I would highly recommend CARSTAR to anyone I know. They repaired my vehicle after it was hit and it looks better than ever. Not only that but they were incredibly timely with my repairs and made it so easy to work with them. All the staff at the Hayden office were so kind, great at communicating and answered all my questions thoroughly as well. Overall it was a great experience and if I’m in need, I will certainly go back to this shop!

We went to Carstar specifically for their amazing reviews and were excited to see such consistent messages of praise. However, our experience wasnt like the previous reviews. Took in our vehicle for a quote and they just never sent it to us. Its been a week. Clearly we are taking a vehicle there that needs repair and will probably cost thousands of dollars to do so but apparently they either have enough business and just dont care for ours. Either way, think we will find another place that is willing to help and wants the business.

This is the second time I have used car star, and I must say from the front desk to the shop, they are awesome! Very professional and timely. After I got in a wreck on the freeway, my car was taken there, and I was concerned about my thousand dollar deductible. Needless to say I didnt have to pay it. They worked with my insurance to take the cost for me down to a very affordable price. I appreciate them so much. There is a reason they are called car STAR. 5 STARS!! THANKS Again!!!

They are so incredibly awesome from first phone call through pickup. And they are really fast, usually faster than they even estimate. Like don’t fall in love with your rental car and look forward to having it over the weekend because they get done four days early fast.HAHAHAHAI 100% recommend them 🥰

I was planning on using another body shop, but my insurance preferred this shopso l looked at reviews before deciding to go with Carstar. Shelley was a delight to work with and always so pleasant and helpful.It took awhile after pics were taken to finally get me into the shop, but once l did, things went smoothly. Shelley called my rental company to let them know l was waiting for them. I signed up for text msgs so l could track the progress. Johnny even suggested l have some unrelated body work done while my car was in the shop. That was a smart move. Once when l was at the shop, l saw a car they had worked on and it was beautiful. I knew then that l had made the right choice.

After running into a guard rail then a tree, our truck was given a low repair cost by our insurance company adjuster. But when taken to Carstar Hayden, their service guy was quick and thorough and discovered way more damage. They were honest and exceptionally nice! I was involved in an accident recently. The folks here at Carstar were recommended by my insurance company. When I went in there to have them do an estimate they were really wonderful. Here I am driving up in a very damaged car and the first thing they want to know is if I am doing ok. They were friendly, fun and a great all around group. They made me feel at ease and as we talked about the car they were concerned because I was driving it around with all of the damage. They made me laugh and put me at ease. They took my information because they wanted to be able to keep me updated as the car repair went along. As it turned out the car was assessed by my insurance company and deemed a total loss. Again the folks at CarStar were great, they gave me advice on all of the steps to take care of everything and when I went in to turn in the keys and clean out my car they made me laugh the entire time. It was like being with friends. And believe me, at the time I really needed to laugh! Their ratings on Yelp and Google are excellent because these folks care and I have no doubt that had my car been able to be repaired the work would have been great.

The Carstar staff were polite and a pleasure to work with. The quote I received was accurate, with no add on costs. The service was great and the cost was very competitive.

Carstar had my vehicle in the shop for over a week to do an estimate. When I was able to pick up my car my insurance told me not carstar. When I picked up my car it was still tore apart, along with my air filter and sensor disconnected. Also the service engine light was on, which has never been on once before bringing it in. They also charged my insurance $800 for this service. I dont recommend them

I had a deer run into the front fender, denting it and causing the drivers door to bind when opening it. It was taken care of immediately. Great service!

I got backed into and needed my car fixed. I got a referral for CarStar. They did an estimate for my car, got the parts in they needed, scheduled a time to drop my car off and all of it was super easy. I dropped my car off, they talked to the rental company, they kept me informed of all the repairs and worked with the insurance company. It was a great experience. If I ever need them again I will call them in a heartbeat.

Had my car brought to then from an auto collision. Without being called or never emailed. They allowed state farm to come take my car and transfer it to the other side of spokane. With all my belongings. Literally no call or anything.And when I went in to carstar to get things out of it. They were acting like they had no idea about the car or what was going on. Until they finally told me state farm took it.

Dropped off my car Monday and got it Thursday. They did a great job and it was a fast. Also you can leave your Enterprise rental there which was convenient. Krystyna was personable and knowledgeable. Would use them again.

They are by far the best auto body shop I have done business with. They have worked on my company truck a couple of times and it has come back looking better than when I dropped it off. Will be taking my Mustang in this spring to have a couple dings removed, definitely would recommend them to anyone, not to mention the whole shop has become like family!!!! We had our Subaru in car star for repairs and it took 3 months to get the car back. They told me the reason it took so long was because they had other vehicles to work on. The accident was in August of 2019 and we are still dealing with issues from this place. I highy recommend you take your vehicle to a body repair shop that will take care of you in a timely manner. They still owe me money and have refused to pay me.

I was super impressed with the professionalism, quality of workmanship, and promptness of my service. I was rear ended on Christmas Eve 2019 and fortunately my vehicle was drivable so I could make it through the holidays. Once it was in their hands they had it fixed in less than a week, actually 2 days, but had to wait for a supplement from the other driver’s insurance to close out the claim. Pretty rare you get service for anything in 2 days start to finish!Staff is super friendly and Pearl was wonderful to work with. So impressed with his responsiveness and communication! Taking my car to Carstar was one of the best vehicle related experiences I’ve ever had! I gave them my precious Santa Fe on a Monday, with a horrific scar on its hood, and by Friday I had it back as though nothing ever happened! It was even cleaner (inside and out) than I left it! Dealing with them was an absolute joy, and that’s not something I get to say very often when vehicle damage is involved.

From my initial conversation, to the estimate, overall communication, and even to the drop off and pickup of my truck- I highly recommend the CarStar team. Was in a bumper and some front end ruining wreck. Had town and country minivan towed to site because it was close and I knew nothing about local body shops. Based on previous in incidents I expected a lot of interaction between insurance, me, and bodyshop, and figured up to three weeks for turn around. It was pretty much one call to insurance, one to Carstar, a few texts, and literally a call one week later saying car was done, getting detailed and ready for pickup the next day. I was super busy, they offered to deliver it and did so. And I needed something from the car in the interim, went in to get it and they were very friendly and accommodating, no issues. Parts are new, car looks perfect after major and minor parts replaced, everything itemized on receipt, turns out my insurance co has relationship with Carstar, zero hassle.

The Carstar guys got the Wifes truck (we call her Delilah) squared away and back to factory shape in less than a day. No more gnarly road/wind noise coming through the gap in the drivers door anymore + her paint ships are fixed. Now Sweet Ds door opens and closes just like normal once again and shes looking good.
