Each time Ive gone here theyve been VERY helpful and offered great service. Their sales manager printed off info and was great and Tom the GM gave what I felt was good and honest opinions about their and other brands.

The Good: Parts were in stock.The Bad:1. 150%+ markup on parts. $100 for a drive belt and starter belt on a 2005 EZGO. $60 for Drive and $33 for starter belt. $30 for both if I ordered online.2. Parts Manager (Tom) had me at his desk and I was just about to be done and paid for, then service guy walks in and takes over his computer stopping our transaction.3. Why must you have all my contact info for a simple transaction? (Tom, Fine, Ill just ring it up as a counter sale.4. They made it feel like they were doing me a favor selling me these parts.First and definitely the last time Ill go into that place. On the way home I told myself I shouldve just left without the belts. That was my first experience in there, maybe yours will be better.

After calling a few places to find a replacement key for my cart, and getting hung up on in one instance, I found what I was looking for at Ballard golf. I cant say enough about Tom in the parts department. Thanks so much guys. You are the greatest!!

March 2020 Purchased a 2019 Wild Cat Sport. I worked with Tom the GM. Stand up guy, very accommodating, very educated. I purchased a bunch of accessories as well and he treated me real fair on everything. I had a great experience. I would highly recommend them!

Brought a machine to be looked at. When dropped off I stated to a young kid checking me in I didn’t want work done unless it was under warranty. Got a call back and stated work was done and not under warranty and we had a bill. Tom stayed he’d check again. Called back to check in and they stated they were waiting on parts. Got another call back stating work was complete and under warranty by Tom. Showed up to pay a $560 bill. They reduced it to $250 so parts only which I was grateful for. Everything was pleasant except for the miscommunication. Get documentation from these guys for what work they’re supposed to do or what you want done. Record phone calls if u can. I had nothing to back me up.

Made a deal with Tom Jr then he told me to go in on his day off to finish the deal got there and Tom Sr?!(he didn’t even give me his name) Was extremely rude didn’t want to give me the time of day and shot down the deal that was made without even looking at the trade that was a part of the deal! I was dumbfounded. Incredibly terrible experience. It’s dealerships like this that make all people cringe when walking into dealerships. Steer clear of Ballard golf cars and Powersports.

Well 1000 bucks later on a simple belt change my utv has a blown motor to give some perspective my utv only has 700 miles on it ran fine before it went in they are not going to do anything to reimburse us and will not admit they made a mistake life lessons I guess hope other folks that do research can save some time

Buyer Beware!!! Purchased a Stampede in March of 19. Called in July stating I didn’t receive a owners manual. Called and emailed repeatedly for 3 months, kept getting the run around. Why it takes over 3 months to get a manual is beyond me.
