I just recently bought a T-boss 750 and everyone at Odyssey was super helpful. They are upfront, honest and informative about the products they sell. I had to return for an issue with my winch and they took great care of me, replacing it with a new one with no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone.

My mother side by side 3rd party and the the thing ran for 30min and then the next day wouldnt start so she took it to the local shop here in colville and were told to take it to OSNW we were told that are motor was broken and they could fix it that was in October last year .now I have been calling to find out where it is and what parts of it are needed to be replaced and they dont have it told me I should call back next weekSo I called 2x today and I think it is time for me to call a attorney for a bit of information about what I can have done

We cant speak highly enough about the team at Odyssey Sports. we purchased a Tboss 550 for my wifes Christmas present. Well there must have been a bad batch. After going through two brand new machines that had major issues from the factory, they brought us out a newer brand new model and it is perfect. Every single time we had an issue they came out to pick up our side by side. When the first one turned out to be bad, instead of warrantying it, which would have taken months, they brought us a new model. And low and behold, that new one had the same problem. They went amazingly out of their way and brought us next years model. None of this cost us anything. They are amazing and we will never buy another utv or atv from anyone else ever. One year ago we purchased a similar machine from another dealer in post falls. The service from Odyssey has been a hundred time better!

I visited Odyssey looking at ODES UTVs. I met salesperson, Dustin. Typically in my experience, salespeople are pushy and annoying. (LoL)Dustin was not, he provided information, but was not pushy at all, and it was appreciated.I got a really good deal and purchased a used ODES UTV from a private party.I took my UTV in for a new battery and minor maintenance. Dustin congratulated me and was still very helpful. Sharon even completed an appraisal in a very timely manner so I could purchase my UTV.They have earned my business and I highly recommend Odyssey.Roger

The service I received was outstanding. They were thorough in explaining the issues with my golf cart and the options I had, one of which was very creative and did better than I ever expected. The people are friendly and absolutely honest to deal with. Apparently they are relatively new owners and doing a terrific job. I highly recommend them.

I have to say that Im very disappointed in their customer service. Odyssey sports northwest was selling a sled deck to haul snowmobiles. It was being advised on line. I called them on the phone and asked about the details and if it was still available. They said yes. I told the gentleman on the phone that I want to purchase the sled deck. And that I live 4 hours away and Im on my way. I Immediately jumped in the truck drove their way. As I arrive at odyssey I am told that they had just sold it. So I am giving them 1 star rating because there is on Option for zero stars.THANKS FOR WASTING 4 HOURS OF MY TIME AND FUEL.

If you are new to the shop you should know that you have to enter from Hayden Street across from Maverick. Google Maps does not know there is no turn directly off of the 95.

Local ownership, great selection of golf carts and UTVs, very knowledgable staff, definately worth checking them out if youre in the market.

I bought a 2016 Odes Dominator 800X 5-seater from Odyssey. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in of a 2013 Odes Dominator 800. They didnt give me the run-around. They were very helpful.Today I had to take in the Dominator for some warranty work and they saw me right away and fixed the problem (also throwing in a maintenance tune-up) very quickly. They are straight-forward honest people. I have and will continue to recommend them to people as the place to buy. Also I recommend the Odes Dominator. They are good reliable machines and you cant beat the price.
