I visited Costco on Friday with some friends and found some Chicken skewers with only 3.5 fat grams and chicken sausages with 6 grams of fat. Typically, I dont shop at Costco because of the bulk options. But, I will be back for these two items and a couple more that I saw but didnt have room in my refrigerator or freezer at the time. Great options and store.

Optical is not managed well. Sometimes there are four people working and other times there are only two! Where do they go? All these people standing old and young for service. They have these two tall guys with big mouth and hardly have any knowledge of customer service or ability to adjust teams for customers!

Lately Ive purchased gasoline here but you must be a member in order to do so or make purchases in the store.No more one day free pass for a day.

Home Delivery.I tried their home delivery service.You choose your items online, set a delivery time and day.Then you pay with a small tip included.I set the delivery for the next day at 1pm.They delivered the items on my porch without knocking at approximately 11:45. ( my neighbors saw them deliver the box). There was rotisserie chicken, a frozen pie and frozen mashed potatoes in the box.I happened to check my porch about 12:15 and theyre was my delivery!I dont think that was very cool with perishable items sitting on my porch on a hot day. If I didnt check earlier, I think I would have had those perishables go bad. Ive tried to reach costco about this but nobody in their administrative group will answer the phone. Not impressed with the service or safety regarding food safety. I dont think I will use their home delivery again, (and you shouldnt either).

Awesome Costco, very clean, awesome customer service, great deals, and they were very stocked. They had everything and are having a sale. Great selection on shoes, shirts, pants, and outdoor equipment. Will be coming back soon.

Big thumbs down to Costco!Ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered this Tuesday 7/13 between 10:15 and 12:15. I was sent a confirmation email and tracking number. I stay home waiting for the bed. At 1:15, no bed delivered so I call customer service. They dont have an answer and they cannot get through to the logistics department so they give me the phone number. After waiting 2 hours on hold I am told the the bed never left the warehouse and they apologize for not calling me? I speak with two more customer service agents that promise me it will be delivered Thursday, 7/15 between 8am and 11am.Today, Thursday I get an automated wake up phone call at 7:06 am telling me that the bed will be delivered between 10:15 and 12:15. I stay home. 12:30pm and no bed. I call customer service, the rep tells me it never left the warehouse and that it wont be coming today????? She cant help me any further other than to tell me that I will receive an email with the delivery date. Two lost days waiting for a bed and no courtesy call to tell me it is not coming. SO FRUSTRATED!Cmon Costco you can do better than that....😖

Whats not to like, prices bulk items and fresh veggies, I shop for toiletries that have a great price point and last me for months. Anyway Costco has the things I need.

I have my issues with Costco - they discontinue items, then wind up being them back - they rearrange stuff to make you re-walk the store....but, they have great deals on many things, good quality food items & in store SAMPLES ARE BACK!! Yay!

The quality of food is great but Man, I feel like I need to own a restaurant shopping here. For a California family of three the portions are just too large. My Refrigerator/Freezer is not that big. I think most people feel they are getting a great deal here but if you comparison shop youre really not.

Terrible customer service!! My wife purchased a coffee maker today but her Costco citi card showed two charges $110 and $117. She took the receipt and print out back to the store for correction and the supervisor checked the computer record which showed nothing was purchased for the amount $117 but wont reverse the charge and instead told her to call citi cc to dispute the charge. Obviously, its a mistake made by their cashier however possible but we have to go through the trouble to corrct it! Why cant they just credit the account in usual manner? This is something everyone needs to watch out which luckily she did when shopping at Costco or any store so it doesnt surprise you when monthly bill comes!

No coffee creamer in the biggest grocery/goods store in the world. Coffee is the second biggest commodity next to OIL!!!! I went in looking for those little cups of creamers with different flavors. You know the caramel, French vanilla, hazelnut etc. To my surprise!!! NONE!!! 2 different employees told me, they havent carried them in MONTHS!!!!COSTCO of Hawthorne, if your reading this; see the picture I attached & CARRY THEM!!!

