If you need great customer service in getting your mobile plans, go here and find Adolfo. He’ll also help you (who aren’t tech savvy) reset the keyboard on your smartphone even if it was not bought there. I watched him help an old man.I wanted a mobile hot spot, and since AT&T is the carrier for my phone, without thinking much, I looked at what AT&T offered. The carrier either didn’t offer much of data in the plans they had or was too expensive, compared to Verizon or T-Mobile.Based on my research though, I wanted to use a Netgear Nighthawlk M1 router, which were available both locked with AT&T or unlocked with all carriers (it seemed to work best with either AT&T or T-Mobile), and all I wanted to get from Cricket Wireless, which is a subsidiary of AT&T and uses the AT&T network, was a data plan. More data and cheaper.I visited this particular store because it was the closest and went there to get help to set up an unlocked Netgear Nighthawlk M1 router. Adolfo did his best to help me set it up using the SIM card (AT&T) from my phone, and then using his (Cricket). Although it didn’t work either way and I concluded that something was wrong with the device, which I ended up returning, after a discussion with him, I decided to give the MoFi 4500V3 a try.It took a while to receive it after ordering, I brought it to the store to set it up because I wasn’t able to get it working even after watching many YouTube videos. To make a long story short, Adolfo and I concluded that it wasn’t working, and I decided to return it too. And I gave it one last attempt to set it up the following morning but it never worked.And eventually decided to buy the Moxee from the store. I knew it was not the best option available to me, but I must admit that I didn’t know how unreliable the device was.And after using it for a few days, it was obvious that the Moxee device provided very poor download and upload speeds.So, I decided to give the Nighthawk one more try (purchased it from a different seller) and it worked! And both download and upload speeds were as good as I expected. Compared to the Moxee, it was 3 times, sometimes 4, faster. And unlike the Moxee, the Nighthawlk allowed 2 bands to be used at the same time - 2.5 GHz or 5. And The Nighthawlk also had ports to add an external antenna to boost signals, which was one of the reasons why I wanted it in the first place.So, I returned the Moxee, which I can’t recommend. Keep it in mind that Cricket Witeless has a 7-day return policy on their devices. I returned mine on the 7th day!Back to this particular store. It is great. Go experience great customer service here!
