I called on a saturday with bumper issues, some of the plates had fallen off below my car. The mechanic took me right away and he was incredibly helpful. They are new in the area, and he did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this shop.

They did a hell of a job painting and fixing the body damage on my car. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the oxidation on my headlights and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality body work.

I have been very impressed with the quality of service from Horizon Auto. I received a very competitive quote to have all my brakes and shocks/struts replaced on my 2006 Acura TSX from Bill. During the repair they found a couple other related issues that needed to be addressed. While this was unexpected, I had a solid impression that Bill and Heath had my best interest in mind. A couple months after the repairs, I had some questions and concerns related to the work they had done. They took the time and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work they’ve done. The customer service is far above what the norm these days has become. Although, I live in Dallas, I will be taking all of my family’s vehicles to Horizon Auto from now on.

I went there for an oil change a couple weeks ago and the mechanic noticed that my engine was leaking oil. He notified me of the leakage and told me of possible causes that can lead to such problems from wearing gaskets to broken seals but he couldnt be sure without running some tests and opening the engine. I figured the repairs would be expensive and was reluctant to get any repairs done so I took off after the oil change. It still bothered me that if I dont get the parts replaced it would cause more issues and ultimately force me to replace the engine. So I went back and dropped my car off. And I am really glad I did they kept me updated on the repairs and the mechanic personally told me the situation of my car and how much work was left. The day they called me to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up I could see all the old parts that they had replaced and the mechanic jokingly told me they were souviners and I could keep them if I wanted. Overall really friendly, affordable and hardworking repair shop. Will definitely go back for future oil changes and car repair work.

WORST PLACE EVER! My car has been there for about two weeks. It was supposed to take ONE week.. Four days after it was dropped off I went to check up on it and nothing was done.. I then thought it was mabe because they hadnt received the parts. I was then told it would be done Wednesday, wednesday came and my car was still not finished. And was told to go back friday.Then on friday I was told it was ready, we go pick it up... And the bumber was not painted, theyre excuse was that the guy who worked on it made a mistake. UNPROFESSIONAL thankfully my father had an extra car just imagine he didnt and that i rented a rental car.. Like I said UNPROFESSIONAL. Then on friday i was told it was going to be done Saturday. On saturday (today) we called to see if we can pick it up and i was then told monday. These people are NOT business people. Like a month ago i took another car to a different shop. I was told FOUR days and in FOUR days it was finished. They obviously dont care about their customers, and i dont plan on EVER coming back to this place. HONESTY IS KEY. They could have just said an extra week instead of getting my hopes up multiple times. I will GLADLY take my business else where. Ps this is the first review ive ever done. Thats how irritated i am at this point after coming home to no car ONCE AGAIN.