Primarily buy gas at Costco.Recently installed self-checkout lines help with people buying fewer items than most.There are also two car tire air pumps outside of the auto center, so patrons dont have to bother or wait on the repair staff.

Costcos are pretty consistent. This one is no different. I mean that in a good way. I do like coming to this particular one because they tend to have the items that I want such as the Kirkland golf balls, clothing choices and other items. I have gone to other Costcos that dont always have the certain items Im looking for.

Okay place not a lot of fanfare for a cupcake shop. Real simple. Cupcakes are okay but not newsworthy.

I had foot surgery, I went to Costco when I got there I ask one of the cart pushers for an electric cart. They said sure. And I got the cart right away . Thank you for being so kind and understanding

Went to Tire center with a flat, the guys really stepped up and got us in there fast with a replacement and got us back on the road. Fastest time ever in and out of the tire center at Costco.

This particular Costco is, in my mind, the best organized Costco WAREHOUSE by a long shot. Its in a big enough space, it feels less claustrophobic than others, and generally, GENERALLY, people are a lot more friendly in this area than others. The staff is excellent, the warehouse is clean, and most of the time, the shoppers are decent. Which says a lot for the area. Im proud to call this my home Costco.

The cashier Sylvia C was rude. We always separate our liquor and food transactions. After scanning our membership card through the plexiglass, she scanned the 2 bottles of wine then when my husband was about to pay, she told him that it was cash only and asked if he was a member. This is after she scanned our membership card. On the second transaction when she was about to scan our membership card again, she refused to scan it through the plexiglass. She insisted that i put it through the little hole by the credit card machine then she glared at me the whole time.

Just stopped in to get gas. LOve it best around last longer than other gas station gas. 100%

Waited for 30 min for pizza and it was not cut right, like 20 chopped up pieces. Worse pizza I ever had.Really disappointed.

This place gets too much of my money but I love this spot. Im literally here every week because it has my meal prep items and all the essential. The staff here is cool and a fun team. The only thing I dont like is they constantly change the location of items - which I know is on purpose but in a creature if habit and like things to stay the same so I can dash in and out. So happy they opened the express lanes!!!

You buy a pair of glasses and if you scratch them, brake the frames or lens you can replace them for only $25.00, costco doesnt even come close to that!!!Well, costco is awesome either way!!!

More than 30+ year member (old Price Club now Costco) most items are good quality however quite a bit of the groceries are in bulk / large quantities. So I buy toilet paper, paper towels, soft drinks, K cup coffee but generally pass on grocery items.

Pretty good, just annoying how if you want to get to the optical section when youre not doing a grocery run you have to enter the exit doors and walk against the flow of traffic

I went to Costco around 3 p.m. & they werent that busy. Lucky me. I was in & out of there in less than an hour. Before this virus mess, I so looked forward to the samples but now things are different. Occasionally, there is a product representative but they hand out just information. Had their chicken bakes for dinner & they were wonderful as well.

The line for the gas station was forever long but it moved fast.

I really like Costco. They have literally anything you can want at a reasonable price I find I pick up almost everything edible on sale and end up buying it again cuz its so good. This location always has a good selection of wine and usually it’s pretty easy to find parking.

