I do not recommend this place to anyone. They put a defective screen with pre existing scratches on my phone and I didnt notice. Then a few weeks later my phone started acting out. I brought it back they said they couldnt do anything because the screen is scratched up. They refuse to take accountability for their work and I will NOT recommend this place at all.

Never had issues before with fast cellular. But this time I took in my laptop on a Wednesday morning to get screen replaced. Was told it would be ready on Monday due to part needing to be shipped. Was not ready on Monday. Left computer with them another week to which they never communicated with me in regards to it unless I called them. Eventually just picked up still broken computer and got it fixed same day around the corner. Lost customer for the lack of respect and not simply picking up a phone and communicating.

My charging port for my iPhone went in and after going to a store before that wouldn’t fix it I googled places close to me and found fast cellular I took the drive over and was met with great customer service the young lady told me it would be ready in 45 min so I left and went back before the 45 minutes was up and my phone was already fix i got my phone back and it charging just new

Guy had told me that the screen for my phone would be ready at 4 pm. Dropped off my phone at around 11am, wasted the day waiting just for the lady to tell me that they did not have the part. If they would have told me that the part was not going to arrive today I would have taken it somewhere else. I recommend this place if you don’t want your phone fixed. Gave me a smug look and told me that the part that arrived was for another phone. Will never be coming here again nor do I recommend this spot.

I’ve came here before to get my charging port fixed and it’s a very great place and I love the price . I just wanted to ask if you guys fix iPhones that are in recovery mode like it keeps showing the apple logo then shutting down its constantly doing the same thing then it’ll tell me go to support apple to recover my Phone . I was wondering if you guys can fix that for me

The guy was great, and the prices are good, you know how expensive it is just to get your phone fixed an iphone at that, but here its not expensive and the job is better then paying what others are charging. I love it... Thanks and God bless.

Best shop to fix your electronics at the best price !! Known the guy for a very long time he got unbeatable prices and fast too. Never had problems with him or service until recently with one cashier or repairer who failed to contact me back after leaving my device again after they had already “fixed it” for water damage but wouldnt turn back on after it died and were recharging me because supposedly the screen and LCD are not the same thing. But I would still recommend rather than going to the mall .

“Fixed my phone” but in reality messed it up more. Now it shuts off randomly and the screen doesn’t work. Took it to other places and said it cannot be fixed.

Fast Cellular? More like Slow Cellular! I came about a week ago to get a device fixed. The owner told me to come back the next day because the part they needed would arrive mid day of the next day so I came at around 1pm to hopefully get the device fixed only to be told by another person that the part was not yet received and that they would give me a call back that same day to get it fixed. I waited for 4 hours and no one called me I decided to go home. As I was leaving I received a call from another person saying the part needed would not arrive until sat Saturday of that same week and that when it arrived I would get a call. The days passed Saturday arrived and yet no call. I had to call on Monday of the next week to see if the part had already arrived and the guy told me, ohh yeah the part just got here right now. While he was giggling, I sure didnt find anything funny about me waiting a whole week to get the device fixed. When I got there the guy told me ok give me 30 mins it should be ready. I waited for over 4 hours for the device to be fixed. Honestly I have never experienced this type of service before and I would not recommend going here they give you false information and expect you to wait more that the time they have given you to wait.

Got my phone unlocked there good prices and great customer service.

They sold be a SIM card that is unavailable and I asked them if the SIM card was new/ never used to double check and the guy told me yes. I’m so upset it was to surprise my son with his first phone. Very upsetting!!

Robin did an amazing job on repairing my screen on my phone. The prices are reasonable/affordable. He changed my screen within 20 minutes! I also purchased a screen protector that he offered to put on for me. Most definitely would recommend him to friends and family. He was so helpful which I appreciate when getting services done. I have had my iPad and iphone repaired here a few times. This place has never disappointed me. My iphone has been like new after every time i have broken it. I have been going to them for years and the turn around time is always reasonable unless their swapped.

Came in for a new cell battery and they replaced mine with a used, faulty battery that not only drains faster than my old one, but the phone shuts off when it gets to 35% charge. Doesnt even say its turning off, its just dead.

Worst experience ever! Its the most unprofessional establishment Ive ever been to.I was trying to fix my phone and called on Monday to get the price and was told they dont have the parts for my phone and to come Wednesday. I went Wednesday and they told me they dont get their shipment til next Monday coming up. I even explain to them that I have a loaner phone and have to have it returned by next Friday. They reassured me the parts would be there on Monday when they get their shipment.I called Monday just to make sure (thank god I did and didnt waste my gas) and when I asked the lady, she act like she didnt know what I was talking about when I mentioned shipment and told me to call back at 3pm. Didnt mention why or anything. Like just super disorganized. How do you work somewhere and know nothing? Definitely NOT RECCOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE.

