I was going to seek auto services here. I parked and went inside and no one was in the garage or in the lobby. Waiting about 3 minutes and an employee came from one of the closed doors with a bottle of soda casually drinking it down the hallway to the lobby. Doesnt greet me and just stares at me. I greet him and tell him the service I think I need however im not sure. He just tells me tells me a service without verifying with me what i need and just tells me the price. completely unprofessional. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. Not to mention the quote price he gave was overpriced. I cannot trust them with servicing my car and spending money here based of that interaction alone. Maybe the guy was tired or having a bad day but I wont be returning.

They put on my receipt they cleaned my windows and they absolutely did not. I had to remind them to put a sticker on my window as well or next maintenance. also asked to stay in my car die to covid and they said they dont offer that anymore but the website says different. no coupons offered...please go to a different location

I had just gotten on the freeway to proceed with my road trip when my engine coolant overheat light came on approximately 7 miles into my trip. I googled Jiffy lube nearest me and the one in Hawthorne popped up, we exited the freeway and headed there. Upon my arrival, we were greeted by Johny V . He acknowledged us as soon as we drove up and other cars that drove up as well. He was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He consulted me on what my car needed and helped me by adding coolant to my car to help avoid continuous overheating . There were several cars there and he accommodated us while multitasking. I wanted to give this review because people are quick to complain about service when it isn’t good so I wanted to make sure to acknowledge when service is good. Thanks John Villela for taking the time to help us in a timely manner and for making sure our car was ready for the road and was safe to drive. I really appreciated it

DO NOT GO THERE ! Went for an oil change . They put almost 3 quarts too much in my car causing smoke to shoot from my mufflers . I should have pulled off as soon as I pulled up because their dialogue even indicated that they didn’t know what they were doing . I’m just glad I was able to find out what it was before it was too late ! Drove from New Orleans, la to LA with no problems until I got an oil change there ! DO NOT GO THERE !

I can’t explain how upset I am at this place I bring my car for an oil change and I leave with a dragging metal had to take it back after work just to find out the broke that piece off now I have to wait to take it back for them to replace it please think twice before bringing your car there

Johnny very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my oil changed, which they did a thorough job, a few days ago and forgot to specifically ask them about my serpentine belt (because I’m about to go on a long trip). So I returned today and they recognized me and prioritized me. Johnny explained that my belt was fine and pointed out it’s condition specifically with me personally so I could see for myself.Unlike most oil change shops, they did not push any services on me and sincerely thanked me for my business.I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and make sure Johnny is there to inspect your car!!!

Excellent work. Guys really went out their way to make sure my car had the right oil, break fuild and coolent.

They were nice, they were busy but this time they didnt took too long. Not all of them had their masks on and I had to step out of the vehicle. I guess they are easing on regulations about Covid. I didnt mind but if you do call ahead to see if this is a place that will work with you in that matter. I also felt like they didnt go through the whole checklist (like tires and lights things) because I have one that is not working and that part didnt mentioned to me. Overall it was just ok.

Paid for a oil change. However they did not put oil in my car. I thank God my car notified me it still needed to be serviced. I literally did not have any oil worth anything. Would not recommend jiffy Lube to anyone. Ironically when I tell people this occurred no one was surprised. They have a history of doing things like this.

Hated it,had a oil change and that same day transmission blows up.... I came in at around 2pm on a Saturday, with no one in front of me, and I didn’t leave until around 3:20. The gentlemen helping me was extremely rude, blunt, didn’t give me an exact price, and ended up paying for things I didn’t agree to pay. I was simply asking for the issue and how much everything would cost, and he was very short with me, obviously trying to upsell me everything.I asked him several times how much was this going to cost in total and how long it wold take, but he didn’t respond until several minutes later, and said, “transmission is like $90 but I got a good deal for you. Oh...this will take like 15 minutes.” It took more than an hour, and I didn’t find out to total cost until when I went up to the counter and paid.I got charged:for the most expensive oil change (I didn’t agree to that, nor did the gentlemen offer other options)Air filter (I didn’t agree to that either)The only thing I said yes to was the discount on brake fluid and transmission, which the gentlemen did mention he had a bundle deal. When asked to elaborate, he was very short, heated, and disrespectful.I felt I didn’t want to argue with him, he was already being difficult, so I THOUGHT I just agreed to me usual middle price oil change and the bundle on transmission and brake fluid, which I really wasn’t sure about to begin with. Next time, I gotta go to a different place that’s more clear, concise, and ppl are more respectful.I know you’re trying to upsell me, and if it’s good for the car, then fine. But I don’t like being talked to and treated like that, and purposely lied to and ignored. That behavior reminded me of those several entitled, spoiled children I teach.

Ive been going there for years but this time they didnt clean the dripping oil or closed the bottom tightly after they drained ir something. There were drops of oil on my pavement at home, the next day I went back and rather than they say oh, dont worry, well check it and clean it up and verify tight the guy was very unprofessional and told me basically my truck had already been dripping! My truck has never dripped! He continued pretty much to say and assume it was my truck and that is how its always been. So, sadly after at least 10 years of going there I was very disappointed and will not go there again. And of course will share my story. The same folks are not there that were before. It is a whole new crew of sloppy folks just learning or something. Just like the other person who posted, they always washed and cleaned the car - no more. Oh well. Guess I will find another place. Which my friends have already recommended the places where they go!