Last night I went shopping a few things that I need it for my 4 weeks trip today, when I was going to pay my total was wait to much and I thought one of the items was priced wrong and I asked why the price was so high and In response I get by the cashier: I’m charging you for the renewal of the membership without asking if I was ok with it.I understand every employee must be tired since it was almost closing time but by the end of the day costumer service should be friendly. I asked the cashier If I can get a use their card out of courtesy since I’ll be gone for a month and I won’t be using the my card for a month and he said he couldn’t since they do t give a brake to their costumers anymore.Very surprising to me, I asked the costumer behind me if I could please use his card to pay and the said yes and the cashier refused to use it because it was not allowed to do that( maybe they thought I was one of those people who works with an app to shop for others) who knows.He said he will ask his manager named David or Daniel I’m not sure of his name. He approached and was explain about the situation and without even referring or looking at me he said is not posible(very unprofessional) so I got more upset with his behavior even tho I need it the items for my trip and with very limited time I started walking out and I asked him if there’s was someone else in a higher position and a blonde older lady took over and I explained the situation but no help either and it was very upsetting I went back to grab my items and went back in line a box with my items the costumer behind me asked me if I wanted to placed my box in his basket and I said sure.I told him very shortly what just happens to me and he felt bad and offered me to use his card and I was so upset at Costco staff and I said sure. I was gonna pay my renewal but just the way they treated me It wasn’t right so that’s why I decided not to give them business at the moment. We get to a different cashier and of course they new about the situation already by sending an other “manager” and refusing again, they said the other costumer had to pay with his debit card for the items he was purchasing for me, more upsetting now. I ended up giving cash to the other costumer to pay for my stuff, very uncomfortable situation for the two of us now.We maid the transaction and I waited for the other costumer to walk out with me and on my way out I told the blonde upper management( I didn’t get her name) but it was by closing time.I told her upset and sarcastically: thanks for all the help and for my 20 years as a costumer at Costco and I said I’ll take my business somewhere else. Obviously she didn’t even looked at me or responded but the other “manager” a girl that I don’t even remember her name she followed me and said not to talk to her like that and if I wanted a me me ship she could do it for me I told her I didn’t want her business anymore. I felt like I was steeling from this business or something, I felt so embarrassed and humiliated by all the employees and management involved. I left that placed and I was very uncomfortable for about 2 hours. Thank you Costco of Hawthorne for the great experience.

This is by and far the best Costco Ive been to. Ample parking and the place was not crowded. They have 4-6 self checkout tills that make shopping for a few things a breeze. Covid-19 protocols are in place and there are barriers at the checkout tills.

You go, get what you need. Then get trapped by the free samples and then end up buying $300 worth of stuff you dont necessarily need. But hey, thats Costco for you. Always has something for someone even when they dont realize they need it.

I find that Costco has better brand products and below average competitor prices, which makes the membership valuable.I also got $600 off a used car at a dealership for being a Costco member, which is a great starting point for negotiation.

1st time in Costco on Hindry in 2years. Wow, what a difference. SELF CHECK-OUT POSITIONS....9 with Helpful Employees. Entered Sunday 2/28/2021 @ 10am, shopped alone w/ my list! Checked myself out, got 4 hotdogs outside, & got back home @11am....Great. of course with double face masks, I only had so much oxygen left. Travel the perimeter of the store when U enter & avoid the crowds charging thru w/their carts & kids. Success!

I love shopping @Costco. I get salmon, kale, water, clothing, flowers, photos, furniture, tires and gas. Just about all the things I thought 15 years ago I thought I wouldnt get in one place, I get @Costco. As well as smiles, assistance from associates and great service.

What can I say, its Costco! I think every Costco deserves 5*s. This Costco has everything I need and even sells Christmas trees (or do they all?). No complaints. Lines move fast even during the pandemic is a plus.

I always buy everything from Costco and happy for the last 10 years but today I bought croissant when he scan it he opened it and one of the croissant drop in the cart he put it back with the same glove .even he didnt apologize or offer me change I dont want to be late for my work so I left with it and left it in Costco cart.

They should have a huge sign at the entrance that says VISA ONLY, so people dont spend 3 hours collecting over $1000 in their basket before finding out there is no way to purchase their items.

Love the Manhattan Beach Costco location... Most of the time, its way less crowded than the Inglewood location which is closer to me, but lately, the lines are just ridiculously long and its a very nice hot sunshiny day today, definitely not in the mood to stand in line burning up. Came to this MBch Costco and walked right in. Plenty of shoppers inside but all the cashiers are open, so the lines are not long at all. Was standing in line less than 5 minutes and was outta there. Gas station lines move at a nice pace as well. The Venice Costco location is great as well. No long lines for warehouse or gas station. Awesome experience.
