Great customer service, very helpful, no waiting, instead of pointing over there. The rep actually walked me from the customer service center over to the Appliances, the rep there was able to pull my order took him about 8 min. Handed me the repair receipt then told me about the amazing savings by purchasing additional warranty on all my future purchases. You have great people there keep up the good work. Ill be back for Christmas shopping you have everything my family wants. Thanks Best Buy.
Ordered using their curbside pick up. The process was very easy. Received the part within 5 minutes. I recommend this ordering method.
If you are going to order something from this Best Buy just get it delivered to your home because trying to get a sales associate to assist is an act in futility. I went in the store knowing exactly what I wanted. I just needed someone to open the locked display and hand me my item to take to a register. Unfortunately that was too much to ask. I asked several associates to assist me but they were all too busy. After waiting for over 10 minutes I took off my coat and to my surprised a sales associated finally came over to ask me what I needed once he saw my low cut top. He handed me my item and rang me up and I was out the door 5 minutes later. All I can say is Best Buy I am truly disappointed by the whole experience.
The cashier was very nice. She was perfect making sure the counter were clean everytime a customer would come up to pay. But the Workers on the floor need to know more about the products they are selling and stop relying on their phones. And one of the Workers there made me feel dumb. Maybe he looked at me once thought I wasnt going to buy something was totally rude about not being able to help me so I ended up going to office depot to buy the item!
Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a washer and dryer on 10/10/21 and scheduled delivery for 10/16/21. Delivery guys said I needed to replace my plumbing valves (before installing the new units) so I paid $350 to replace them that day and scheduled a 2nd delivery attempt for 10/23/21 between 7am-11am. I received multiple text and email confirmations throughout the week and even the night before on 10/22/21. Then this morning 10/23/21 (day of scheduled delivery) at 7:24am I receive an email confirming a 7:40am ETA, nobody showed up to my house, nobody knocked on my door, nobody rang my Ring doorbell, I received no phone calls, I even checked my house cameras. Then at 9:33am I get a text message to schedule my appointment. Ive been downstairs waiting since 6:45am, Im livid. I call the delivery number hotline and was told that there was a computer error system glitch with my appointment and they want to reschedule a 3rd attempt. Im told they can come 10/30/21 but only to deliver my washer and dryer, but that theyll have to come back on 11/6/21 to install them! Just for the record, I paid for the new washer and dryer units to be installed and my old units to be hauled away on the same day. I will be out of town 11/6-11/7 weekend. Ive asked to speak to a supervisor was placed on hold for 1 hour and 39 minutes before being hung up on while waiting (I let the agent know I was extremely unhappy, but never raised my voice and remained professional since I know he had nothing to do with my delivery), I was never able to speak to a supervisor. This is unacceptable, horrible service. Next time I need ANYTHING, I will NOT consider Best Buy.
Got a mini voice activated recorder. Miguel Medina helped me out. Long story short, that young man was Awesome! He was patient with me. He took the time to compare Three recorders so I could pick the one best suited for my needs! I had to give him props to his manager, Maria before leaving. She was very nice as well. Ive got an electronic team now!😁 Gotta do business with them again!!!
Good employees, some display products (headphones) seem to have rough use but I believe that blame goes to the customers within the store. As long as you buy sealed products then your experience should be great.

This Best Buy is better than the one we just visited. We were able to walk directly to a register and tell the sales person what we wanted to buy. It took the sales guy more than 10 minutes to locate the laptop we wanted to buy.

Most devices on display are mass models, you can check out the actual software. Disappointing since thats most of the point of going to a physical store.
I came in to Buy a Laptop. Jose (Torrez?) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to go to the back to check the various laptops I had in mind to buy. He is very patient and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a laptop and Ill definitely refer my friends to come into this location :)

This is the nicest Best Buy I have ever been to. I normally wouldnt write a review of a corporate store, however, my experience here was beyond the bounds of normal. I came in here looking for a WiFi extender to help with coverage drops in the back of my house. An associate named Michael helped me with my situation and steered me towards a more effective solution. He was friendly, knowledgeable, charismatic, and gave one of the best sales pitches I have ever heard in my life. On top of this, everyone else we spoke too in the store was also very friendly. This is a store I would actually want to spend my time at.P.S. router works great.
Deaf cashier was clear on being hard of hearing and had a whiteboard for me to write on, very friendly and helpful. I appreciate businesses that make accomodations for their staff.

They usually dont have displayed items, you may have to wait a while to get them on order. customer service not so great either, wsit times are too long as well. But overall. they have the best products, pickup is efficient, large shopping space and easy checkout.

Picked up a few games within the last year and the store pickup section definitely makes it easy. Curbside pick up is also great but can be a long wait if too many plan to use it.Good selection of electronics. Have become better when purchasing video games and consoles with pre orders available and free upgrades or promotions like steelbook added to existing orders for free.

I ran up there to pick up my Sennheiser Momentum 2 earbuds. They only had one left at the time. Also they had on display my next wanted toy is the HP Spectre 2 in 1. This Best Buy in particular because Ive experienced looking online & seeing its in stock. But get there & its sold out. But its still labeled as stocked on line. That is so disappointing to me. Keeping up with inventory & displaying popular tech makes me very happy.

I am very disappointed in the service provided by Michelle at Best Buy Hawthorne. I purchased a TV during Black Friday and due to pick up today per the website. After not receiving a call or update, I called the store directly. It took 45 minutes to finally get a hold of someone which was Michelle. Unfortunately, she was not very helpful and I asked her to speak with a manager to get an update on my order. She placed me on hold and never came back on the line. I waited an additional 35 minutes on hold and finally disconnected as no one ever bothered to pick up and help. I understand and work during this pandemic but this is just bad service for a customer that spends thousands yearly at Best Buy. I will be reaching out to the next level manager as all I want is the TV I paid $2k+ over a week ago. I would leave zero stars if able too.
I had purchased a TV on line for store pick up but unfortunately they were understaffed and never got around to my order. Understandably enough to say, it was black friday but on line orders are placed in order to avoid the long lines and waiting period. I decided to wait in line and ask for my order which to my surprise resulted in a disappointment. The TV I had purchased and got charged for was out of stock and I was told that it would be available until 3-4 days later. My overall experience was unpleasant and I simply think that this particular store should make it a point to hire people who will specifically work with on line orders and processing them accurately by communicating with the inventory department to avoid something happening to others as it happened to me.
Open box = used for 2 weeks and returned. That doesnt seem right but thats the policy