Quick in and out for my cars would change and they always take coupons

The service is faster than the other Jiffy Lubes Ive been too. The customer service is great, the employees there dont try and hassle you about other things you didnt come in there for. I never had an issue at this particular location.A major plus is they price match the groupon for oil changes. I dont know how long they will do it for but it saves you a lot more money. Im glad I asked.

Soooo where do I start 7/9/2020 I got a groupon to redeem a oil change and I upgraded I JUST brought this car no work needed to be done I just got a oil change for MY peace of mind nothing is wrong with my car it’s not till after they worked on it my check engine light comes on so I’m freaking out I call them and they said bring it back so I did the next day the man Bryan he was nice he looks under the hood and he sees everything was fine Then gets the device and checked the reason and it was because my coolant therm is malfunctioning he said it’s not alarming but if it does become a problem come back I’m like okay FAST FORWARD TO NOW no one else has touched my car I have not had anymore done and suddenly I’m hearing this weird noise from my car so I myself decide to pop the hood AND I PULL OUT THE RAG THAT THEY WAS WORKING WITH please do better I won’t be returning anymore

Good night on Saturday I went to this location to do my oil change and after changing it they did not put the plug back so I was all day at night the light on my dashboard comes on due to lack of oil. Call the place and they tell me do not move your car we will call you back an hour and a half passed and I did not receive an answer I went to the place and they tell me the manager forgot to call they check the car and he tells me is the oxygen sensor put oil the engine and the light disappears the engine was dirty with oil they did not clean it or even received an apology

This place said they changed my oil in less than 10 minutes. I have a kia sorento that has a cover with many bolts. That alone takes a while. It does not take less than 10 minutes to change my oil. Do not trust this place. I asked how many bolts were missing to prove he was lying. He said none and this is not true. It has more than 2 bolts missing. I have changed my oil and it does not take less than 10 minutes. I would have done it myself but Im a working full time mom.

Had to wait longer than expected, as there were two lines of cars there. The workers there were friendly and tried to sell me extras, but thats normal routine for all places. Everything checked out well, and even got my floor mats cleaned.

Good customer service they didnt have my oil filter in stock so the manager gave me a discount for my convenience and time of me having to go get it myself very well played sir I have another car I definitely will be taking it here for my next Oil Change thank you once again

Place looks like a scam. Don’t ever go with a Groupon. They tie you up with unwanted service and act up on the moment to confuse you with irrelevant services. Go to a nearby mechanic who’s a Good Samaritan

Customer service isn’t up to par. I literally waited in line for someone to greet me and was never greeted. Workers seemed busy when it wasn’t even busy.

Further update -- I came back since I had credit on my account. I looked at my previous invoice/notes and they had given me a discount via giving me high synthetic under the price of regular oil. No one told me this, so I figured this out myself. All in all, theyre great! The intention was there, just lost in the disorganization.Came in and asked if my $15 off coupon on my car sticker was valid here or if I should go to my original place. They said it would be but when I came back to pay a different guy was there and said it was not valid. I wouldn’t have done it here if it wasn’t!

This Jiffy Lube is the best one to me, the staff there are AWESOME, Emilio and his crew are the best. They are very helpful and always on point, Ive been dealing with them for long time and became a regular customer. Wouldnt suggest Jiffylube honestly anymore, trying to take off my oil pan bolt and its been put wayy too tight, probably used an air tool for a simple box wrench/socket wrench tighten. Now they dont care obviously, and they dont and will never try to fix damages. The new Jiffylube slogan Kappa

This location has provided me with poor car oil change service not once but twice. It hasnt been 4 months and my oil light came on again. Will never go back!

After one week i went there for Oil change, my oil pressure light stated flashing, i check my oil there was no oil on my car after i spend $280 at Jiffy Lube Hawthorne, i went back there they check and confirmed that there know oil on my car, and they asked me to go with out doing anything, feet i was SCAMMED

Clip Jointthe gentleman helping me said all 4 tires were at 35 psi.I have a in car sensor that gives me PSI for each tire. his statement was untrue.He also said the radiator and wiper fluid would be filled for an extra $7there was no filling of fluid. still charged.The gentleman also said the cap on the oil stated it only used synthetic.Also not true.58.70 for an oil change..never will go there again.

Was suspicious of how fast my oil was changed, so checked under my van, and there was my same old dirty filter!! They told me thats normal if theyre out of stock. No, its not. If you dont put a part on my vehicle you should not charge me for it!! JIFFY LUBE TAKE NOTE - this experience is the reason i will never set foot in one of your stores again. I got a full refund after making a fuss. Told everyone in the waiting room what these guys did too.

When I got my receipt I noticed it said that the tire pressures had been set to 36 psi. For my Civic the manufacturers specification is 32 psi. I talked to the clerk and he claimed no one had put air in the tires. But I had just checked them before coming and they were 32. The staff eventually fessed up that they had added air but claimed their gauge was wrong, despite the receipt saying 36 psi. These guys do not seem to know much about cars and are dishonest to boot.

