Rude female employees unhelpful don’t know how to add or explain discount percents . i was asking the 2 female employees questions about membership discount wholesale percent & one walked away after I walked in the store & after the other manager didn’t even greet me & it was like pulling teeth asking them anything i am a student so I bought my equipment somewhere else & it was cheaper for the same exact products. honestly Sally’s always sucks it’s like plan d in the barber industry better have 3 options before you come here cause you will leave disappointed if you expect good customer service

Just stood outside the Sallys in Hawthorne for an hour. Website says it’s open at 10 the signs on the window say 10am too. I waited in line with about 4 other persons thinking they might have changed their hours to 11am like Sunday’s. 5 minutes after 11 still nothing. I tried calling a few times and it went through the message then rang a couple times and disconnected. I called two other stores not too far from me same thing. Finally gave up. They should update the website or at least change the signs on the door instead of having people sanding around outside their store waist if their time.

Olivia is super helpful and knowledgeable. It seems small but it really has a good amount of products. They even sell pressed rice powder and rice blotting papers.

This store is the first to offer help with any questions we had. When it was time to check out, I noticed that they opened the other register to help their co worker with customers. Love this place!

My experience was Not good, only reason Ill go back is to return a purchase for a refund. They dont have testers for their makeup products, I needed to find gold glitter eyeshadow for cheer competition, they had limited choices. You cant open products to see if they are correct match. The customer service is ridiculous, the store is small, yet I was the only one that needed to check out, but I had to wait while a cashier was on the phone, she didnt bother to call someone else to help us, just kept on chatting, didnt acknowledge us. Then there were more people waiting in line, and cashier didnt care, finally I had to try to get some help by calling out hello so someone else can help. They werent apologetic, it was more like they were annoyed by my request to be helped.

Nice business, but for me it was not a good experience.I went in looking for one specific type of item. I made my need known to both people working there and purchased something a little pricey, but thinking it was needed and would last. However, when I got to the car and opened it. I found it was obviously not the same item. I went back and the sales people said, they thought I knew. They were not helpful to me, so a customer is lost.

This manager here is amazing. Thank you so much for your genuine customer service!!!!!!!She was alone at the register, rang up guests, helped on the floor, & still handled everything with ease. My new go to spot. Thannnnnnnk youuuuuuuuu. Xoxoxo
