From the moment I dropped of my car to picking it up I was informed of EVERYTHING that was being done to my Truck. Literally, step by step. Rey was the person who helped me. He was extremely professional, and on top of everything. He definitely deserves some recognition. I was more than satisfied with the outcome of my truck. It was a nightmare dealing with the accident I was in, but Caliber Collision made it so very easy. Definitely, will recommend!

Horrific communication. Referred to them from my insurance. There is zero communication from this place. I could be understanding that the parts were delayed due to shipping issues, but what is unforgivable is the lies and bad communication. It has been over SEVEN weeks for something that was supposed to be 1-2 weeks. I actually had a quote from another shop that also said it would be about 1-2 weeks. They had shipping issues, but have had all the parts for a while now, and are just stringing me along. Again, its one thing if they said, hey this is going to take x amount of weeks, but it has been delayed ONE DAY AT A TIME for 3 weeks now. They are even dodging the insurance company. Additionally, its only after repeated calls that they even give me any info. Im fed up and after over 7 weeks I still dont know when I will get my car back or what condition it will be in. Today we called 4 times and still havent gotten a call back going into yet another weekend with no car. Worst experience ever. I dont know how they got vetted as a premier shop for insurance repairs.

Love this place ran over items on the freeway messes up bottom of my car took it to Caliber Collision and experienced exceptional customer service by Ray and they kept me informed on my car getting fix couldnt ask for anything better. They fix my car perfectly. Very pleased with customer service and the quality of work they performed.

Went for an insurance claim. Tbh the rental car was more of a hassle than repairing my car.I will return to this place if I need similar work in the future. Great people!

As the result of an auto accident, I took my car to Caliber for repairs. I must say, the experience was excellent. Great service and the work was finished before the set time. It was supposed to be finished on May 18th, but was originally given May 26th.

Temo is always so helpful. The other guy that is there just for a paycheck if not friendly and he come across as rude and does not care to communicate. Temo great job. I will always send people your way. Caliber coalition is successful because of the employees tha show genuine interest to help

What an amazing experience from start to finish! They are great at communicating, they even will text you updates if you so choose (this was super helpful for my busy schedule), they had an enterprise employee waiting when I arrived to take me to my rental, my Ford was fixed within a few short days, and they even detail cleaned the inside and out! Seriously, above and beyond! Rey was incredible!

These guys were pretty good.They did what I thought was an excellent job on my repair.Upon receiving my vehicle after the repair, I noticed a small discrepancy: the driver side rear door keeper [the thingy that keeps the door from closing in while its open] hadn’t been replaced!Took the vehicle back to Caliber on Prairie, part was ordered, I was told the repair would take about 3 hours – girl in the office phone me 2½ hours after dropping my car off for the repair, informing me “my car was ready”!I like these guys!

Terrible decision chose another Caliber. This one will not uphold the one year warranty and make excuses to get out of redoing work they didn’t properly do the first time around. Also have hassle them just to get proper communication.

I have my truck there now but the service so far has been exemplary. Im sure from the way Ive been treated that my truck will look and run great.

They did a good job of informing me of the progression of the repair and it was completed earlier than expected.

They did well keeping me updated about my vehicle progress via text. I dont think a quality check was done. Had to return twice for the same issue. Problem finally remedied. I did find a new scratch on my car right side rear panel. They did buff it some. BUT the scratch is Totally still there😒

Very professional, polite and efficient. Only reason I didnt give 5 is sometimes when waiting to get someone from back takes a while. I needed to get something from car while in the back. I needed to get walked to the back. Front desk had to page someone 3 or 4 times. Was polite when he arrived but too a while for him to come from the back.

Great customer service, but the parking is horrible.. Also, the completion date always drags and the final repairs always end up being finished a week later than what the initially tell you. I know this pattern because, unfortunately, my car keeps on getting hit and theyve done this to me a few times.In my opinion, they just need to move faster, other shops do repairs faster than Caliber.

The entire staff is amazing! My car was taken care of in a timely manner and as the repairs were do they kept me in the loop.

So i need to let everyone know that the customer service here is phenomenal and very patient. i was on the phone with susana and . She tried her hardest to get me in a appt the same day due to personal problems. At first she said she was booked but then put mr on hold. Like 3 min later she said i can go in . If she wanted to she could have been like oh sorry were booked or some statement like that. When i arrived i was greeted by great people as well and also want to personally thank Michael Monreal. Besides having sick tatoos he spoke spanish like me.He was very quick and to the point i thought it was going to take a liitle longer but fortunately only like 15 min.5 stars

2 days after having dropped off my car they claim to not be able to fix my front bumper do to prior damage. They inspected my vehicle twice before dropping it off. They couldnt tell me this before