Can normally show up, get good service with smiles. I have been very pleased with the service I have received.

The staff is not so upfront about pricing. Theres no price listed anywhere, except whatever the computer screen is showing. Watch out for unnecessary items that are recommended. Otherwise, service itself is decent.

Sorry Jiffy Libe but i will never go again! Last time i was here they stripped my oil drain plug and they blame it on the other guy which was them.And now this happened while i was leaving jiffy lube my hood completely pops open, apparently they did not check the hood latch before i left and buckle my hood. Never again will get an oil change at jiffy lube!

Came in to get a fleet vehicle serviced and had a great experience. They check all of the fluids and rotate the tires without having to ask unlike other places.Staff was friendly and prompt. Great experience overall.

Went in to have Full Synthetic Oil Change done. I was also informed that it was time for the Coolant System to be serviced. My car was running fine, but is running better after having the services performed on my car.

Had oil changed on 7th of August...initial inspection of car said I needed to replace front brake pads. I said ok but didnt have enough to do so. I then asked if my rotors were ok I was told they were. Upon returning home I noticed my washer fluid and coolant was low..says on bill they were topped off..NOT..Fast forward to today I go back to get brake pads done and all of a sudden I need rotors and I had the car parked..So in 8 days my rotors got bad and my car basically sat up. On top of that I sat for 1 1/2 cause nobody bothered to come and tell me that THEY were waiting for my pads to come from wherever they came from until I asked. The response I got was Oh nobody told you..They werent busy either cause they had a car in each bay however a mechanic was sitting down while 6 of his colleagues surrounded him talking and not one car was attended to for at least 15 minutes..Guess their labor, TIME and service is more important than the customers..

I was a Donnellan client, and I came in to have my car serviced. Apparently I had not incurred enough mileage to be eligible, so I wasnt able to get my oil changed. That was alright, but what I didnt like was the fact that they reset my dashboard as if they had performed the services. When I asked about it, I was told that they automatically do this upon arrival. Seemed rather shady to me, and I havent been back there.

Id been visiting this place for a while, but my last visit was indeed my last. I went in for an oil change and was also told that my windshield wipers were fraying badly and needed to be replaced. Well those wipers were brand spanking new as I had replaced them myself 3 days BEFORE I visted Jiffy Lube, now Ive got this guy looking me dead in my eye telling me theyre bad. After all of the money Id already spent there they tried to gank me for more. Im done with Jiffy Lube.

I went yesterday to get a Oil change and was recommended the transmission Drain and fill. I came in about 7 months ago and was recommended the same service on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra, the manger in that visit said they couldnt do it to take it to the dealer, but Alan said they could yesterday which was strange all of a sudden 5 mins later the car was ready. That gave me a red flag, also we were recommended a air filter so when my car was returned I drove down to the shopping center across the street and opened the air filter and it was the same old dirty one. Just imagine how many poor people get crossed over like this and dont even notice. That guys customer service was mediocre to say the least this place should be put under investigation. Also does a drain and fill on transmission take only 5 mins?

Terrible place to go do your oil change. Dishonest workers and made me wait for one hour for an oil change that did not happen. I went in for an oil change due to their advertise promotion later to find out it does not apply to my car. I told them I dont want the oil change if they are not giving me the advertise price. No hard feelings but what upset me the most was my car were loosen in areas that have nothing to do with the oil change. They took my air filters out!! I also see them screwing other areas back together. I was afraid of leaving my car unattended and my worse night mare unfold. I went back to my trusted oil change to get it done in my presence. Dont COME here!!!

I went for an oil change around May 15 and then they told me I had to get my break fluid fixed and also put some new anti freeze. They said it was really urgent to fix it so I trusted them. The total came out to be around $300 for everything but I didn’t mind because if it was urgent then it was worth it . However, the next 3 weeks after getting my oil changed, my car over heated and completely stopped running. Then I check and it says I have 0% oil remaining but I was confused because it had only been 3 weeks since I had done my oil change . I had to call triple A and now I’m car less . This place should really be investigated for deceiving their customers, never going back there again . A huge waste of money and time .

One person gives me a quote for only rear brake pads to be replaced for $249 and a transmission fluid for $209. He goes on break and the next person advises me front and rear break pads for $189 each and then a transmission fluid for $190 with a $99 service fee. The Makes service station is doing the transmission fluid for $150 and $279 for the break pads. I suggest keeping copies of your service with these locations and checking elsewhere.

Fast service and friendly staff. I was given the services I asked for and nothing more. I was given other service recommendations but I didnt feel forced or obligated to purchase them.

They are very dishonest went n got a oil change in march n my oil filter burst couple week later n leak out all my oil contact them supervisor told me to come in bring the old filter to find out that not there filter because i buy the car n took it to get oil change they didnt change my filter n try to cover it up....my engine could hve been totally distroy....n while i was there today they forget to change another guy filter in his bmw..he mention it to me n supervisor n the supervisor went n change his filter...i hve all my reciepts to show them proof....they really try to cover up there wrong doing..i wont be bck ever again..
