I love this hair store. The owner is very cool and if he don’t have a product in store that I need for my hair business he literally goes out his way to order it for me and if I can’t make it into the store he’ll hold a product I call and ask him to hold for me💯

Was in desperate need for a specific product for my client last minute that is super hard to find, so I called and they were extremely helpful. I showed up to store and they had everything I needed. As a salon owner and beauty professional i have dealt with many different suppliers and stores. I went here for the first time about a month ago. I found the owner really friendly and helpful. The shop had everything I needed and more. Best thing I loved about this place is how well organized it is. I will definitely be a regular customer.

So it says they open at 10 I pull up at 10:09 there closed I call the number posted and the man that answered the phone was very rude and super unprofessional terrible business

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. The owner has no customer service skills and flat out lies. I specifically asked when I purchased hair if I could return unopened bags of hair if I provide the receipt. He said yes, as long as it is within 3 days. When I returned 3 days later, he said he remembered me asking that question but only gave me partial payment of my total refund and then told me I can take what he gives me or take the hair back. This place is fraudulent, runs illegal business practices, and the owner is not professional. Do not invest in this business!

I supported because it was black owned. I continue to support because its black owned, the prices are reasonable and the owner Danny, is very hospitable and attentive! Please support and keep our dollars within the our community.

Walked in and needed some help so I of course had to go find help because no one is walking around to see if their customers need help...Needless to say, I approached him at the counter and said hello...the man glanced up from his tablet for less than 5 seconds and went back to what he was doing. Didnt speak nor ask if I needed anything. He isnt cute so obviously I wasnt flirting! Ugh!! This is why I dont frequent beauty supplies in this area! I will never come here again and my family wont either. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Danny ordered for wigs from me. He hasnt picked my calls or responded to my email. Sent him payment details via email severally.am yet to get the money for the wigs.could he be fraudulent?

I was disappointed that, I had to sit in front of the store for 40 minutes, when the opening time on line says 10am. VERY Bad customer service.YOU LOST A CUSTOMER! I will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
