Recently AC busted & northeast were very busy so got appointment from other popular HVAC company. That HVAC Technician checked the AC & mentioned that refrigerant might be leaking & recommended to change AC though It is just 5 year old.Talked to Rich @Nirtheast & he suggested that it might be condenser coil getting clogged rather leak. What an amazing diagnosis over the phone. Northeast technician came over after 3 weeks ( they are very busy & I understand why) & cleaned the coil. Viola! AC working.What a difference between high rated HVAC companies. Rich could understand problem over the phone while other company spent 2 hour onsite with no success. Wish I can give 6 stars to Rich, Taylor & team.

He then did some routine maintenance on the furnace and went and did a thorough check of our AC unit outside since he was there. They were recommended to us and Im so glad we called. Great company! Called them because of the sticker on the furnace. I bought the property last year and the furnace malfunctioned at the worst possible time. They came next day. Very professional, Rich was a very good tech and very knowledgeable. He fixed me right up. I am going to purchase a service contract because they are awesome!

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing and the work that was performed. He went over the readings of the tests he provided. Unbelievable service!!! A lightning strike close to the house killed our thermostat. We were without A/C on our lower level. I called Northeast because we have been doing business with them since we bought the house. I would not call anyone else. To that end, I called this morning to set up an appointment and was told they are booking a week out. With a heat wave looming I knew I would have to work my magic when I got home. To my surprise, I got a call at lunch and was told the tech could be there shortly. The tech communicated with me, diagnosed the issue, installed a new thermostat and got us up and running again. The prices are reasonable, they are efficient and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

In May, I request Northeast Heating &Co to come out to service my AC unit with one of Richard employees (Jose). He did a get job handling my questions and concerns about my system. Jose recommend that I enroll in the yearly maintenance service. So I did.Today was my schedule heating maintenance. The owner Ricard came out to service my system. He did a ellecent job servicing my system. He was very informative and made great recommendation. This showed me that customers service and having knowledgable employees is important to the Company. I live in a cape and I had a new furnace install in February. The finished basement was the warmest place in the house and ever since the installation it is the coldest. I put a nest sensor in different rooms and the basement is 4-5 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. Rich asked me what I wanted him to do and then he started shouting at me that there was no way to fix it. I am very disappointed in the professionalism and customer service provided.

We had our annual a/c service performed by North East Heating and Cooling. A technician named David showed up on time and was very informative and reassuring. He evaluated our cooling system and gave us peace of mind and cold air conditioning. I wouldn’t use any other service.

Finally a company that solved our erratic no heat issue! Our furnace has been intermittently shutting down over the past 2 years. Have had other companies out, spent lots of money to no avail. The Northeast technician arrived on time, was courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. He thoroughly checked and cleaned everything, and found the issue to be that a part that had been previously replaced was not properly set to work with our particular furnace. He made the corrections and solved the issue.

Highly recommended. Eric has been out a couple times to service our Amana furnace and is terrific. Much better than the company that did the original installation. Very professional, knowledgeable, does quality work. Definitely my first choice for anything heating or air conditioning.

I spoke with Rich last Thursday pertaining to a gas fireplace that wasnt working. I was thinking about removing the unit and using a wood fireplace. Eric came out that Monday and got the unit restarted. He was very helpful in explaining the advantages and disadvantages of keeping a gas fireplace. I would use them again.

I have a maintenance agreement with Northeast Heating & Cooling and they are great. I had an issue with my furnace one night during this last winter and at 8am the day after the technician was already at my house.

After reading some reviews I called Northeast for my old boiler that was not turning on. Prior to calling Northeast I had called a few big heating companies because I thought they would get the job done in timely manner. These big heating companies showed up and looked at the boiler and wanted to up sell and not fix the problem. The big companies quoted me roughly $2500 to get my boiler going. I decided that I was gonna get a second opinion and after carefully going through the reviews I called Northeast. We booked an appt for Thursday but I got a call from them on Wednesday saying that one of the technician was in the area and can stop by you so I said great. This young fella named I think Dylan or Damien ( I m sorry if I didn’t get the name correct) showed up. Took roughly 30-45 minutes to diagnose a problem and roughly in 30-45 mins to fix the problem. It cost me total of $161 compare to $2500 I was quoted by these big companies. I was impressed that this young fella knew about a 25-30 years old boilers and knew how to diagnose a problem on it. I am lucky to have found Northeast heating. I will be giving them my business when time comes to replace my boiler and will refer them to any friends and family. Keep up the good work Northeast!!

If I could post zero stars I would. I made an appointment 9 days ago for a whole house HVAC replacement estimate, Northeast made the appointment for today 7/5 at 11:00 am. At 10:00 am this morning I get a call that they are too busy to follow through with the appointment, obviously with no regard to me canceling my plans for this holiday week so that I would be here for it. With this kind of customer service I can only imagine what down the road service I would get!!!

I have an excellent experience with this company for service of Rennai tankless systems. I had shown system to 2 other companies in area and nobody knew how to fix problems. They not only gave us urgent appointments but Erik worked non stop diligently on the system till everything became perfect with it. The next time we needed their service was after Gas tragedy (our home was not affected) after we switched on our gas again but system needed a reset. Erik came and reset our system and did not even charge anything for it. This is the best heating/cooling/Rennai technicians I have found. Thank you Northeast Heating and Cooling.

Just make sure you let them know that you have a dog in your house. They only have one sales rep who is nervous around dogs and arrived earlier than expected, so not enough time to accommodate the space to suit the needs of the sales rep. Unfortunately I had to make special arrangements to be available for this appointment, for nothing.
