There are times that a customer must express their gratefulness about a business in written form. This is the time that i share my GREAT pleasure to be a customer at this UPS store. From the time they open and throughout the day, they stay busy doing the professional job they do day in and day out. Christian is the BEST of the BEST !!! I mean this guy is on his job with such dedication to customer service, its almost unbelievable !!!. It takes a certain quality committed person to handle 100s of customers daily, and at times all by himself, without the slightest complaint coming from him. This store also has many other great people doing an excellent job daily. Again this UPS store is what exemplifies the core values of UPS worldwide service and it full-fills its mission statement, with myself and many others, by providing the BEST customer service out of ALL the UPS store in Southern California.
They never answer the phone and they’ve Lost two packages of mine valuing over $500.

Trying to charge me to close up a package with tape, this place is turning into a USPS. So I went to another UPS store with the same package, no issues there, never coming back here.
The store schedule says it is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and it was closed if I have left any information to the client which I can not pick up my package.
This branch used to be a good, but it has definitely fell off. I usually go there because its the closest UPS store. I was told that their Notary would only assist at 4pm, after re-arranging my day and arrivng at 3:45 to have some papers notarized; I was told that the notary wouldnt be there until the next day. So I went to the other UPS store in Hawthorne (off of 120th), that actually has a Notary all day. I will post a positive review for that one.
Sometimes takes awhile but its 2 miles away. Except for the wait which I blame on the COVID stuff I have nothing else to complain about. I only do returns here they scan I get a receipt. Once I got sick of waiting saw a driver gave him the package. He looked honest like my dad and took the gamble, and the man was honest and delivered it. It was a broken laptop from Amazon.As long as you do not have to deal with cops most people are friendly is what I known about the Hawthorne/Inglewood area as I lived here closed to 22 years.
Poor experience. Am a former UPS employee (hub and UPS Store work history). The young fella was not helpful and appeared quite overwhelmed a few days ago when I paid an in person trip unlike many other UPS Stores this one lacks selling USPS Stamps. Granted many pay online however Best’s safe than sorry. The group of my current UPS family will offer such at our location. Gardena, Carson, and many others do.
This is my favorite UPS store! Christian is absolutely amazing! He helps me with everything I need for shipping and printing. They are fast and efficient. The service is top notch! Thank you for everything Christian!

The woman at the register was so rude. Even answered a phone call while she was supposed to be helping me and then continued to bark orders at me. I’d chalk it up to having a bad day but based on these reviews, it’s a pattern. Then the receipt from the fax machine was almost illegible. How are you a UPS store and have no toner? That part is actually more laughable than upsetting.
Christian was really helpful and patient. Hes my favorite. Very effient and fast too. Lol he knows how to multi task and get work done. This is a great Ups store and the one I usually go to.
The woman that was there does not speak English. Her son at the register is incompetent. UPS needs to take their name off this store.
Everyone does a good job, but (and I said this to him the other week) Christian does the best job! I ship the paintings I create regularly, its my own business, and he always does a wonderful job--he wraps my items very skillfully and with care. Thank you!!
Called this location several times during normal business hours and no one never answers the phone. Unlike the UPS store on 120th which answers the phone right away. Maybe they are no longer in business.
The gentleman who serviced me found the most expensive way to send an envelope then pretended he could not speak English when he had just finished a conversation in English with another patron. This is not poor service, it was evil and vindictive. He was obviously working another purpose beyond his job at UPS.
Horrible service went so many times to get a paper notarized. Every time I show up they come up with an excuse .
Very helpful staff. It was my first time returning a package and they helped with every single detail, while I just watched. Wonderful team!
This UPS store is the best. The owners and staff are wonderful. I had a large, complex shipment ($1000) and they handled everything extremely well. I couldnt be more satisfied.

Christian has alot of patience and amazing customer service skills.He is also bilingual which is helpful for custumers who only speak spanish.

Worst experience at a UPS store. The person hovering the register area was extremely rude, dishonest and misleading. Employees did not want to help with a simple task and tried to over charge for a service that was basic. When completing the service, the person handed me the money and receipt aggressively. Brought much discomfort to the day. This generational behavior is horrendous. Where have our values gone?

Terrible service woman who works there should take a class in customer service and she had her young son working she was yelling at all of us in Spanish.
Severely understaffed
I’ve been to this store 4 times now and not once have they been helpful or kind. Charged $1.50 for 2 pieces of tape and $1.50 for label when there sign states no label no problem. It says nothing about $1.50 charge. I’ll drive 10 extra miles before using this store again.

Horrible. Told me to hang up and call 10 mins later because they were busy? They should always have someone able to help whenever they have phone calls.