Brought my phone here, to have the screen fixed. After having God awful service here the first day, they repaired the screen. The next day I noticed, there were a million bubbles under the screen. Took the phone back 4 times, because the guy at the register kept assuring me they were waiting on a new machine. Two weeks later, while typing, my phone screen cracks again, and Im beyond pissed. The material used to replace the screen was beyond cheap. When I returned for them to repair the millions of bubbles, and the new crack, I was told they were going to try and repair the bubbles, but they cannot warranty their cheap glass replacement. When I asked why, he said they dont warranty the glass, even though it was obvious it was done poorly. I was initially going to leave my phone to fix the millions of bubbles, but he said the crack in the glass would get worse. I cannot fathom why the hell i would leave my phone, so it could be in worse condition when I get it returned to me. I referred my cousin here, because of their cheap prices, but she too has millions of bubbles under her screen. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!********Update*********Reluctantly, I went back here, at a friends request - this time things were better. They fixed my phone in the time frame they promised, so no complaints out of me this time. So, I had an awful experience, and a much better experience, hence the 3 stars.

When I presented my iPhone 8 for glass repair, I was asked if I wanted an original for 80 or a aftermarket for 50. I chose the original. Everything was OK until I realized that the camera was not working. SInce I had warranty I took it to Apple for repair. That’s when I found out that the screen that was supposed to be original was also aftermarket with a few apple parts on it. Pls ease be aware. This store does not have OEM apple parts. The Screen was did have apple Logos but was missing the Bar Code and had a drilled hole in the silver metal piece which is not on OEM parts.

Very bad costumer service, they falsely advertise their services and products. You go in with one problem and after they tell you it will be ready in 1 day that 1 day turns into a week. You go and try to inquire about the progress on the repair of your equipment and tell you to wait 5 mins that turn into 1 hr ..... And just to tell you that they fixed it that they plugged it to a power source and that it took the charge but disconnected it. So when I go back again to try to pick it to and leave the store to find out that its not working .. And I am still waiting for my equipment . It was dropped off on Sat May 28 and today is June 7 th ...So guys if you want good service dont come here ..!!!

I was on Vacation and came in to fast cellular to fix my daughters iphone 6s, it was around 3 months old and her iphone still looked brand new. When i got in i saw a lot of people waiting, and i though that the phone was going cost a lot to get it fixed but guess what, they told me, your phone is gonna be ready in 20 to 30 mins and that was exactly how long they took.plus the price really reasonable. Came here to changed a broken screen ona Samsung Galaxy s5. They changed the screen and I get it back, but now the screen wont rotate. It worked fine, I used it to set it on my dash sideways for the GPS.Anyway I take it back to them and the rude guy working there gave me attitude. He said how can I prove that it worked before.Screw this place. Never going back

They dont know what they are doing when it comes to iPhone 6 repair. First I took it to get my screen fixed because it was cracked. They fixed it in 30min. Later that day I had incoming calls. When I answered there was no sound from the person on the other line. They could hear me talk but I couldnt hear them at all. Went back and told them my problem and they fixed the issue in 5min. The next day while on Snapchat i tried to use my front camera to use the filter and my screen was all black. My back camera worked but not my front camera. Went back to confront the situation a second time. Then he said he will get it fixed. In 5min he came back out and everything was fine 🙄. Sike. Thats what I thought. Now my screen has little blue dots everywhere and Im not taking it there a third time. $80 dollars down the drain. IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!! This was my first time coming here because it was recommended but EF THAT!! NEVER AGAIN!!! They dont even apologize for making me come back twice for their mistakes. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE TO GET ANY IPHONES FIXED!!!! DONT SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU!!!

I bought an ipad mini on craiglist around 3 months ago but it has an icloud lock and the seller scammed me but i came in to Fast Cellular and they unlock it for me, the price was hight but no choice because everybody told me that they cant do it, it was ready in 2 hrs, Rick made me understand very well why the cellular data will no work anymore, but its better than before, thanks Fast cellular.

These guys have a very bad attitude, very bad customer service. I took my phone for a check up one day and they told me one price but i didnt fix it because I didnt enough money .....I came back 2 weeks later with the same phone and this time it was more expensive and the guy or the owner was very rude basically leaving me talking to myself and went back to his hole to work. With an attitude like he does not care for his customers. Bad Bad Bad. Essa gente es muy abusiva y pedante no saber como hablar con un clients. Busquen otro lugar mejor.

I left my phone and they gave me a date to come. I return and still hadnt been worked on. Returned 2 days after the scheduled time and had to still wait an hour while they worked on it. They gave me a phone ccase for the wait and apologized so I was fine. They replaced my lcd screen and battery but a few days later my battery turned bunk. The phone earlier is mega hot and battery runs out after 20 min of phone use. 1 month later my main function button on the bottom of my galaxy s4 gets stuck down, I pushed on it and the whole lcd screen shatters. Never will return as they use cheap replacement parts.

Worst service ever, I brought in a perfectly working phone with a cracked screen and literally after 8 trips my screen was fixed but other problems were created, they told me they would fix the issues and after 2 weeks and 20 phone calls they did not fix the issues they created.

I would never go here again I had a problem with my screen I got it fixed and paid $210 the very next day it started acting up again when I took it back they told me that this happened after they fixed it and there was nothing they could do about it that I would have to pay to get it fixed again I would never go back there again or wouldnt recommend anybody coming here
