Just had the most pleasant experience at this store thanks to their representative named KIKI!If it was possible to give more stars than five stars I would! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, professional and honest, she had limitless patience with my handicapped parents, both of whom are an absolute handful to deal with! Purchasing two mattresses could have been quite overwhelming and KIKI couldn’t have made it more simple. Stayed within our budget, suggestions were exactly what we were looking for and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you KIKI!!!

Donna was super helpful and informative, and helped me to get just the right mattress and frame. I must have tried about 8-10 types and she walked me through all the differences. She also heard what my price point was, and was happy to show me options that were in my budget. I would definitely recommend her and the store. Great service!

Alan Conway treats his customers with respect and genuine care. He showed us many affordable options way under our budget and was able to help us find the perfect mattress for $399 for a queen! I’ve slept on nectar and casper mattresses and I was surprised to feel the support that such an affordable mattress could offer. He also was able to teach us about proper sleep techniques and what we need to look for in the right mattress.

Stopped in when we needed a new mattress. Got a quick education helping us figure out what we like and didnt like. Once we had an idea of what we liked, our sales person helped us understand some options, and then let is make the decision. Id recommend it.

We had an excellent experience hunting for a new mattress here. Josh was very helpful in explaining the differences in mattresses and helping us figure out which one would be best for us. The store was clean and in a convenient location, and had lots of options to pick from. I highly recommend going here if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

Great experience at Ortho Mattress!! Stopped at other big chain stores just to sit ther for hour or not and walk out still not sure but walked in Ortho Mattress and Donna helped A lot and had us in and out in a matter of minutes with our Mattress. All in all Great experience! Thanks Donna!

When I decided to move to Los Angeles, I loaded up my car with what I could fit. A mattress was NOT one of those things! When I got set up in my new place, I didnt realize what a great mattress I had back home. A few weeks of a crappy mattress and I was on the search for something better...that led me to Ortho Mattress and Kendall.Kendall showed me great options within my budget and made purchasing a new mattress as easy as possible. I didnt feel he was trying to oversell a particular model - he just listened to me and showed me what I needed. He even suggested I jump on the mattress to make sure it was right. I didnt take him up on the suggestion, but definitely appreciate his willingness to make the experience fun and engaging!Im almost sad I got a mattress that will last me a few years because as easy as Kendall made the process, I could do this every few months! :-)

As someone who has had lower back pain for years, I was pleasantly surprised when a friend let me try out their Ortho mattress. After preparing myself for what I imagined to be vultures, sharks and whatever other name applies to super aggressive sales people, I made my way to the store to check things out. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming, but Donnas knowledge and bedside manner (no pun intended) put me at ease. Thanks for a great experience!

I stopped back in today after having my mattress for almost 2 months. Didn’t like it from day one, and had been dreading going back and dealing with the exchange. Not to mention paying the 20% restocking fee. Upon arrival I was greated by Donna, and she made my day by telling me 2 days ago they did away with the restocking fee, and now give 100 days to try it out-how great is that?! I am not one to put things off, but this time, I’m glad I did! She was so helpful, and knowledgeable. Really made it a point to get me onto a better mattress than the firm one I shouldn’t have bought, along with the help of Josh. With their President’s Day sale, I got the mattress I should have gotten at 50% off! Very much looking forward to my replacement arriving tomorrow. Thank you Donna and Josh!!!

Ive bought mattresses before from Ortho, so thats what initially drew me to the Hawthorne location when I moved to the southbay area. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with a smile from Kendall. I gave him my price range and my specifics, and he recommended a number of mattress that fit my criteria! He answered all of my questions, and made the entire process very easy! I will definitely be coming back to the Hawthorne location because of Kendalls amazing service.

Ive always owned cheap mattresses-- its just something that never seemed like a priority when furnishing a new apartment. But after months of back pain, I talked to my friends and they all said its your mattress!
