This GameStop is well stocked and in a good location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Vanessa, John, and Clayton in particular have been extremely helpful in finding rare items and are very responsive. This GameStop also always calls quickly when pre-orders are ready to pick up, which I am very thankful for. Parking is super easy.

They never answer the phone, theyll leave a message saying my preorder is available but try calling them back...

Poor customer service. there was a line 3 deep and the cashier was working on a used game system sale and the other employee (manager??) was ignoring everyone and putting up promotion posters & re arranging games

While gamestop doesnt have the best buy and sell back system this gamestop has one of the best retail staff ive seen so far

Best GameStop location Ive ever been to. One of the store managers, John, is absolutely responsive to customer needs and works incredibly hard to provide stellar service. This is now my store of choice.

Filing a formal complaint about the attitude of the manager and his lack of respect when discussing a mistake he admitted to making. I understand theres a Call of Duty release and theyre probably swamped, but thats absolutely no excuse for speaking to me as if my issue wasnt important nor stopping to listen and comprehend my problem. This isnt the first time Ive noticed his pretentious attitude while browsing their store and it seems abundantly clear he needs a refresher course in customer service.

Went 3/18/18 and I had great service. This gamestop is awesome! They have so many products. Also I loved the fact that they had a large selection of Nintendo Wii games. Not only that but all the games I bought had the original cases and manuals even though they were used! Also the workers were very friendly and helpful. One of the best gamestop stores Ive been to!

Can get busy at times. Knowledgable employees. Parking and streets surrounding this place can get really congested. Store is pretty organized and clean. Location is the big problem, but thats not their fault.

This is a very small, overpacked store. The staff were very friendly, but also very unprofessional. They were shouting at each other across the store when one had a question or needed help. Because of the layout of the store it was difficult to walk without feeling like I was going to knock a shelf over. With the shouting and the layout I couldn’t shop without feeling uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this store, but hopefully I’ll find another GameStop to shop at.

I bought the Lets Go Pikachu Combo from here. When I went home and docked the game it was a bit distorted (blurry). I was heartbroken that it would be my version that was defective. I was finally free two days later. I called and Danny answered. She said come on down and we would give you another copy! She actually felt for me. Steve on the other hand was skeptic but I dont blame him. I thought for sure he would give me a hard time. Fortunately they both came in clutch, and changed out both the game and the PokeBall Plus! If you guys ever read this.....thank you so much! I will never go to another Gamestop!

I think this is just how GameStop is overall. I went in for some new controllers. They said they had them, only to pause and say they were reserved for a co-worker. Not that its the biggest deal but two things; reservations are supposed to be off hold after 48 hours from product-release date. This was at 3-4 days after. Secondly, why tell a customer you have stock that they cant purchase. I cant stress how much calling ahead will save just that... Stress

This is my favorite Gamestop in the greater LA area. The staff is always willing and able to discuss any question no matter how much of a n00b you are and they treat you with respect which I cant always say with Gamestop employees.Their used games selections seems a little bit better than most stores and are usally the first ones to collect used games from the newest releases.

Sold me a game that didnt work twice this gamestop sucks..should be able to check to see if the game works before they sell them to customers especially when Im coming from Hawthorne smh waste of gas and time

I got some cheap, used games. My service was great.

While I waited in line for 30 mins (just to buy a charger), I waited for one guy who was busy with a customer while another lady sat there staring at the computer screen. after this whole 30 min wait, they finally acknowledged me and the other people behind me in the line and had someone from the end of the line cut in front of me because he was doing an online order. weeeeeeeell.... that was the straw that broke the camels back.Not only is the service terrible, the cleanliness and upkeep is terrible. trash on the floor, stains o the carpet, wholes in the ceiling....just a terrible experience. Ill avoid going here and continue to purchase stuff thru other online channels or thru craigslist/offerUp.
